Illegal alien charged with raping a 10-year-old girl
An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent told Fox News that a Guatemalan, in the United States illegally, was charged with raping a 10-year-old girl in Ohio. A detainer has been placed on the illegal alien, Gerson Fuentes, in a bid to detain him as soon as he is available for ICE agents to detain. Could this be the provenance of the claim that a 10-year-old had to cross state lines to get an abortion?

The story was eventually echoed by President Biden in a speech last week in announcing measures to protect abortion access in the wake of the recent Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v Wade.
“On Monday three days after the Supreme Court issued its groundbreaking decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, Dr. Caitlin Bernard, an Indianapolis obstetrician-gynecologist, took a call from a colleague, a child abuse doctor in Ohio,” the Indy Star piece began. “Hours after the Supreme Court action, the Buckeye state had outlawed any abortion after six weeks. Now this doctor had a 10-year-old patient in the office who was six weeks and three days pregnant.”
But the story was questioned by some critics, given its single source and scant detail. It drew scrutiny as well from the state attorney general, who noted that exceptions to Ohio law would have allowed the girl to obtain an abortion in the state.
Fox News previously reported on Tuesday that an arrest warrant was expected in the case, and a HIPAA violation had been filed against the doctor who leaked the story.

We need a Congressional Investigation to see if the suspect was one of the “undocumented immigrants” that the Biden – Harris Administration flew around the country in the dead of the night.

I’ve seen some reports from the Ohio DA that they could find no reported rape, it all seems a hoax. Other commentators have pointed out some problems with the original story.
Wondering now if some illegal is getting scapegoated to save face for PINO Joe & crowd.
I’ve also heard that the authorities “waited” for a week or more before acting on this incident. That might be for an investigation, or it may be that it was never reported to the police until the doctor found out she might have HIPAA problems, or she was caught in a lie about Ohio’s laws.
The reports I have read say the pregnancy of this ten-year-old girl was reported by her mother to Child Proctective Services on June 22.

I watched the AG say that the little girl could have legally obtained an abortion in Ohio because of the rape and health of the girl. Maybe someone can explain why this illegal alien piece of shit was not investigated or arrested for over three weeks after the crime was reported to the child welfare authorities, who along with the doctor, have a statutory duty to report this statutory rape of a child to the police. The Ohio State AG even said yesterday he checked and there was no report of such crime in the state. And now suddenly, after all this reportage, someone decides “yeah, we better arrest this guy, question him, and charge him.”
