‘Mistakenly deported’ illegal alien had record of violence – Was active member of MS-13

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, illegal alien labeled as “Maryland man” by Democrats, had a record of violence against his wife. His wife left written domestic violence allegations with the court detailing his aggression against her. Examples include punching her, throwing her laptop on the floor, ripping her shirt and shorts while leaving marks on her arms, etc. A police interview sheet also revealed that Abrego Garcia was indeed an active member of MS-13.

DHS released new documents this week, which it says definitively proves Abrego Garcia, who was deported to the El Salvadoran mega prison “Terrorism Confinement Center” (CECOT) last month, is a member of the notorious MS-13 gang.
According to a Prince George’s County Police Department interview sheet shared with Fox News by DHS, local police discovered Abrego Garcia during a murder investigation. Police found him loitering in a Home Depot parking lot with other known MS-13 gang members in possession of illicit drugs in 2019.
The police department’s Gang Unit MS-13 Intelligence Squad conducted an interview with Abrego Garcia and contacted a “past proven and reliable source” who identified him as an active member of MS-13 with the “Westerns” clique, with the rank of “Chequeo” and the moniker of “Chele.”
The news comes as Democrats clamor for the return of Abrego Garcia, who they say was “wrongly deported” to a maximum-security prison in his home country as part of the Trump administration’s efforts to crack down on illegal migrant crime.
Last week, the Supreme Court upheld a lower court’s decision ordering the Trump administration to arrange Abrego Garcia’s return. The court required the “government to ‘facilitate’ Abrego Garcia’s release from custody in El Salvador and to ensure that his case is handled as it would have been had he not been improperly sent to El Salvador.”
The Trump administration agreed to clear any administrative obstacles keeping Abrego Garcia from returning to the U.S., but Attorney General Pam Bondi has said that returning him is “up to El Salvador. If they want to return him. That’s not up to us.”

Just because he has tattoos affiliated with a specific violent gang does not make him a known gang member. Maybe he got those tattoos to honor a friend or relative who died in their service to MS-13, much like people who never served in the military strut into Applebee’s displaying a US Navy SEAL Trident tattoo.

Seen several articles claiming that many of the tattoo designs claimed to be gang affiliated were benign according to their designers. Now, whether a gangbanger could buy that design…
And Pete Hegseth’s tattoos are white supremacist symbols. By that standard, one of mine is too. Garcia was hanging around with known MS-13 members. Folks that would not take kindly to him wearing their ink without being affiliated. Imagine getting yourself a Hell’s Angels tat without being a member. It does not end well. Any design can be co-opted. If the USA flag is being waved by a clown wearing a white sheet, it becomes a racist statement.
Just because someone is riding around with known gang members and selling drugs with them doesn’t make them a gang member too. Especially if you live on Fantasy Island which is where most Dems apparently live. But by all means, read the police report yourself.

Basically the report says he was wearing a decorated hoodie and hanging around with the wrong crowd. Not exactly damning evidence. Not exculpatory, but it’s not like he was arrested in the midst of stabbing someone or with drugs in his possession. If it was your kid you’d be up for slapping his shit for being stupid, but wouldn’t think he deserved hard time for it.
Send more democrat legislators to El Salvador to ask for his return. The last one worked so well. They just don’t seem to understand that El Salvador doesn’t want to give him back and they have the final say.

The supposed “mistake” is that – while he did have a valid deport order against him – the court said he could not be deported back to his native El Salvador because he was “in danger” of being killed by a rival gang to MS-13.
It’s a moot point since the ‘rival gang’ was dismantled and eliminated by the current President of El Salvador over the last half-decade.
It’s not a “mistake” that he was deported. It was a mistake that the court ruling saying he could not go back to El Salvador was never removed from his court record since, as I said, the reason was negated.

The DHS supposedly overlooked an immigration admin hearing officer’s order to hold his deportation order in abeyance because he claimed a gang in El Salvador would kill him. But that was years ago, long before the present president of El Salvador put all gang members out of business and in prison. Moreover, there is ample evidence and immigration judge findings he is a member of MS-13. His gang boss was convicted of human trafficking. He drove the man’s van full of illegals. He is where he belongs.
I’d be willing to bet the surveillance-state has more evidence than they’re letting on.
