What’s good on the web? (UPDATED)

| May 6, 2008

I just got done updating my Blog Roll from this last spate of links. I’m sorry it took me a week, folks, if I missed you let me know and I’ll hook you right up. I’ve got a post going up on Talon this evening so keep an eye out for it. It’s timed to come up on here tomorrow morning.

Updating my blogroll reminded me that I haven’t done a link fest for a while and I think it’s time;

First, my good buddy, Thus Spake Ortner will be on the local news tonight, so if you’re in the DC area watch Channel 9 news tonight, if you’re not, check for the video after the 11 PM broadcast on their website. He’ll tell you what to think about Stephen King. TSO warns;

And remember, the camera adds 100 lbs. And a bad haircut.

If you can’t wait for TSO’s television debut, Big Dog’s Weblog tells us about Stephen King (personally, I never liked King, so once again I lead the pack).

From his throne, SGT Grumpy announces he may be home soon.

The Spanish Pundit reprints and translates the Spanish media’s Declaration of Free Expression.

More cartoons like this from Sparks from the Anvil;

The Stable of Zionist Hore writes about a new documentary that focuses on our women warriors in Iraq.

If you need a reason to vote for McCain, Stop the ACLU and Don Surber explain why you should be a McCainiac.

Bloodthirsty Liberal quotes Hitchens on Wright…you’re right BTL, that was good.

William Teach at The Pirate Cove has his eye on the two West Virginia Senators.

Michael Goldfarb at The Weekly Standard Blog reprints a New York Times employee who thinks Americans should stay in Iraq.

Blue Crab Boulevard quotes that great political philosopher, James Carville who thinks the Democrats may have trouble coming back together.

Gateway Pundit reports that al-Sadr is hiding in Tehran and won’t speak with the Iraqi delegation sent to talk to him. So I guess that Mahdi Army isn’t fighting for anything anymore.

There’s lots of good stuff over there on my blog roll, these were just folks that I thought were doing stuff no one else is doing.

Updated: TSO’s interview is here – he’s about :45 into the video. He’s on his way.

“just folks that I thought were doing stuff no one else is doing.”
Ain’t it the truth… Must be something wrong with MY blogroll. I all I can find there are those I mostly agree with. [grin]

It is a challenge at times. Especially here in the boonies. Anyone care about how many turkeys I’ve eaten, or how my fruit trees are doing? Perhaps how many deer are deceased, and canned?

Sorry Jonn, my life is returning to normal and it’s a bit confusing.

Thanks for the link, John. I will read your recomendations later 😉 They seem to be excellent.

Who needs reasons to vote for McCain? I have already commanded that you do so! LOL

That video at Bloodthirsty Liberal is really something.

[…] friends flirt with this kind of half-baked garbage every day.” Aquí el vídeo: (Thanks to John for the more than interesting tip.) Hmm, ¿quién dijo que no usaba la religión en su campaña? […]
