Kickin Crab restaurant fight involves silverware, napkin dispensers, and chairs
A viral video shows people getting into a fight at the Juicy Seafood Kickin Crab restaurant. The video does not show what caused the fight. Parents try to shield their children as fists, silverware, napkin dispensers, and chairs are utilized in a multiple fighter fight.
From Fox News:
“It was very disruptive. I was concerned about the children that were involved when chairs were flying over them so I called the police,” the restaurant’s assistant manager Stella Jones said, WAPT-TV in Jackson reported.
The fight reportedly broke out at the Juicy Seafood Kickin Crab after a confrontation started between two groups eating at the restaurant. It’s not clear what started the argument.
The suspects were able to escape before police arrived to find the place torn apart.
“If citizens out there recognize people in the video, I hope they’ll call up the police or the police station and let them know so we can track these people down and hold them accountable,” Councilwoman Ashby Foote said, according to WAPT.

One table was populated by members of The Marie Gang, who happen to be a little bit country. The other table was made up of the Deplorable Donnie’s, who are a little bit rock and roll. You just know it was going to be off the chain.
It was “Throw Down Thursday” at the Kickin Crab.
Looks like some of the customers got a bit crabby.
Customer: Do you serve crabs?
Waiter: Fuck yeah we serve crabs! Not sit your bitch ass down before I go medieval on your ass! Now, would you like to see a menu?
Everything was fine until they ran out of Old Bay seasoning. Unacceptable.
HA, that wasn’t happening. It was Mississippi.
Not Maryland.
They don’t know from Old Bay/JO etc.
True “No Shit” story.
I was TDY in Anchorage AK and at a crab house/micro brewery.
I ordered crab legs. OK. I asked for melted butter. No Problemo. I also asked for vinegar and Old Bay. *Crickets*. *Blank Stare*
I had to ‘splain that vinegar was VINEGAR, ask the kitchen for some and Old Bay was the Crab seasoning (What?!?!) they should be using. Oh wait, it’s alaskan king crab legs. Steamed and nothing else.
“Tell the Chef to give me some of that spice they throw on the shrimps!!”
They gave me that and it was WAY too salty, like shrimp *boil* but hey, I used it anyway.
Not everyone can have the privilege to be born and/or raised around the Bay of the Chesapeake.
I wish they would wear different colored jerseys so I can tell who is who.
Shirts vs Skins?/s Too easy or too ugly?
Masks vs mugs?
Raised by Idiots Throwdown has no winners because they’re all losers..
Wait, was this the Amish vs The Mennonites? Just curious.
Phats vs. Chubs?
“Stop, (stop), using napkins as a weapon”
Pat Benatar’s ORIGINAL lyrics to this song
were rejected and changed,
the band and record company both fearing that the original napkin lyrics
would lead to this very type of violent thing.
The original KFC lyrics also missed the cut.
I read this long ago on Napster, so it must be true.
Smokin’! I saw Pat in a small bar in Albany, New York in 1979 or 80. Buddy of mine said, “hey, this dude Pat Benatar is playing asst the bar tonight. Wanna go see him?” It was just after she had released her first album.
Silly us.
One of the best concerts I ever went to.
At the beginning of her career, she was married to enlisted Sailor down Norfolk way. Benatar was her married name. Some enlisted slob as tapping that keg. Jut wondering how much he got in the divorce settlement. Hack
BT-800 vs BT-1000
One college frat versus another?
Graduate students in Ethnic Studies versus those in Gender Studies…
Marxists on both sides, arguing over who was achieving “real” Socialism this time…
Could be a disagreement ensued, over who was the greatest: John Milton or Edmund Spenser. The age old debate over these two literary giants. My theory, is the argument started ala Daffy Duck vs Bugs Bunny (“Duck Season….Rabbit Season)
“Milton’s Paradise Lost is da’ bomb”
Retort: “Bull..Spenser’s Faerie Queen is da’ joint”!

Then someone retorted “That’s what your Mom said.”
So much white privilege on display, I’m ashamed!
DidnDuNuffin made another appearance?
That’s odd, the demographics involved seem to be similar to those involved in other dust-ups you see in the news… Must be just a coincidence.. that or it’s due to racism…
Wish I could be surprised at this happening. If we just had some common sense napkin control laws.
Nice!, KoB
“Automatic” napkin dispensers that can dispense 1000 napkins per second should be restricted to 10 napkins per dispenser.

Especially if the thing in the back goes up.
I thought it was a Chuck E Cheese birthday party when I saw the young man in the foreground.
The owners might want to change the name of their place from “Kickin Crab” to “Kicking Ass.”
Don’t knock Chuck E. Cheese– we had a hail and farewell there!
I don’t doubt some folks have a good time there. However, Google: Chuck E Cheese, fight
Been a thing since ’13, it seems…
Mustang Major,
In my area,
every time a Kick Fight Chicken viral video surfaces,
soon after, a new Popeye’s franchise opens nearby.
Louisiana is putting the smack down on Kentucky.
I remember a big brawl at a Baltimore Popeye’s when a location ran out of chicken during a two-for-one special. Cops and gunfire.
Wow. There 8 different threads today! And I missed all.
I was running a hand grenade qualification range today for my Company. Nowhere near as fun as running through the 7 stations myself.
I did get to throw a few leftovers, but is not the same thing. Hey, at least we got home at decent time today. Thankfully the Army hasn’t come up with a night qualifying requirement for hand grenades yet.
The bitch of it was that you were not allowed to leave the Hand Grenade Range until all of the shrapnel was policed up.
The beer of the day is Sam Adams Summer Ale.
Yummy!
Beats the hell out of Bud Light, doesn’t it?
Huge diffferwncwaa=es!
Received a case of Bud as a gift, once. It stayed in my car trunk for a year until I got desperate enough to drink it. Tasted just like Bud. Should have left it in the trunk longer, I guess.
Nah, KoB is the expert on this: Yuenglings!
Sam Adams has an old name but has only been around since 1984 while Yuenglings Lager actually dates back to 1829.
I have tried Yuengling Light, and I thought it was an excellent light beer, but I haven’t tried their other offerings.
Wow. Autocorrect is actually working. Did Google finally develop an intelligent Artificial Intelligence?
Knocking the bottom out of some frosty Black and Tan Yuenglings as we speak Ol’ Poe. SMOOOOTH!
Who is this cat posting and what has he done with OUR Slow Joe?
Heading back to Indiana… got some Yuenglings waiting along with a fifth of Canadian Club 12.
Sippin on some CC12 at Atterbury…good stuff.
No Asians.
I am surprised.
All the participants were too young. It takes a really OLD Asian to provoke a Dindoo attack…
Funny how some folks try to prove their ‘manhood’ by suckerpunching someone several times their age…
Be honest, who hasn’t used a napkin dispenser to solve a dispute? Am I right?
Nothing says sit your ass back down like a solid blow to the side of the head with a metal napkin dispenser…
If the video is indicative of the quality of “fighting” in this encounter it was more of a bitch fight than any fight I remember being involved in….
If you ain’t tasting your own blood is it even a fight?
This can be a teachable moment.
The next time you go into a restaurant, the first thing you should do is take inventory of available weaponry.
* Chairs are fine to throw, but those kiddie height chairs have better aerodynamics when launching them from across the room.
* Don’t dismiss menus. They sail like frisbees and can be accurate. The ones with the sharp metal corners are an added bonus – think Ninja Death Stars.
* Bust up a glass. Ram your fists down in some table honey and then the broken glass so it sticks. Potent. Although this option may be limited to an Applebee’s or Ruby Tuesday.
* Silverware. Unroll the placements from the napkin before throwing individually. You increase your chances of good target groupings by three or four fold in addition to revealing sharp edges.
* Hot Sauce. Temporarily blinding one’s opponent offers advantages. Think Bloodsport.
More suggestions welcome. You know what we’re doing here.
Electrical cords.
A garrote in time saves….
All of those metal “antique signs” on the walls also make good INDS’s (Improvised Ninja Death Stars). And don’t forget those iron skillets for the sizzling fajitas. They can leave a lasting impression.
Just and FYI to all the TAH crowd-
comments about the color of skin of or obvious reference to the demographics ofthese types of incidents, no matter how justified by endless examples, smack of borderline racism.
I honestly cringed a little, not because the statements were over the line, unfunny, or other than blatantly true descriptions but because some virtue signaling bottom-feeding troll may come along and fling their feces at this page. Then, I saw this article and how to express this thought clicked…
“Borderline racist” comments are defined for this crowd as “anything that can in any alternate universe, sans a complete lack of common sense and devoid of all reality” and are not acceptable. However, for the woke-progressive-virtuous use of unequivocal racist language is not racism, is justified and righteous. Case in point –
“CNN Laughs, Accuses Sen. Tim Scott of Tokenism, an Uncle Tom for GOP”.
Remember this and conduct yourselves accordingly, you basket of deplorable troglodytes.

Only Army Mom,,
Oh oh. A problem with Newsbusters.
And the parent org, Media Research Center,
headed by the father of a storming Capitol Breacher.
Worse (double hypocrisy), the silence, crickets, lack of transparency, whatever you want to call it,
plus the high ticket lawyering up…
This dad is trying to get his son off.
MRC (Newsbusters)is all about media bias and transparency, right?
But not when it involves the familial prodigal son.
Bozell is following the Biden playbook.
It’s all in the last paragraph here.
And on YouTube.

It does not matter what we say, the antifactists will scream and fling their yellow poo.
it is in the nature of racists to call everything racist.
Ret_25X,
Not only leftist racists, but leftist LGBTPDQ types.
It’s one thing to see or experience bad behaviors by many who are arguably insensitive, rude, vulgar, or hurtful.
However…. It’s another thing to see those who cry hurt feelings and pull out their victim cards,
turn around and fling the very same labels and stereotypes,
or sit, laugh, and take it all in,
when safely insulated in their own crowd,
for great humor and laughs.
Because to them, it’s funny,
except when they decide to tell others it’s not funny.
This is why I consider most publicized leftist hurt claims to be fake.
Cue Gilbert, and every word, name, insult, joke, and stereotype
that gays never want to hear from almost everyone else.
Those trolls and snowflake can EABOD, imho.
If we, as a free and individually responsible people, do not understand some cultures are better than others this experiment ends.
If this was a bunch of good ol’ boys in NASCAR and Mossy Oak finery, tossing their Skoal tins at each other they’d get even worse, again imho.
Anyone that defends this behavior, especially because the “sensitive nature” of the participants, is a witting enemy of The Process.
Imho.

OAM, I generally agree with you on just about everything but here I assuredly do not. When certain terms and expressions cannot be used out of fear of being labeled racist by the left, we are giving in to them, letting them control our speech and take away our First Amendment rights.
This fear of offending with speech and thought is a weapon employed by the left and has been one of the key reasons for their now controlling so many of our institutions, academia, media, sports, etc. They long ago learned that Orwellian control of language controls the dialogue and thus controls the thought processes of the masses.
As for stereotyping, as I have stated here many times over the years, there are generally very good reasons why many stereotypes come into being, with repetitious, publicly bad behaviors by certain “demographics” being foremost among them. Let me ask you, do you think those you would have us appease don’t constantly stereotype us in myriad negative ways?
I’m sorry to disagree with you, but this old man believes the self-censoring you suggest in the face of the left’s brazen demands and fallacious accusations, is both unwise and uncourageous, an unfortunate capitulation to their unacceptable demands.
Poe et al.,
My deepest and most sincere apologies if what I wrote appeared as a criticism of this fine crowd of deplorables. I was not and will not suggest self-censorship, for all the reasons you stated and more. I was giving my honest reaction, one I’ve had of necessity learn, from the sad place from which much of my life is forced to operate.
Make no mistake, I agree wholeheartedly with you and the rest of the crowd here and was demonstrating how I have learned to perceive things, albeit from a perspective with which I could not disagree more and which I find unbearably reprehensible. Obviously, it was a clumsy attempt at making a point about the double-standard and the downright lunacy of too much of our National discourse.
The bigger point is, in the past I have been surprised and baffled how offense is derived from that which should contain no offense, as no maliciousness was intended. In a weird way, I’m proud of myself for noticing instances that are likely to provide fodder for manufactured outrage. This is a big step, and sadly a necessary one for me. My chosen profession, licensure, earned degrees and future are all at stake if I didn’t learn this lesson. This fact infuriates me daily. I am counting the days until I can get out of this toxic cesspool and move to a place where the grownups are in charge.
So, I beg forbearance here and request understanding of the point I wanted to make about the hypocrisy that drives me nuts. Meaning, some will – inaccurately and inappropriately – call some of the comments here borderline racist while not batting an eye at blatant racism, as long as it is issued by the correct people and aimed at the correct people. My cringing was worry that this page and crowd will be canceled over some manufactured outrage of a non-event.
Humbly,
OAM
Thanks for the quick response and explanation, OAM. It appears your initial comment was a tad too subtle for me to pick up on. As anyone who reads here regularly knows, subtlety is not a quality generally ascribed to ol’ Poe…😜😜😜
OAM,
If I was included in the et al, take note my object d’rision was not direct at you but your hypothetical troll. I do appreciate your posts and share the knee jerk revulsion of biased humor. Often I’ve had to remind myself that these words are written (in most part) by classically liberal people, many of those ‘spicy’ comments made by people that’d run into a burning house to save anyone, regardless of stripe. I take us as a ‘Deeds, not words’ crowd and welcome the naysayers to cross into our beaten zone.
One study that comes to mind found that those who cuss are generally more truthful and honorable. I don’t fucking know if that bullshit is true but I’d like to see a study on those who’d make racist-esque comments vs the most accepting.
My money is on this crowd.
Understood, and to your sentiments re:that research on linguistic inclinations, may I offer a hearty fuck, yes!
My “et al.” was because I am a believer that for every question uttered, there are many similar unexpressed. Hence the general “et al”.
BTW, I am fully sympathetic to your current plight. Fortunately, in spite of our many moves, Miz Poe and I always were able to live in conservative states or at least conservative areas, with the exception of New Orleans, and we got out of that filthy, corrupt, crime-ridden s**thole as quickly as possible–less than a year.
We eventually retired into a solidly Republican state in a solidly conservative retirement community, although we, too, have been discovered by Californians and are now experiencing an influx of those fleeing that liberal paradise.
Good luck in your efforts…
Don’t commiefornia my New Jersey !!!!
Jersey’s enough already…
Meanwhile, in Brooklyn, they know how to wage a restaurant melee. They’re just keeping it real.
