Editor’s Note: Monkress needed a bump up to the top. His lawyer is sending threatening letters to our friends and I guess she decided after a phone call with me, that her threats would only be a day’s welcomed distraction. Someone is walking the halls of Congress with Monkress’ DD214 today asking questions. I’ve added some more evidence that Monkress called himself a Navy SEAL, which seems to be their defense these days, that he never said he was a SEAL. So Lori Benton of Ford & Harrison, Attorneys at Law, you know our number.
Someone sent us some information on Phillip Dale Monkress who was outed late last year by POW Network as a phony SEAL, but he’s still rockin’ the lie, so it’s time to call out the pitchfork brigade. Here’s picture of him in his motorcycle club, the US Military Veterans’ Motorcycle Club;
ADDED: It seems the lawyers are trying to make the point that Monkress never called himself a SEAL, but here’s a page from the Brevard Business News which reprints a slide presentation in their publication;

Dunkel falsely claimed he was an employee of an Arlington-based company that received contract preferences through a Small Business Administration program. In reality, Dunkel simply paid a kickback to the Arlington company so it would pass the work through to him. As it turned out, the Arlington company, Security Assistance Corp., was not even eligible for the SBA preferences anyway. The company’s figurehead CEO, Dawn Hamilton, pleaded guilty in March to $30 million in contract fraud, admitting that she was awarded NASA security contracts under the SBA program even though her company was truly controlled by another man, Keith Hedman, who was not eligible for the SBA preferences that are granted to small, disadvantaged businesses. Both Hamilton and Hedman have already pleaded guilty and await sentencing. Court records show the scheme ran from 2005, when Dunkel was introduced to Hedman, through 2012, when federal agents raided the companies’ offices. Dunkel was the eighth defendant to plead guilty in the case. Previous guilty pleas include that of former Homeland Security regional director Derek Matthews of Harwood, Md., who took $12,500 in bribes in exchange for inside information to help the companies controlled by Hedman. WV and MD are two different states. If there was any unauthorized computer access involved in getting Jonn’s wife’s phone records, anyone involved in that little stunt might want to start worrying.
Here’s why. In 2010, Andrew Auernheimer discovered a hole in AT&T’s website security. A colleague of his used that security flaw to download a large number of AT&T IPad customer e-mail addresses; Auernheimer gave them to a journalist for publication.
The FBI investigated the matter. Aurenheimer ended up being prosecuted under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. He was convicted of two felonies in Nov 2012. He was sentenced to 41 months in prison and ordered to pay $73,000 in restitution to AT&T in March 2013.

Work has slowed down a little bit out here in the stan. I love the triple digit threads the most. They warm a sarcastic bitter hateful little part of my heart that recognizes it is only a few feet from a weapon at any time. It brings glee to my heart to see failures jump into this website to attempt to argue against truths. They never try to prove their end with solid proof, only muckraking namecalling attacks. However I also see this as evolution. The fakers are going to HAVE to start getting smarter sometime. @571 Talked to my dad last night, he rides with a veterans club down in south Florida. From what he told me Phil’s MC isnt very well thought of by the other MC’s in Florida. So I told him about Phil and what he was trying to pull, my dad is a Navy Viet Nam vet, and told him to pass it along to his MC and others in the state. Seems that he even once had a problem with the US Military Veterans MC himself once, they went running to the chapter president of an outlaw biker MC to tell on him, all dad said was the difference between their MC and his was that they(dad’s MC) weren’t afraid to shoot you.
