No, Bryan Austin DeMeza is NOT a SEAL (Updated to a Phony)

| August 14, 2013

PSC sent us a link to this blog posting at Pen N Sword;

Bryan Austin DeMeza

I don’t know how they got the idea that he was a SEAL, because I can’t find any news source on the internet that says he’s a SEAL, and neither can Don Shipley find him in the SEAL database. But the shitbag shook his 19 day old stepson to death back in December according to WAFF;

According to Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Bryan Austin DeMeza, 21, of Munford, found his newborn stepson, Zayne Hunter, unresponsive after shaking him earlier in the evening.

DeMeza admitted to shaking Zayne “eight to ten times in a fast motion forward to backward and falling on the infant twice”.

I don’t know if DeMeza was even in the Navy, I guess he got out late last year if he was and you Navy guys might find him in the Navy thing you have for that, but it’s very irresponsible of anyone, blog or otherwise to start calling everyone who wears a tank top and RayBans a Navy SEAL. I’m not calling him a phony, because I don’t know where anyone got the idea, but he is being charged with 1st degree murder.

OK, he’s a phony, but anyone who takes someone’s word on their Facebook profile is a moron.

Bryan Austin DeMeza SEAL

And the dumbass got married in camouflage, FFS.

Wait, what?

Chelsea was only 16 and now the mother of two; she must have felt overwhelmed, but she appeared to love her children.”

OWB

Seems to be a popular name for scumbags.

Ex-PH2

There is nothing in the WAFF article that refers to DeMeza’s having any military service whatsoever. That sounds like something made up out of whole cloth.

MustangCryppie

There is a very, very special place in Hell for assholes like this. Hopefully, he’ll get a taste of it as Bubba’s cellmate.

Powerpoint Ranger

That blog has a Facebook page that’s linked off of their main page. I posted a link to this article on their wall, anyone else who is so inclined can do the same here:

Shelby county is a bad place to be locked up for a white boy.

Just an Old Dog

He did a 2 year tour,,, all of it in the SEALs,,,, Editor. No.Clue.At.All.

JarHead Pat

What a fucking animal.

Thor

IF I recall, a SEAL has to extend for one or two years beyond their initial FOUR year enlistment. Things may have changed since my tour on recruiting. Perhaps NH Sparky remembers? I’m calling BS on the SEAL thing.

Common Sense

“The baby did not receive any medical attention from the day he was born on November 17 until the day he died in December.”

Sounds like other problems in that household. Normally there is at least one well-baby check in that time period.

MCPO NYC USN (Ret.)

Not a SEAL … Not a Sailor.

He is just a baby killer.

When he arrives at his new prison home, the baby killer, will find that everyone, including the rapist of children, will be longing to shank his gut till his gizzards flow out of his body.

And then there is hell, where they don’t segregate baby killers from general population. .

streetsweeper

Damn…..

Hondo

MustangCryppie: that special place would be the innermost circle – in Dante’s hell, anyway. That’s reserved for those guilty of betrayal.

What else is a parent murdering their infant child but the worst form of betrayal?

NHSparky

No way in hell that boy can even spell “SEAL” let alone claim he are one. And yes, Thor is right–SEAL is a 6YO program.

There is a pineapple in hell with this little shitstain’s name on it.

Bless the baby–he rests with the angels now.

LostOnThemInterwebs

I’m not a SEAL but I would totally love to do some BJJ training on his ass, no problems my instructor says I need to work on my arm bars ….

So the dude is 21, now let me just use math against him and whoever thought he was a SEAL:

Let’s say the dude was a bad ass and enlisted at 17 and got his BUD/S contract right there and went from bootcamp to BUD/S, and now let’s say his waste of air actually managed to graduate BUD/S without having a rollout, that’s a nice long 1.2 years (at this rate in 20 years BUD/S will be freaking 2 years with all the stuff they have to learn now) now from there he is on 6 month transitory which means he is still not a SEAL but has been assigned to a team (I presume he got assigned to team “Turd”) that makes dude 19 … so he was a SEAL 2 years?

Stellar career!!! nobody would go through BUD/S and all that only to quit in a year because it absolutely makes no sense and last time I checked doesn’t the navy have 4 year contracts and doesn’t SEAL contract actually states 6 years of service? (Anyone with this correct info? Don? any Ex-SEAL or retired SEAL?)

Honestly, this people should get ANY clue they are candidates for the Darwin award … sometimes I wonder how they can sleep and not forget how to breathe (amazingly is a problem more common that you would think…)

Sustainer

Obviously has never deployed, because if he did he would be able to recite and follow the advice in the AFN TV commercial by heart: “Babies cry. That’s what they do. Never, ever shake a baby”.

Scumbag animal.

Green Thumb

Does this clown have a tag-team partner?

Wow.

WWF all over again.

Nik

Wait, what?

19 day old STEPson?

NavCWORet
NHSparky

@15–no chance of even your theory working. Didn’t graduate HS until 2010. So assuming he goes to boot the day after graduation, he’s still looking at MAYBE a year past BUD/S if he had gone.

And IIRC, most 6yo programs like nuke, AEF, SEAL, etc., are four year enlistments with agreements to extend for two more. In our (nukes) case it was a fifth year for automatic advancement to E-4, and sixth year after completion of prototype. Not sure when the extensions would kick in for SEAL, but upon graduation of BUD/S would be reasonable.

TSO

Brian Austin Green is a SEAL though, right?

NavCWORet

No, but Austin Powers is a secret agent.

Good Lord, a phony SEAL who murdered his baby step-son. This has been a hell of a day for phony SEALs; I’m about SEALed out. Please, no more phony SEALs, atleast for today.

BTW, I hope this shitstain rot in prison for the rest of his natural life, and get to enjoy the company of Bubba in the meantime…

Green Thumb

Rest assured he will be rooming with “LTC” BH Austin very soon…..

Semen Sampler city.

Turds.

Green Thumb

Also, I know (knew) the area in Tennessee.

Unless it has changed drastically, no surprise.

NHSparky

Some see his picture, they see a hardened former SEAL.

Me, I take a look at that picture, and I see a loser who has done way too much meth.

At least this assclown could be looking at the needle. To which I say, good. I hope it’s rusty, serrated, and they miss the vein.

Armyguy78

1st off Bryan is my half brother and I’ve never met the boy in person. 2nd the picture is from the town of Mandigal in the Kamdesh Valley near where COP Keating used to be. 3rd the name tape is worn on the opposite side on body Armor.

Lastly I am a Sergeant First Class in the United States Army and I have served my country honorably for the last 16 years.

All of you that are out there posting should get your facts straight before you start voicing your opinions. Apparently you guys have never heard of Loyalty, Duty, Respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, or Personal Courage. That you would just blindly post a link to another Senior NonCommissioned Officers Facebook page and try to call him a fraud.

Maddie

As a mother and a grandmother I can only say I hope there is a special place in hell for bastards like him.

thebesig

There’s a Bryan Demeza on his friend’s list. That could be him, with his Navy photo. He may have pulled a John Giduck and washed out of Navy basic, just to claim “SEAL” later on.

If you guys want to flood them with emails, here’s the editor’s email: pennswordeditor@gmail.com

Deep breath, brother. Nobody’s calling you out. Two people just asked questions.

I can undersand why anything to do with this guy might set you off.

NavCWORet

@29, I’m the one who posted your link because it links from his and didnt mnow if you were aware kf what he’s posing as on his page…as you’ll notice, I prefaced my comments with the fact I’ve never been where you were and was curious as to wear the picture was taken. No where in those posts does it call you into question except for where the ACU tapes are placed (I’m not Army and don’t know those rules for ACUs).

If you are who/what you say you are, you’re just as disgusted as we are at what he’s been accused of. That he’d claim to be a SEAL when he obviously can’t be is what this started as. No attempt to malign you is in progress.

NavCWORet

Holy crap, I have to stop posting from my phone. Sorry for the typos.

thebesig

The other facebook profile has him “leaving the Navy” in March, 2012… short of two years. There’s a possibility that he did serve in the Navy, that he joined shortly after he graduated and got chaptered in March of 2012.

The actions that he takes, described in the article, suggests that if he did serve, he got into trouble during his time in… which lead to the quick exit.

Armyguy78

Extremely, and I’ve been trying to distance myself. All I know about him is that he did serve as a Corpsman @ Beaufort, SC.

I’ve tried to get him to take that garbage off of his Facebook long before this arrest. And as far as that goes I’m completely disgusted.

Nik

@36

And as far as that goes I’m completely disgusted.

Nobody here would think anything bad of you based on someone else’s sins.

Armyguy78

I just don’t want my name thrown out there in association with anything that is going on. And I would greatly appreciate if you would delete your comment that has the link to my Facebook page.

Armyguy78

I just cannot fathom what he admitted to doing. It is a complete 180 degree turn from how he explained to the family it happened. Which the original story he told to me it sounded like a complete accident. But I spoke with one on the officers that was present during the interrogation. And it was like listening to a nightmare

Just an Old Dog

Armyguy78,
I am sorry that you are having to go through this, you can’t pick who is related to you. Having a shithead as a relative is a nightmare. It’s another part of the Stolen Valor deal that hurts people. All the brothers, sisters, spouses, children and friends are hurt by their actions.

B Woodman

DAMN! My blood is running hot and cold over this. I’m EXTREMELY pissed that this excuse for an upright bipedal homonoid would do that to an infant. At the same time I would have NO problem just walking up to this shitstain, gut shooting him and letting him writhe in agony for an hour, then slitting his throat and letting him bleed out – slowly.

May G-d forgive me for such thoughts.

NavCWORet

Can one of the admins please remove my posts above regarding the upstanding SFC ?

Posts 23 & 24

NHSparky

@41–Add me to that list because I’m having similar thoughts as well. And yeah, I take some comfort in knowing that if he isn’t in protective custody, he’s having fun on a regular basis with Bubba and the rest of the crew.

Armyguy–we understand where you’re coming from. No harm or disrespect to you was intended.

Powerpoint Ranger

The author of the blog has changed the headline, but in the process also turned the article into a douche-tastic whinefest about how we’re all supposedly more concerned with “tarnishing the SEAL image” than the murder of a poor defenseless baby.

http://pen-n-sword.com/bryan-austin-demeza-felonious-imposter/

NavCWORet

Why is it that whenever someone with a military or LEO background is involved in something unsavory, the headline or opening paragraph always mentions their military/LEO affiliation “ex-Navy SEAL, former Marine, blah blah blah”. No one ever publishes a headline with “former McDonalds employee kills child” or “ex-WalMart greeter smother’s wife in bed”. Do they think it somehow makes the crime more serious ?

Powerpoint Ranger

Someone pointed that out to the author on the site’s Facebook page.

2/17 Air Cav

@44. Here this should make him feel better: “Asshole charged with killing baby; Another asshole maligns US military in writing about it!”

OWB

@ #44: Typical liberal stance that is. Talking about something somehow equates to taking action in their small minds. Here are a couple of clues for him:

Outrage over the murder of a baby is a given in the real world. By the time most of us were aware of the murder, the police had successfully, and appropriately, dealt with the murder. There is nothing of value to be added by our expressing outrage over an act which has already been addressed by the people whose job it is to address such things.

This is a milblog. We veterans deal with those who claim things which they have no right to claim. The US Supreme Court dumped that responsibility upon us last year. We stepped up to that responsibility and now consider it our “job” to tell the truth about imposters.

Got it? Probably not. Whatever.

Veritas Omnia Vincit

@44 Demeza killed a baby….and the 4sshole who wrote the article has a headline that reads Ex-Navy SEAL murders baby….

and he thinks none of us care about the baby….because he’s an 4sshole. Everyone here hopes this turd dies slowly and horribly, or at least by lethal injection….

What’s more discouraging to me, and I suspect everyone else, is that once again a so-called reporter can’t be bothered to make a single phone call and find out about whether or not his headline will be accurate before he posts it…..and all of these low level journalistic turds believe instantly that ex-military people are all hardened killers of children….when the reality is that veterans are statistically far more law-abiding than the general population of this great nation.

So, I for one would like to see journalists stop buying into the idea that veterans are a dangerous group of murderers and psychopaths when the truth is we are better citizens than most of the so called civilian population a statistical fact not a f#cking bullsh1t liberal myth.

Demeza, I hope you writhe in agony before meeting the devil….

Crotchity Old Bubblehead

I have lived in Munford for the past decade and hadn’t heard of this crime until reading this here on “This Aint Hell”. I don’t watch the local news because the first 10 to 15 mins of each broadcast is typically taken up by stories along the lines of ‘an unidentified black male body was found in the _____________ area’, ‘a Memphis city police officer was arrested last night for ____________’ and ‘the Memphis city school charter surrender has created ________’. Munford was and is a good place to raise a family but stories like this are indicative of some of the people that live here.

I’m having a difficult time grasping the absolute horror of this murder. Nineteen days old. My wife and I are expecting our newest grandchild and can’t imagine the pain I would inflict on anyone, relative included that would harm him or our other protégé, especially at 19 days of age.

While nothing would be gained in assessing blame or otherwise attempting in my own feeble mind to explain the unexplainable actions of some shit stain, I have to ask where were both sets of grandparents during both the mothers and his upbringing, the first couple of weeks of the babies life and now that he is in jail and the 16/17 yr old mother with one other child is left behind? I would be willing to bet setting on the porch drinking their beera (Memphis pronunciation commonly used here), smoking blunts and living off you and I. Being a parent and now grandparent was and is the most important aspect of life to me.

Sorry for venting but this needless loss of life brings me to tears and just pisses me off like you would not believe.
