Jasmine Crockett questions Melania Trump’s visa
Jasmine Crockett, a Democrat representative from Texas, took aim at Melania Trump’s visa. Trump benefited from the same visa program that allowed for researchers, leaders of international corporations, and for individuals with significant accomplishments, into the US based on their accomplishments. Crockett claimed that the first lady did not have an accomplishment that would have warranted the visa she used to come to the U.S.

“Let me remind y’all that Melania, the first lady, a model – and when I say model, I’m not talking about Tyra Banks, Cindy Crawford or Naomi Campbell level — applied for and was given an EB-1 visa, and what that stands for is an Einstein visa. Now y’all that don’t know, let me tell you how you receive an Einstein visa,” Crockett said.
“You’re supposed to have some sort of significant achievement, like being awarded a Nobel Peace Prize or a Pulitzer, being an Olympic medalist, or having other sustained extraordinary abilities and success in sciences, arts, education, business or athletics. Last time I checked, the first lady had none of those accolades under her belt,” the Texas Democrat added. “It doesn’t take an Einstein to see that the math ain’t mathin’ here.”
The Washington Post has reported that Trump in 2001 was given a green card via the elite EB-1 program. The program has been used by people such as academic researchers and multinational business executives, as well as people who have demonstrated “sustained national and international acclaim,” according to the Post.
Crockett’s comments came amid already heightened tensions over immigration in the U.S. as President Trump and his administration pursue an immigration crackdown.

I’d pick Melania over any on that list so far as looks go. I don’t know what it takes to be a great fashion model but she was successful. Along with dozens of other well known models that came in under the same type visa.
One thing that is absolutely certain is that she is far, far better looking than Crazy Crockett.

I am ashamed of some of the Congress critters from Texas – including this one. She doesn’t have the native intellect to comprehended the intellectual abilities and skills of the First Lady of the USA.
Had Jasmine done her research, she would have learned Melania Trump received naturalized citizenship in 2006, after initially having an EB-1 Visa.
The 30th District in Texas must not have libraries, the Internet, or any other means to research facts. Must suck to live there and be isolated from the rest of the world.

I will jump in and render a legal opinion before the counselor cuttlefish, the barracks lawer, does so. Melania cannot be deported because she is an American citizen, the same as our “Jazzie.” Her visa is completely legit; she is one of many foreign fashion models who were granted such visas.

Denaturalization typically occurs if it’s found they obtained citizenship through fraud, misrepresentation, or concealment of a material fact. “
Denaturalization could be applied to more than a few politicians, from DC on down to the local level I’m sure.
