Resident Shoots Man Crawling Through A Window Of A San Antonio Home

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A man has been shot to death as he tried to climb through a window of a home on the East Side.Police were called to the home on Shelburn Drive at around 10 P.M. Sunday.
The man was shot several times as he tried to get in through a window in the back of the home. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Whether or not the deceased and the shooter knew each other hasn’t been determined.

Cops: Man attacking girlfriend gets punched, knocked down by woman at bowling alley

WEST ASHLEY, S.C. (WCSC) – Authorities say a man who was attacking his girlfriend was punched in the face and knocked down by a woman at a bowling alley in West Ashley.The Charleston Police Department charged 58-year-old Pano Dupree, who is an attorney in the Charleston area, with third-degree assault and battery.
His arrest stems from an investigation at Ashley Lanes on 1568 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. on March 19 when officers responded to a report of an assault.
Two witnesses said a man, later identified as Dupree, entered the bowling alley, walked up to his girlfriend and began arguing with her.
The witnesses told officers that Dupree started placing his arms around the victim’s neck from behind to place her in a choke hold. They also said Dupree was also pulling the victim’s hair.

Deputies: Intruder shot trying to break into Daytona Beach motel room
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Deputies are searching for a man and woman who they said tried to break into a room at a popular motel in Daytona Beach. One of the suspected intruders, the man, was shot.
It happened at the Motel 6 on International Speedway Blvd. around 3 a.m. Saturday morning.
They said the people in the room shot at the intruders, hitting one of them.
“The pair attempted to enter the room via a window, awakening an occupant who fired a gun at them, injuring the male,” the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said.

I think it gets classified as an Any Other Weapon (AOW) due to the “shoulder stock” on the pistol!…Yep…Pay your $200 tax, and register your information so they can come and pick it up when Kamala takes charge!

I think the shooter in the first incident may have a legal problem if Texas doesn’t have a castle doctrine, especially if the DRT was not armed.
In Texas? B&E, SYG, self-defense, breaking into your car, stealing your property at night, etc are ALL grounds to shoot here. Can’t shoot someone not threatening you or your stuff, but otherwise we tend to encourage abiding by the law. Forcefully.
