Officer Friendly is not asking. Thanks, Gun Bunny.

Oh, sh!t! My brother lives in Crozet.
now I gotta pay attention to the news to see if he was involved (deceased).
I’ll try to call him today, but with his habit of swapping phones and numbers, and living in a “hollar”, that may be iffy.
Better give him a “holler”, Tox. Long way from your State of Deseret to the “Hollars” of the Old Dominion. This FGS is exactly why I carry, concealed, every.where.I.go! Stopped by the K Roger store yesterday pm after my visit with the Toofus Doc (yes, Miz Holly (Holy!) strawberried blondy ginger haired, blue eyed Thang WAS looking as drop dead gorgeous as EVAH…so was the Black Haired Beauty (with her deep dark eyes) Angelic Angela). It was much later in the day than when I normally make a provision run with a goodly amount of sketchy characters hanging out in the parking lot and near the entrances. I escorted three (3) sets of little old ladies to their vehicles and got some sideways glances from said characters. Damn shame that one just about needs a re-enforced rifle squad to go to the grocery store these days. And the details in the FGS are as sketchy as some of the subjects. *sigh*
I have to wonder how many of these nutjobs that cause a “domestic disturbance” call are really looking to do a suicide by cop? Officer Friendly “Co-operation is doing things my way and being damned quick about it!”
You can’t be skeered to defend your liberty against despots. You have to “…keep up the skeer…” and bring about a sea change.
Think it was Gnrl John Buford that told his Cavalry Men to throw away their sabres and load up with extry revolvers and a repeating carbine. Bedford Forrest toted several revolvers but also used an “Old Wristbreaker” to good effect. From my studies, most of the footie ossifers used that sharp pointy thingie as a “pointer”, pointing out which direction he wanted his troops to go.
Just saw an ad on ammoland dot com for RIA 1911s @ less than $300. (yeah, it’s RIA. but it should still work, first time, every time. win target matches? I doubt it. win a gun fight. yep!) May want to stock up.
Like the little old lady responds to the cop when he asks her, “what are you afraid of that you have to carry so much weapons?”
Her response, “when I’m armed up, I ain’t a-skeered o’ nuttin'”.
