Wapato brothers held in connection with drive-by shooting in Parker

DONALD W. MEYERS
A pair of Wapato brothers are accused of shooting at a Parker man’s home Tuesday morning, with one of them wounded in the process.

Sheriff’s deputies were called to the 200 block of Main Street in Parker around 12 a.m. They were told that shots were fired, people were heard screaming and a car was speeding away from the area, according to a probable cause affidavit filed in Yakima County Superior Court.

A 57-year-old man at the scene said he was getting into his vehicle when a white car pulled up with two young men in it, the affidavit said. One of the men in the car said they were there “to serve a hit.” After saying something to them, the man went back to the house to tell the man who lived there what had happened.

The 59-year-old resident armed himself with a .40-caliber pistol and went outside as the white car turned around, turned off its lights and sped toward the house, the affidavit said. When someone in the car fired at his house, the resident shot back.

Deputies found several 9-millimeter shell casings in the street, as well as four bullet holes in the man’s house, the affidavit said.

While deputies were at the scene, they were told that two men had just arrived at Astria Toppenish Hospital, one of them with a gunshot wound to his right thigh. At the hospital, deputies saw a white Nisan Altima that had a bullet hole in the center of the passenger door, two 9 mm shell casings by the base of the windshield and one shell casing at the base of the rear window.

Deputies took both men into custody on suspicion of first-degree assault and drive-by shooting. The 20-year-old passenger, who had the gunshot wound, was booked into the Yakima County jail while his 17-year-old brother, who deputies said was driving, was taken to the Yakima County Juvenile Justice Center.

The lads best not quit the day jobs, they pretty much suck at serving.

MPD: Fake gun threat leads to deadly Milwaukee shooting
The shooting happened in a church parking lot near 81st Street and Hope Avenue in Milwaukee.

James Ganley
Milwaukee —
A 23-year-old was fatally shot Wednesday morning after pointing a fake gun at another person, prompting them to open fire, Milwaukee police said.

The shooting occurred around 8:45 a.m. on Hope Avenue, near 81st Street, in the Arlington Gardens neighborhood. A WISN 12 News photojournalist saw police gathered in the parking lot of the Covenant Lutheran Church.

According to police, the 23-year-old pointed what was later determined to be a replica firearm at a 24-year-old man.

In response, the man produced a real firearm and fired, killing the victim.

Police arrested the 24-year-old man and said the investigation is fluid and ongoing.

Toy to a gun fight with entirely predictable results. Thanks again, Gun Bunny.

A toy gun to a gun fight…..that the toy gun initiated. With predictable results.
First or not, that’s going into the 3″ three ring binder of T2NB2AGF.
TY KoB, the binder was getting dusty.

Hopefully the one that was killed was killed early enough to clean the gene pool before he passed his Stoopid Genes on to a next generation.

A true FAFO from Milwaukee.

But the guy with the real gun gets arrested?
Either a Soros-DA or more to the story.

The 24 yo was arrested, but was he charged with anything?
Or was a statement given, and he was released?
Yeah….lots not said in the article.

If by pride you mean what the people with purple hair do, yeah that could be classified as one of theirs. A Plastic replica in the wrong caliber, that needs extra wide magazines to make up for its lack of kinetic force, with similar features as what his Saintliness John Moses Browning handed down to us after his encounter on high. One word “abomination”!

RE the idiots “serving a hit”. The article refers to them as men. They don’t fit the bill for that. They are punks at best. Reads like they got served by a man though.

HE should have stayed in the house and called the law.
Shooting from concealment is better tactics.

First my comments about that “Shotgun”. $1,600 from Palmetto State is a bit pricey for a shotgun, and $200 more if you want a second magazine! That being said, when you add an extended magazine to a regular shotgun, and this one is twice the capacity, it starts creeping over the $1,000 range… but DANG!

Second, Tox that is not a 1911. It is a plastic abomination in the wrong caliber with some similar features to the design of the Saintly John Browning’s masterpiece.

Lastly I want to talk about the stories, and hitting the broad side of a barn! The 20 year old could easily be described as not being able to “hit the broad side of a barn”, since only 4 of the 7+ rounds he fired hit the house and none hit the target of the “Hit”.
