Robert sent us a link to this phony’s Facebook page. He’s claiming that he has three combat jumps into Desert Storm, but according to the 2-1 he supplied, although he was indeed in 2/325th, he didn’t arrive at the unit from Jump School until the month after combat in Desert Storm ended;
He has his 2-1, but when someone asks him for the rest of his records, they were destroyed. And, oh, yeah, the Army lost track of him and he’s been on leave since 1999. That’s totally plausible. That gibberish in the title is how he gives us the “keys” to his service;
I noticed in his 2-1 that the Ranger Indoctrination Program (RIP) is crossed out, so I’m guessing he enlisted for a Ranger Battalion and then chickened out when he graduated from jump school. And, looking at the 2-1, he probably didn’t last too long after arrived at Fort Bragg – he certainly didn’t last long enough to learn that the jump wings don’t go over the CIB or that you don’t wear two Expert Weapons badges. And Area “J”. Wasn’t that the woods around the NCO Club on the hill.

I must have missed all the great combat jumps in DS especially as long as the war was, oh wait…. And what no space shuttle door gunner qual? I am sure on those jumps which may have been done from the space shuttle’s cargo bay or an SR-71 he then went behind lines to take out Saddam while screaming “Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no! Charge!!!!”
Guy is nucking futs… and has obviously lied to his own kids (like so many other posers). One thing to fantasize and keep those fantasies to yourself, but when you start lying to your fruiends and family you have become nothing more than just another shit stain in life.

Area J is the training area across Gruber Rd from the barracks in Division Area. Sounds like he’s incorporating the old cherry trick of sending privates to get the keys to Area J.

As far as how Section 8 applies to this critter, damn, I automatically assume that it applies to both his discharge and where he/it lives! The only thing missing from his claims is being a fighter/surveillance aircraft wing rack sniper, claiming to ride on the fuselage while sniping at enemy Generals! He wouldn’t have made it into the Space Shuttle Door Gunner’s Academy, let alone the Apollo Door Gunner’s Academy, something I graduated from as an infant (due to size and weight requirements on those missions, I was recruited right out of the Nursery in diapers!), and hey, if I’m lying, may a live hornet sting me in the arse right now, *OOOOWWWW!!!*,… *bzzzzzzz*,..

@7: I think what he meant to say was that he LOST the key to Area J while he was looking for an M203 blank adapter and a box of grid squares after his squad leader sent him to the orderly room to look for the PRC-E8.
Having said the above- between the mention of “Area J” and the DS hat patch on his BDU top, is it possible that this guy is pulling our leg?
He can’t believe other people would take this seriously and the mention of “area J” makes this appear to be not so much a faker as a tongue-in-cheek imitation of a blatant faker.

I left him a Facebook message with a link to this thread. Although something tells me he already knows. Anyway I told him nicely what I thought of all his BS and invited him to come on over and defend himself, if he is so inclined, the way he does on his Facebook page. Doubt we will hear from him though. This guy is a real tool.

@36 He was busted by a bunch of 2/325 guys and that stuff came way down the line. Think he took a couple blows to the head maybe. He actually did serve, and according to some of the comments he may have at one time gone AWOL and been tossed out. Seen it before, and since his own kids were commenting in there… I know there is no way at all I would involve my own kids in anything remotely like this(even if it were a joke). Last time I checked, wearing a Silver Star you did not earn is no joke. So not buying that he was doing this for kicks.
He is defending it all on his FB page, so his service to include all ribbons and badges must surely be legit. OK, gotta go now and fill out my application to be a door gunner on the SS Poseidon.
Oh, and he may have a touch of the mental retardation. That is not a medical opinion, just based on the fact that he is a fucking tard.

Someone commented that hes sporting a Soldiers Medal. Not that it makes any difference but he isnt. Hes weaing a Distinguished Service Medal (3 from the top), A Distinguished Flying Cross (one higher than Soldiers Medal) and an Air Medal. Oh haha and 3 combat jumps.
