He claims that he had one of his testicles shot off, so he has a plastic nut – but that he earned a Purple Heart for it. He claims service in Desert Storm and the Global War on Terror. He has service DURING those periods but not IN the wars.

@248, good point. In a defamation case the burden of proof lies with the plaintiff, ie Ball Boyle would have to prove the statements were false. But, truth is an absolute defense in a libel case, so just about anything that would be probative of truth would be discoverable by the defendant, much to Johnny CIBS’ ultimate regret and embarrassment. Very difficult case for the Boyle on Humanity’s Ass to prove. The key, I think, is the DD214. If forged, well, obviously it doesn’t help him. If incorrect, can a service member rely on a mistaken document to substantiate that he is entitled to wear a particular award? If yes, then is a statement that he is not entitled to wear such award a false statement? This a loser argument. There is either an order authorizing a CIB or there is not. The DD214, as I understand from you guys, is merely a transcript and doesn’t authorize anything itself. Bottom line for Bullshit Boyle is, would you rather admit that you are a liar or that you’re stupid? Those would appear to be your only choices.

Boyles was sighted sporting around town in his Stolen Valor CIB pick-up truck with his wife earlier today. The list of people looking for him grows daily. Apparently he has been throwing around the names of a few people with a National 1% MC group, stating that they had his back. I did check into that, and now he is on another list.
