Terry O’Neill; phony SEAL
Someone sent us their work on this Terrance O’Neill fellow. Folks tell us how he can’t go two minutes without bragging about his time in Vietnam when he was a Navy SEAL. For example, there’s this article from a few years ago when Francis “Frank” Lamantia Spivey, a friend of Terry’s was shot by Las Vegas police when he carelessly discharged a weapon a number of times during a standoff with police.
Terry O’Neil, a U.S Navy veteran, said he wasn’t afraid because he had three combat tours of duty during his 22 years of service.
Terry did an interview with the Las Vegas Review-Journal and they took pictures of him wearing an Army Combat Action Badge cap and a SEAL T-shirt;
He tried to get Clint Eastwood to make a movie about his book (that I couldn’t find on the internet)
It looks like O’Neill was aboard the USS Kirk, a frigate, FF-1087, in April, 1975 when it participated in Operation Eagle Pull, the evacuation of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and Operation Frequent Wind, the evacuation of Saigon, Vietnam.
He was an SH3 an E-4 Ship’s serviceman. Ship’s servicemen manage barber shops, tailor shops, ships’ uniform stores, laundries, dry cleaning plants and cobbler shops. They serve as clerks in exchanges, gas stations, warehouses, and commissary stores. Some ship’s servicemen function as Navy club managers. You know, just like a Navy SEAL. Somehow, a Combat Action Ribbon appeared in his records. Certainly not an Army Combat Action Badge.
No SEAL training, no SEAL assignments. I hear he now sports a dyed black mustache and a soul patch these days.

Oh, not another Faker Navy Seal!!!!
I’ll fix some sandwiches, and the chips are in the cupboard. Anyone who wants anything stronger than tea or coffee, bring it yourself, because I am NOT paying for your bad habits.
And make sure you wear that special pair of boots. It is going to get deep in here.
Unless there’s something I missed, he ended is distinguished career as SH1, not HS3.
HS is Hospital Steward and/or Heath Services Tech.
Health Services Tech is what HMs are called in the Coast Guard. Not the Navy.
OH, noes! The pdf list is out of date!! I’m sorry, SARC. Not enough caffeine yet.
https://www.cem.va.gov/CEM/docs/abbreviations/Ranks_Navy.pdf
They have PH on that list as Photographers Mate, too, PHAR as Pharmacist.
Against my better judgement (and out of morbid curiosity) I took a quick look at this 69 page-long(!) document to better understand naval ranks. But when the first three entries contain ‘Boy One’ and ‘First Captain of the Tops’ (didn’t find Captain of the bottoms, though ;)), I can’t continue in good faith. Praise the maker for the simple Army rank structure!
The Navy Rank structure is’t that complicated…it’s the ratings schema that leaves most people flabbergasted.
SR SA SN (that gets hairy too)
PO3 PO2 PO1
CPO SCPO MCPO
Well right there is an example: PO3, PO2, PO1. Other Services go up, eg: W1, W2, W3…; 2LT, 1LT….awww shit. I’ll go color.
But Navy rank structure IS complicated.
Captain of the Bottoms is a title awarded to the winner of the “Fisting Friday” contest at Brucie’s Bath House (Entrance in the rear).
Terry O’Neill knows all about that stuff…
Here’s a link to the real Seal Team 6:

Brucie’s Bathhouse, Where everyday is ManLove Thursday
Navy SEALs, when skivvies need to be their whitest.
Yeah, the mama-sans were good at finding rocks to use to pound the laundry down by the riverside.
When aboard ship I appreciated the heck out of those Sailors that picked up and delivered my laundry. Same for the messcranks assigned to the CPO Mess, awesome workers.
You don’t see that many CAB’s from Nam, salute(one finger).
I knew the CAB was retroactive when it was approved, but I had no clue it went all the way to Viet of the Nam. Maybe he got a waiver? 😉
Snapper3307 is certainly “waving” him….
A seal with a CAB instead of a CAR. Happens all the time.
Man, I’d love to have the hat/shirt/patch/car sticker concession for these assholes. I’d be NFL-rich.
I’ll start a booth next to yours that sells leather vests.
And I’ll open the tailor shop to sew all the crap together.
I’ll sell motorcycles and club memberships.
I will be in the next booth over renting/selling motorcycles!
I’ll open a poodle shop next door for their comfort dog.
And I’ll open up a saddle store specializing in halter/bridles,buggy wheels and more once vehicles are banned plus getting a monopoly on the horseshoe industry.
I’ll open the tattoo parlor.
Leave the poodles out of this.
They are far too intelligent and classy for phonies. 🐩
They’re much more deserving of Chihuahuas, those psychotic little jumping yap-dogs!
I owned a talking dog that was a mathmatical expert so one day, I asked the dog what 2+2 added up to and the dog said nothing.
There once was a poodle here that answered “five” to that question.
That poodle was a dick.
I happen to love Standard Poodles, does that make me a ‘Poodlephile’?
And I’ll open a trendy poser boutique that specializes in doo-rags, service dog accessories, dumbass-looking white-framed wrap-around mirror-lens sunglasses, and the full range of metal military insignia and badges of the armed forces, to include those of the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
There will also be a literature and stationery section in my trendy poser boutique, where the Official TAH Poser 101 Handbook and assorted blank valor award certificates will be on prominent display.
As an added benefit to our poser clientele, I will also be offering a special 10% discount to any posers who have earned the combination of the CAR, CIB, Naval Aviator wings, and the prestigious Department of Transportation Outstanding Unit Award.*
*Proof of service required.
Don’t forget the leather vests…
Medals of America, Inc. will never be overstocked on those items.
Dear Terrance,
Thank you for your submission but I regret that I will not be able to produce your story. However, I will soon begin production of a film that includes certain US Navy scenes, requiring your considerable expertise. If you are interested, please let my wardrobe assistant know so that he can provide you with the 136 pairs of dress shoes that need to be spit polished by July 15th.
Yours truly.
Clint
Shoes of Our Fathers?
“Plugman”…more like plugee.
I googled it and a manual titled “Hose Handling Procedures” came up.
Very fitting.
Navy, you gay.

Clints first crack at the big screen was playing a Sailor. Uncredited in. Francis in the Navy. Alongside Donald O Connor.
Giant letters over the award on the hat.
Because nobody would know what it is unless you make it perfectly clear.
Welll in all fairness …. the Combat Action Badge has got to be the worst badge the army ever developed. You can’t really tell what the component parts are from a short distance
Since they were modeling it after the Sturmabzeichen with the grenade, bayonet, and wreath … you’d think at least they’d have crossed bayonets since the baseball grenade is obscure. And maybe an eagle’s head between the two.
http://www.lexikon-der-wehrmacht.de/Orden/Bilder/asa50.jpg
Oops, full name is *Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen*
I think it looks goofy. The giant bayonet gives the impression that the person is a Kung Foo knife master and will cut you with just a glance.
Terrance O’Neill is a phony SEAL.
Terrance O’Neill is a liar.
Terrance O’Neill is a disgrace.
Welcome to your new Google fame, Terry. The inerwebs are forever.
You know, AW1Ed, you are right,
Terrance O’Neill is a phony SEAL.
Terrance O’Neill is a liar.
Terrance O’Neill is a disgrace.
Are you referring to Terrance George O’Neill, who may have gone by the name Terrance O’Neill and/or Terry O’Neill?
I heard that Terrance O’Neill may have lived in Albany New York and enlisted into the U.S. Navy from that location. While in the Navy Terrance O’Neill was not a member of the prestigious SeALs even though Terrance O’Neill has claimed to be a SEAL. Did you know that while in Las Vegas Terrance O’Neill who served in the Navy wore a hat with a Combat Action Badge, which is an Army badge?
I wear a hat OD green with a CAB on it. I never served in Army but have the CAB listed on my DD214 and NDAWS, plus page 4. There have been many Sailors that have a CAB, just had it converted, or not. So they can claim they have one. Now this jack ass NO. Note they can not wear on uniform unless assigned with Army and or Army JTF and wearing Army uniform.
This is not and was not meant to be a Army only badge.
Award of the CAB is not limited by one’s branch or military occupational specialty; however, to receive the CAB, a Soldier must not be assigned or attached to a unit that would qualify the Soldier for the CIB or CMB.
Thanks for the clarification.
I Infantry. I no read POG awards manuel. Make brayn hurted.
Beer.
Today is Tuesday and it looks like the seals are getting a late start this week. i wonder if I should shit can my O’Neill body surfing shirt.
This POS is so full of shit that he needs a size XXL pooper-scooper for basic self-cleaning…
What a sad sack of shit. You served on the USS Kirk and took part in some operations that were memorialized in film and are part of Navy lore. Instead of being rightfully proud of being part of that crew you took a giant shit on them. Fuck you, shitbag. NPR, whom I generally loathe, did an excellent documentary on this Ship, “Forgotten Ship: A Daring Rescue as Saigon Fell”.
http://www.navy.mil/submit/display.asp?story_id=57186
From the article:
First generation of my rating- big flight boots to fill.
USS Kirk, a Chinook, and a leap of faith.
How many helicopters are at the bottom of the sea offshore from Saigon?
Many.
I heard that when the OKIE 3 was involved in the evacuation, the helos were pushed overboard to make room for the other helos coming in so I can imagine that there were a lot of helos coming in with the evacutees and room had to be made for them.
Just from the USS Kirk alone…
I was always inspired by the story of RVN Maj. Buang who loaded his family up in his O-1 Bird Dog (Cessna 170-based so a small plane) and flew out to sea hoping to find a USN ship. Landed it right on the deck of the Midway.
I can’t imagine the desperation to drive someone to do that.
His desperation was motivated the knowledge the commies were likely to murder him, like they did in Hue to everyone they could who supported the RVN government.
Saw 1988 training as a plugman. Then there is the picture of him with his index finger extended. I believe in the photo he was demonstrating what he did at lights out, starting out with just one finger.
Cocksucker.
KA-Booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooom!
If he was a Navy Club Manager, which I seriously doubt because he was on a ship, he may have qualified for a combat action badge and maybe a Purple Heart for having his balls busted over small shit by Commander’s wives, Master Chiefs and the like. Just sayin.
Some things they just never pay ya enough to put up with.
Not just Commanders Wives, Field Grade Officer Wives are often good at making themselves a pain in multiple asses at once.
So are the wives of promotable Captains, who just know that they’re about to make that leap to field grade wife.
Yeah, the base skipper’s wife came into the E-Club at NAS Sigonella while the DJ was playing “The Rodeo Song,” and that was the last time we heard it there. No sense of humor at all. NSFW lyrics:
But that song is a classic, a national treasure!
Hmmmm …. never heard it before. Interesting.
Haven’t heard that one since Kingsville@ ’91. Good stuff!
He kind of reminds me of Code Name “Dumb Ass”.
That said, he could also be Code Name “Half Ass”, “Ass Hole”, or even “Ass Hat”.
What ever code name he uses, he was never a SEAL, never a Soldier, but always an ass.
Fuck you Terry O’Neil
No service dog? 😲
He has a service gerbil. You DON’T want to know where it is. 😉
evvybuddy make fun of da proctologis until yo ass iz done broked an need fixin. fo reelz
So what you’re saying is you hook a GoPro up to a gerbil instead of a scope?
Proctogerbilscope?
…….Sigh…….
I ran out of insults and stupid monikers for these clowns…
Just wow! Even before he joined the Navy in 1967, he was captured in 1964 in Cambodia and spent 2 years as a POW. He musta done those two years in captivity instead of junior and senior year in high school. Three combat tours in the Viet of the Nam, and the SEALs recruited him from the ranks of the elite Navy stores clerks. Where do we get such men?
Joe’s Bar.
Brucie’s Bath House…
(Entrance In Rear)
Maybe he had accumulated so much Detention in high school his Principal sent him off to a POW Camp in Cambodia? That makes about as much sense as the rest of his claims!
Not the real deal, Terry O’Niell….
Wino scrotum sniffing gerbil turd.
Too bad we can’t have a reporter interview his gerbil, but then few reporters speak gerbil. Although, some are likely very familiar with gerbils.
The Army Combat Action Badge is awarded to service members who engaged in combat after 2001.
It was meant to acknowledge non-infantry persons.
Armor and Artillery were left out.
The CIB was created in 1943 to increase the prestige for ground pounders. SOmething to recognize that they were not bottom of the barrel.
Any soldier that had been in combat prior to 2001 but not 11 series gets nothing.
I was a 19D and fought in Iraq and Kuwait. I don’t get that award.
Efforts have been made over the years to award this retroactively – including the stipulation that those eligible would pay for their own badge – but DOD and Congress said tough shit. We don’t have the resources to go back thru 60 years of spotty records to update service members records, issue DD-215’s blah blah blah.
No, I don’t need it.
I’m proud of my service, don’t have an ego to feed.
And, I have my Stetson, gold spurs and Order Of The Combat Spur. That’s the real heritage for Cavalry.
CAB….meh
No different than the black beret IMO…
Correction. I meant to say Armor and Artillery were not elligible for the CIB.
How does a guy with 15+ years Navy enlisted only have Good Conduct Medals?
I see 2 NAMs on there. The Navy doesn’t award Commendation and Achievement Medals as liberally as they do in the Air Force.
Has to do with broken service. It used to be 4 years for a GCM and they had to be consecutive time in service. Then it was changed later to 3 years,
Broken service doesn’t completely explain his only having 2 GCMs, Ex-PH2. Even with 4 consecutive years service required, based on the info in his FOIA he should have three GCMs.
He has 2 periods of service that should have resulted in GCMs under the old Navy “4 years consecutive” rules. The first was 5 Feb 74 to 14 Dec 83; the second, 4 Aug 86 to 31 Aug 92.
The first period was nearly 10 years duration and should have resulted in him receiving 2 GCMs. The second period was over 6 years duration and should have resulted in his receiving a third GCM.
Something had to have happened to preclude him receiving one GCM he otherwise should have been awarded.
It seems to me that this guy had a good career, retired as an SH1/E-6, went places I never got to see and had plenty to tell in the way of sea stories. But he just had to go and ruin it by making stuff up.
For shame!
If you’re going to tell sea stories, stick to that. It can be quite interesting, even if you’re just the mess cook on a diesel submarine.
“There I was, cleaning up the last bits of this and that in the galley. We were dead in the water at 450 feet. Someone started making whale noises. It was so real, it even had me fooled….”
you guys dont need to worry about my uncle, because of this article he had a stroke and die,Great Job keep the good work ,He was bury with full miltary honors, Oh everything that is in this blog is here say, The news paper article did not state he was a seal, and as for the hat ,his grand daughter gave that to him, so he did not want to hurt her feelings, Go after the Ron Oneills who made millions for lieing God bless everyone
Turd.
Trying to decode the crap you typed gave me a headache in my left eye.
Proof reading is your friend.
This shit gave RGR 4-78 Forest Whitaker Eye. You should be ashamed.

Oculus Sinister it is.
Did you even make it to a second grade level of English, Grammar and Composition skills before you dropped out of school to work the lunch counter and mop floors at your local bus station?
EVERYONE KNOWS THAT RECIRDS WAS CHANGE IN THE 60S My Uncle enter the Navy in 1964 , Here are a list of duty station that are not all on his records ,ACU 2 [TAD] Work along side SEAL TEAM 2 , USS AUSTIN ,USS MEYERkORD,USS BAGLEY, USS JOUEUS CG 29, arco ardm dry dock. uss produs ar19 , hE HAD 5 TOUR OF SEA DUTY . sO PLEASE LET OUR FAMILY RECOVER FROM MY uNCLE PASSING ,YOUR WEB SITE DOES NOT NEED TO BURY HHIM ANY DEEPER,hET DID NOT DO TOO BAD FOR A SH1 [CBA AND 2 NAMS
wHATever. While I am willing to cut a bit of slack to anyone in the throes of raw grief, you just don’t get a complete pass. You also can’t expect lies to go unnoticed.
Hint: If you want to be taken seriously, try writing coherently with a modicum of attention to punctuation, sentence structure, and use of caps. (No, none of us is perfect and stray typos happen to all of us. Your screed went out into indecipherable blathering.)
It’s a little early to be on the sauce.
JUST how many tubes of plastic model glue and how many cans of spray paint did you huff before you posted that blob of unintelligible drivel? I have cut farts that were far more intelligent than that after eating MRE’s and I could shit something far more intelligible and coherent than that after eating only half a can of Alphabet Soup!
“hE HAD 5 TOUR OF SEA DUTY .”
That’s cute.
Faith…Best thing this web site can do for you is enroll you in a Remedial GED course. We are all sorry for your Uncle’s passing, but find it indefensible that any mention of his service suggested him being a SEAL. Had you spent some time on this web site previously, you’d know a “tell” for a military phony is running his mouth constantly about all his war stories. Even you or other family members suggesting Uncle Bullshitartist worked ALONG a SEAL team is an insult to every TAH contributor. You’d have best served yourself by never coming on to this web site expecting any sympathy or pardon for a bunch of lies. You could have placed yourself in the same make believe life as your Uncle by telling us you were a college graduate.
My Uncle was not a phony like you mention, you got his record. He was RET from the Navy so let well enough go, get a live and grow a pair ! You are Knocking down a highly decorated VET that did received a combat action ribbon and 2 NAM plus other awards. ,Let my uncle rest in peace. You have to have alot of time and hate on your time , and for the rest that think they know my uncle just move on with your life and fine the real phonies that was not in service and did not spent time in War. I do have photos of my Uncle with ACU2 , SEAL TEAM 2, BOTH TOGETHER , Remember this web site kills people, It killed my UNCLE
I see that you cut back on huffing model airplane glue and spray paint before posting here this time!
Hello Im Faith I have made posts on here before, This will be my finale one. While the direct cause of Death of my Uncle Ter is a Blood clog in the brain , The medical report came back saying he had early alzheimers ,That is most likely why he mention Seals instead of ACU2/SBU2 .Who that have said words on here remember the ST LOUIS defense DEPT RECORD CENTER FIRE?Anyone.Well my Uncle was going back into service but did not have his DD214 IN 1974 , I think the fire was in 1972 or 1973 ,The record center had his records out and most of his records got destroy . His DD 214 and some of the records that Jonn has requested is all they have . I hope this is not the same Jonn that work for DTA in Vegas. Uncle Ter mention your Name. Well getting back on track, This is why you guys do not have all of the facts. Maybe just maybe in this case you have a highly decorated Vets that just got a bad deal. I always look at out Vets as the bests of the bests, Knowing that everyone was highly trained and then you come home , mean , angry , hurting , narrow minded. This web site. or Blog is a perfect example of Hate. I look at the Seals and Rangers etc of today and I see weak minded people. Like I mention before the Hat Uncle Ter has on he knew was not correct but he wore it because he did not want to hurt his Grand Daughter feelings, I have pictures of my uncle when he was TAD with ACU2 / SEAL TEAM 2 /SBU 2 . your records are not intact.. It does not show the Letter he received from the Governor of CALF. when he ret in 1992. Now being weak minded you guys will come back calling me names because that the only thing you know what to do. My uncle is dead, because of your blog, My Aunt is losing her home, You… Read more »
Yeah, we heard about the records center fire. Hondo wrote about it here. O’Neil’s records weren’t affected. If his records ere destroyed, how did we get them?
“look at the Seals and Rangers etc of today and I see weak minded people”
You just lost everyone that ever served.
I work with today’s Marine Raiders, SEALS, Rangers and SF every day. I served for 24 years and was an Independent Duty Recon Corpsman.
These men are in a word, awesome.
Where have you derived your opinion Faith? What have you done?
Gotta watch out for them thar blood clogs. I was able to read through that drivel with a loss of less than 10 IQ points, a real first for me, and he got a letter from the Governor of CALF, where is that, is it one of the moons orbiting Hoth?
Seems “brain clogs” are common in your family, Faith.
Better you have them checked out.
I sense a severe case of recto-cranial impaction.
Is this you, Terry, writing all this mish-mash?
When and where did you pass away, Terry/Faith?
When and where is Terry/Faith buried? You have a Coroner’s report with date/time of death?
Care to share with us his medical report as well as the name of the Doctor and the hospital?
Until then, I do not believe you are dead. You are using a symphathy ruse that is not going to work.
Best you be a MAN and tell us the truth.
Faith,
Terry O’Neil has been spotted attached by his rear end to a transgender persons man part and they’re masquerading as conjoined twins. The hard part to believe is the person he’s attached to isn’t white and claims to be a Green Beret that served in the Martian Colonial Wars of 2098, but I do believe it due to Terry’s incredible war record as a highly decorated SEAL. I wonder why the conjoined twin was never mentioned before, it’s probably because his records were also lost in the fire.
Funny, I can’t seem to find a recent obit for a Terry O’Neill. Maybe Faith can send us a link so we’d know where to send donations?
“where to send donations?”
Upper right corner..top of the page.
“where to send donations?”
Upper right corner, top of the page.
This is a legal notice that under the US copyright laws you did not get my Family consent to post private information about my uncle. I have contact the Google Legal Dept to have this article taken down.valorguardians.com/blog/?p=79036
Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahah.
This going to be fun.
Yeah, and I’m gonna harness the energy of sunspots and make a bazillion. (Here’s a hint, Faith: That also will not be happening.)
Good luck with that, Faith… and that info is public knowledge.
Discovery can be a real bitch, Faith…
Maybe you should reach out to Daniel Bernath, Esquire. He has managed to get hundreds of thousands of dollars awarded in his disputes with This Ain’t Hell. Of course, those hundreds of thousands of dollars did not go to his side in the disputes.
I get the feeling “Faith” above has not researched the term “public record information” as it applies to military records and Freedom of Information Act requests for same.
It’s also obvious the same is true about “Faith” and copyright laws regarding US government documents.
Here’s a clue for you, “Faith”: ya just might want to do both before you consult a lawyer. You just might save yourself a chunk of money.
?itemid=9637070
Do you even understand how the Internet works? Google can’t take down a web site which is not part of the Google domains.
Faith can move mountains but can’t budge the blog.
Cometh now the party of the first part in petition to the party of the second part, wherein the party of the first part insisteth and demandeth that the party of the second part forthwith cease and desist from posting any matter respecting or regarding the blood uncle, namely, one Terrance O’Neill, of the party of the first part.

Given under my seal, this fourth day of July, in the Year of Our Lord two thousand eighteen.
And wenteth same.
and, “as to”.
When did any of you start comething?
Isn’t that something that the purple parachuter does?
SPEW ALERT! SPEW ALERT!
This is when I cometh:
Thank you for your email of this date requesting that Google and, more specifically, the Google Legal Department, remove an article from a certain military blog. We will need more information before we can consider the matter. Accordingly, at your earliest convenience, please answer the following question: Are you freakin’ nuts?Thank you.
Sincerely,

Hello Jonn owner of
valorguardians.com/blog/?p=79036
By Law im putting you and your bloggers on notice, You had infringe copyrights Laws and did not get permission to post my uncle records., Also it has come to my attention that You and some of the rest of the bloggers are in fact never been in the Military. You had the right to get my Uncle records but you did not get all, because he was going to enlist in the Air Force in 1973 but as you can read the records got burn, The Navy took him back when they restore his DD2104.
Im asking everyone that said derogatory comments to take them down, If you refuse to apply your name and handle will be included in the COPYRIGHTS law suit. So the question I have to ask everyone is HOW MUCH MONEY is my Uncle Family going to get from everyone. Jonn the owner of this class act blog ,Lets see your military record or are you a real Phony. Ill give you until Monday to take this blogg down or Ill see you in court
Get bent, you termite-brained, indolent, snot-blowing, yap-flapping twit, Faith.
Mrs Durrance, my high school English teacher, would have a stroke if she saw Faith’s gibberish. Bet even she could not diagram Faith’s sentences.
Did “faith” even attain a third grade level of English before she dropped out of school to go on welfare?
It’s not even authentic frontier gibberish.
Records are not archived until after you leave the service. Therefore, a person in the military in 1973 would not have records in the archive in 1974.
You aren’t even trying with that lame canard.
Your uncle owes all of us a debt he can never pay for being a phony.
Only a moron believes that screaming insults detracts from the original charge.
And I’m with PH2 on this…get bent…backwards….
Hey “Cindy McCoy” (same comment left on the Book of Face post above)… you’re barking up the wrong tree. You’re going to look real foolish (and be out some money) if you go through with this legal nonsense. Just Google “Daniel A. Bernath” to find out.
Jonn’s Bernath Bucks ride has some years on it now and TSO’s hot dog suit is probably fraying a bit. Some “Faith/Cindy Bucks” might be welcomed.
I don’t believe the woman posting from the Cindy McCoy FB page is Cindy McCoy. Two reasons. First, no one who is that old can be that stupid. Years ago, kids who made it through grade school well knew how to write simple sentences with correct grammar and punctuation. Second, “Faith” refers to O’Neill as her uncle and although it’s possible for an uncle to be as old or even older than his neice, it’s unlikely. My money says Faith is posting from a relative’s account and is probably living in that person’s basement.
As a Southerner, I only have 5 words for you- well, bless your heart, sweetie.
Don’t forget to add mine to your copyrights lawsuit, faith.
Your uncle is a lying POS. You must be proud…
Hahahahahahahahahahaha
HEY “faith”, maybe you should take some classes and learn an English Composition level above that of a third grader which I assume is the level you reached before you dropped out of school to go on welfare.
Just clicked on a few links… “faith” has a 9th grade education and a “criminal law” degree.
She obviously has no clue how many others have said the same thing and have FAILED to get posts taken down from TAH. Will she end up being Psulian, Bernathian or a combination of both? She does display a Dutch Rudder Gang level of a grip on reality!
Can someone please let me know if they see one correctly structured sentence in that diatribe?
You know, I’d go out of my way to rely on the legal advice of someone who has an obvious limited understanding and knowledge of the English language.
BTW, your (theoretically) deceased uncle is a lying shite stain. Can you please add me to your “COPRRIGHTS law suit?” I haven’t been mentioned in a TAH lawsuit since Psul decided to run a similar attempt.

OK Terry/Faith/Cindy, I’m just going to leave this right here because, from what I can see posted above, this is *right* up your alley and I, no doubt, have every confidence, that you will completely understand this.
(sigh) “Teh stoopid” plus “teh stubborne” is a particularly unfortunate combination. Let me give you some unsolicited advice, “Faith”. Before you consult a lawyer – which you would almost certainly need to do in order to file a lawsuit – you might want to do a bit of research. I’d suggest you focus that research on the following: a. Defamation and truth as a defense against same. b. Copyright protections for US government documents. c. Public record information as applied to stored or archived military records. d. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests concerning military records. e. The legal concepts of “standing” and “discovery” as applied to civil suits. Lawyers are generally fairly expensive. And often, they want a retainer (e.g., payment) up-front before they’ll talk to you. Research, on the other hand, only takes some of your time. Should you take the time, I’m pretty sure that this is what you will find about items a through d above (I’m not going to discuss e. since both topics are fairly complex and best left to a lawyer to explain): a. Truth is an absolute defense against defamation claims. b. A document that qualifies as a “work of the US government” in general has no copyright protection. FYI: military records in long-term storage meet the definition of a “work of the US government”; they were prepared by an employee of the US government (e.g., by a member of the military) as a part of their official duties. c. While some information in a person’s military record is protected by the Privacy Act, much is not. In fact, a surprising amount of information in a person’s stored military records (or their federal civilian employment records, for that matter) is considered public record information. A list of that public record information can be found here: https://www.archives.gov/personnel-records-center/foia-info If the military records in question are archival (e.g., more than 62 years have passed since the individual’s final discharge from the military), the individual’s entire military record on file with the US government is considered public record information. d. The information that is public record… Read more »
In 36 years of practicing law, I never took or knew of any attorney taking a defamation case solely on a contingent fee basis. So, “Faith” or whatever your name is, better start saving money for your attorney’s fee advance.
A COPYRIGHTS lawsuit?
My dear, I believe you misspelled “COPROPHAGIA”.
(chuckle)
She really needs to practice coprophagy and shut up!
You might be too late with the first part of that advice, API. Have you noticed how “full of it” her comments seem?
And die.
Hey lady (and I use the term loosely), if you are threatening a civil action, you should find a lawer (sp) who knows lawsuit is one word. Also, most of us here have served in the military, some for over 20 years. Also, many of us actually served in combat in Vietnam, unlike your POSer uncle. Some even actually earned our combat commendations and awards, unlike your POSer uncle. Your uncle sat at a radar console on a ship, staring at a radar screen, during a time when there were no Navy personnel in combat in Vietnam. Feel free to sue us; we just hope your homeowner’s insurance is paid up so we can collect after you “law suit” is dismissed.
I’m sorry “Faith.” I had your purported uncle confused with another of our phony SEAL’s; he was not a radarman, but had an even more non-combat related job in the Navy; he was a ships’ stores man.
Jonn was never in the military? Damn. Sure fooled me all these years. /sarc, of course/
What’s a “DD2104”? I was never in the military apparently.
Look, when your caught your caught and you may as well lay the cards on the table. As for me, Faith, I was never in the American military, but I did serve in the Pontifical Swiss Guard. I figured that if I wrote the truth about that, I might not be welcome here. (Some of these commenters don’t like Catholics!) It’s not easy for me to admit it, but I respect your efforts and wish you success. Ah, it feels good to tell the truth.
Pull up your boots – it’s getting deep in here.
Have been holding on to this info.
Cindy McCoy is Terrance’s wife.
She was a Roller Derby Queen:
https://www.denverpost.com/2013/07/04/springs-native-was-60s-roller-derby-queen/
“Last year, McCoy and her husband, Terrance O’Neill, moved to Las Vegas, and are hoping to find a producer for a movie version of “Hell on Wheels.”
Her and Terry have been trying to make a movie of her based on her book “Hell on Wheels” (When you click the link and scroll thru the pictures, you will see Terry with his dyed black mustache and gootee)

“She and her husband have been working on the movie project now for 10 years and the momentum is picking up. The screenplay was recently completed by Tina Howe. McCoy hopes to sell the screenplay soon.
“I feel people can relate to my story,” she said. “The movie tells people to follow their hearts and don’t give up.”
If the movie gets made, it would be called, “Beyond All Odds, the Cindy McCoy Story.”
She even has folks picked out to play her in her movie “Beyond All Odds: The Cindy Morgan Story:

And here is the teaser to her movie:

There’s more folks, if you wish to see!
It has been a long time, but I might have seen her skate. My father used to take me to watch Roller Derby all of time back then when he was home. Being in the Navy he was gone a lot.
Maybe that is where Terrance met her, at band camp. All the really hot romances start at band camp.
Ewer/You’re/Your. Replace as needed.
Cindy McCoy is Terry’s wife.

You need to change your name to BullDog.

The intro to the video looks like it was written by a Middle Eastern man named “Phil”, while on the phone trying to steal all your hard earned money. The words used don’t make sense, I’m pretty sure one isn’t even a real word, how can that be a professional edit? I’m :13 in and not positive I want to continue watching.
Question:
Does 5/6 weeks between posting this and sockpuppets coming round count as a “Zombie Thread?”
Maybe a “Baby Zombie” thread?
/Just spit balling
Let’s see, “faith” claims that Terrance O’Neill the phony SEAL is dead from a “Blood clog in the brain” [sic] and she’s a’ gonna sue if this ain’t removed, how many times have threats of legal action gotten a post removed from TAH in the past? Uuhhhhhm let’s see, zero?
It looks like this post about Terrance O’Neill the bogus SEAL is going to stay no matter how much “faith” screeches and makes herself look even more dumbass.
Is Terrance O’Neill the phony SEAL actually deceased or is it yet more bullshit? I don’t think anyone has found an obituary for Terrance O’Neill the phony SEAL, I think “faith” has quite a “Brain clog” that will likely get even more entertaining here on this thread about Terrance O’Neill the phony SEAL.
Faith, babe, sweetheart… it looks like we got off on the wrong foot here. I don’t speak for the group but I’d like to ensure you of one thing, the group is most likely very, very sorry….
Sorry that your POS ‘uncle’, Terrance George O’Neill, is a LIAR! Terrance George O’Neill was NEVER a SEAL.
Eat it.
LMFAO!!
What kind of person posts their picture holding a smartphone under “condolences/guestbook” for someone’s obituary?
(Hint-he is sporting a black mustache and a goatee and goes by the name Terry):

That phone is about as smart as him.

Hope the abovr link works.
Some good legal advice thrown up by regular commenters here. Would like to add that “faith” also research what a blog is, what bloggers are, and how bloggers differ from commenters.
Might want to give some thought to whether Terry is her cousin, brother, uncle and/or husband. Even if it makes no difference to the lawer, it just might impact how the jury views him/her/it/them.
