After robber shot at New Orleans store clerk, her co-worker returned fire, killing him

BY MICHELLE HUNTER
When a gunman began firing at a cashier during the robbery of a New Orleans East convenience store Tuesday night, another employee who was in the store at the time pushed her out of the line of fire, pulled out his own pistol and ordered the robber to get on the ground, the store’s owner said.

But when robber continued shooting, the employee returned fire and killed him, said owner Nick Hingel, who wasn’t present during Tuesday night’s holdup, but watched the events unfold on video recorded by the store’s surveillance cameras. Neither of his employees was injured, Hingel said.

One of our respected members had an unsatisfactory time with Walther, Delta Whiskies and Whiskettes. I hope the issue was resolved to his satisfaction.

Old tanker

As Tom Hanks noted at a awards show, not all miracles of silicone take place at Silicon Valley.

Gotta agree, she reminds me of Barbra Streisand. Not a good thing.

We were trying to decide who had the most obnoxious voices. Boiled down to Gilbert Godfried, William Hickey, Barbra, Fran Drescher, and anyone named Rosie.

One of my co workers went to Erasmus High School in Brooklyn, ny at the same time streisand went there. He also was a former Marine Viet-Vet and years later was awarded the Navy Cross through help from another former Marine who went to bat for him through I believe the American Legion.

Thunderstixx

Good for both of them and the Legion.
They helped me with my first claim, then the DAV took over and they really helped both me and my baby girl DA Veteran.
And I agree with the Old Tanker, fugly as Hell !!!!

Thunderstixx

That should be a trifecta there !!!
The moron 15 y.o. never stood a chance against a crotchety 80 year old bastard who’s had enough of the shit !!!
If he lives, I’m hoping for huge brain damage so he can be a poster boy for what NOT to do at the age of 15
!!!

Our commenter that had issues with Walther got his problem solved. He sold that POS to someone that knew it was a pig in a poke and got him something nice for the grands to shoot.

And yep, Ms Thang is fugly as all hell. IDC SARC might not even hit that…unless of course, he used a 2X4. Maybe that’s what happened, he hit it with a fugly stick?
