Jason Martin Allen; phony Marine

| July 30, 2013

Jason Dwayne Daniels

Someone sent this dude, Jason Martin Allen, to Mary. Apparently he’s been bragging about his service in Afghanistan since about 2008. Service that never happened according to the National Personnel Records Center;

FOIA removed

Mary matched this request with his social security number. Apparently he spent days in the Marines before he was sent home. The tipster says it was because of crotch rot because he wouldn’t bathe, but I have doubts about that.

Anyway, he’s been rocking his lie at various charities around the Dallas/Fort Worth area with tales of being a sniper and catching the PTSD. Here’s where he conned Pets2Vets and his local news channel;

Apparently he’s taking advantage of programs designed to help returning veterans, so he’s basically stealing from real veterans. Our tipster says that he rocks the “angry vet/PTSD” thing pretty hard to avoid anyone who calls his service into question.

Updated: As I said, I suspected the FOIA results were wrong. He sent a DD214 and he did have service in the Marine Corps – a year with no deployments.

Sounds like someone needs to rock his ass pretty hard with a bar of soap.

GunzRunner

A Marine owuld never try to rock a fucked up haircut like that…… Too Easy

Combat Historian

Somebody should “rock” this poser shitbag with a punch to the throat…

GunzRunner

ass clown has me so pissed that my fingers went deslexic

LebbenB

Plays the “angry vet” card, eh. Capped off with the obligatory, “I don’t wanna talk about it…” Voice trailing off, giving you the 1000m stare that proves – despite what the Marine Corps says – he was, “In the shit.”

This guy is such a loser he doesn’t rate “shitbag.” He aspires to be considered a genital wart.

Veritas Omnia Vincit

@5 These kind of people need a nice soap in a sock 4ss beating…..

After the beating the DA can prosecute them for fraud, running a con game is still a crime regardless of Stolen Valor laws. Making fraudulent claims to get tangible monetary or property reward is far different than just angling for a few drinks…

Hopefully the police will be aware and on to this 4ss wipe now.

MGySgtRet.

Is this phony shit bucket cooling his heels in a jail cell yet?? He stole from real vets and used his faker status for personal gain. Does that not fall in the Stolen Valor go directly to jail category??

Punk fuck. Angry vet my ass. If you want to see an angry vet, come the fuck to North Carolina this morning you douche rocket!!!

Ex-PH2

I would just love to spend some quality time with this individual. Quality time. It’s important.

Hondo

Lotsa wide open countryside and ant hills out in West Texas . . . .

Yeah, I’m kidding. But one can dream, no?

LebbenB

@7. See, that’s your problem – you hold back. Now open up and tell us what you REALLY think of this post-coital drip.

NRPax

I’d say press him into service and keep deploying him until he dies or he genuinely has PTSD but I don’t want him infesting the Corps more than he already has.

Valkyrie

I’ve got a question not so much about this post as about the “AD” that appeared on it, for me anyhow. It’s for Vanguard who I guess you can buy Military ribbons and so forth from. Well my question is if it’s illegal for anyone not awarded one to wear them then how come anyone can buy one? I understand that a contract is made for the making for them, I just don’t understand why anyone can buy them.
We should have the Mint make them and no one should be able to buy them but the Branches themselves. If they are discovered in a Pawn shop or yard sale of anywhere like that then they should become property of the Branch who issued them. Are they inscribed with a name or number so they can be tracked? I know y’all have probably heard all this before or said the same. I’m still new to this and confused about the internal going ons.

Or am I trying to make too much sense for the Government to follow? I really do not have a clue as to how any of this works.

NavCWO4Ret

I believe he misunderstands the acronym. He does suffer from PTSD…Post Terminal Stupidity Disorder. The treatment for this is in-patient therapy at the local federal prison for a period of 1 year, cheerfully funded by the government.

Pineywoods NCO

Green Thumb would say it best.

Turd.

But he’s in my old home area, DFW. Might need to make a visit to him. Did this reporter check his 214? Seems rather screwed up. And I’m sorry, he does not look 33. Something really isn’t right there.

Pineywoods NCO

Can someone send that FOIA request to the reporter and see what she says next?

Green Thumb

Loser.

Tom Huxton

Reminds me of the poseur sitting in a bar wearing a 7th Army patched field jacket, telling Vietnam hero stories. Told me he was with 7th Army in “the Nam, man”. His drunk chick girlfriend asked about my draft status, and I told her I had never registered. She turned me in to the draft board. I was E4 on my 18th birthday and registering for the draft didn’t make sense. Draft Board copied my 214 and sent me a card classified “1-Y” when I was about 34 years old.

CA_SGT

I love the Service Dog Vest on his dog. Pets2vets is not a service dogorganization and state so on their website. Nor are bostons the correct size or temperament to serve as service animals. I have spent 2 years training service dogs with Warrior Canine Connection (an ADI accredited charity) and it’s because of posers like this and their untrained dogs that real vets with service animals have problems with access.

USMCE8Ret

@14 – The article I’ve provided states he’s from Kemp, Texas. Sounds like it’s close to either Corsicana or Athens.

Anyway, he says he remembers dying for 4 1/2 minutes during his stay at Buford Memorial Medical Center after complications from something or another. I think he’s still brain dead.

Roger in Republic

Let’s make this shit bird famous. How about a first seed in the western region of the Stolen Valor Tournament. He has my vote.

JarHead Pat

Fucking douchebag, this kind of shit is really going to fuk it up for the real vets who need help and support.

MrBill

Adorable dog. Too bad his master is such a dipstick.

Veritas Omnia Vincit

He tried a variety of methods of easing his outbursts, anger and stress.

How about trying not f#cking lying? This limp d1ck piece of garbage might be surprised to find out how much you can enjoy your life when you are not constantly full of sh1t. Outbursts? Anger? Stress? From what? Being a total full of sh1t j3rkoff?

Remember Karma will soon have a payout for you dude, I hope she f$cks you long and hard.

OWB

Sick. And utterly disgusting.

TheCloser

If he was sent home from boot camp, why wouldn’t a record pop-up on the FOIA request? I think we’ve seen as little as 10 day careers exposed here.

Perhaps the SSN was not right, as the name is not that unusual to not appear multiple times.

Just An Old Dog

What a piece of shit. I have a friend who was a “Terminal Lance” kind of Marine I served with in the mid-late 90s.
He stayed in trouble but he was just sort of wild, not a shitbird. He like his women, his beer, talking shit and an occasional scrap. Of course he got out, but after 9-11 he came back in and did a tour in Iraq with 2/4. He lost buddies and picked up two bona-fide purple hearts.
When he came back he had problems adjusting and ended up being diasnosed with PTSD. He is doing better now. He is actually in one of the VA connection ads, works and coaches his sons little league and Pop warner teams.
When posers like Jason Allen pop up rocking a fucked up haircut and pulling that PTSD shit it makes me so mad I wish Fire ants would make a nest in his ball sack.

A Proud Infidel & Patriot

He’s in dire need of a lengthy “Wall-to-Wall Counseling Session” to say the least. He’s playing his con game in Texas, so I’m betting it’s only a matter of time until some Real Vet gives him one!

Ex-PH2

You guys are far too easy on these nimrods. I have a skillet which, when properly applied to the back of the head, permanently ends the lying crap and phone PTSD symptoms. Sometimes, one need not actually apply the skillet, just the observation of the application of said skillet to an egg on a tabletop.

TXMBJ

CA_SGT, since you’ve worked with service dogs then you should know that any dog can be one. They don’t have to be trained or certified by any particular organization, and size and breed are irrelevant. They don’t even have to wear vests. The only requirement for a dog to be a service dog is that it be trained to assist or do work for a person with a disability. That could be calming somebody with real PTSD issues, or reminding somebody to take their medicine. Dogs can even be trained to detect imminent seizures and alert the owner. Those 2 things could easily be done by a boston.

The guy in the story is definitely a shithead, though.

MCPO NYC USN (Ret.)

It should be written into law that all service dogs for veterans should be taught to detect lies and fraud. Further the dogs should be taught to attack and tear off the testicles of the offenders. The word will get around quickly.

Ex-PH2

Master Chief, what if the offenders are women?

Doc Savage

@32…you can still administer the rarely taught, but oh so effective “cunt punt”….I love the gender blindness and EO of Stolen Valor corrective training.

Pineywoods NCO

@28

I live in Texas. Don’t tempt me. Especially since I need to make a trip to DFW soon. I think I would probably be using my walking stick.

A Proud Infidel & Patriot

I’d enjoy meeting whoever ends up “counseling” him in person. Their next few shots and beers will be on me!!!

Joe Williams

Somebody, alert Taco of the Sandgram. Taco lives in Dallas.

Just An Old Dog

I considered posting this on face book but my Marine Corps Friend I mentioned in post #27 lives in that area. He’s mellowed out a bit, but I would want him to see this piece of crap and go off on him.
He’s the type that doesn’t play around with or suffer fools, It’s not worth him getting locked up over.

Green Thumb

This guy looks all kinds of gay.

Anonymous

@30 Yes, you are right. The only requirements to call a dog a “service dog” is that the owner has a legitimate disability and that the animal performs a physical task that alleviates said ability.

However, providing emotional comfort or calming one’s emotions by itself does not qualify as a physical task. Such an animal would be known as an Emotional Support Animal or more commonly Therapy Dog. While they share some rights as Service Dogs, general public access is not one of them.

As far as seizure detection dogs go, they are some of the most highly trained and skill set specific service dogs out there and I would say impossible to owner train. Part of the common tasks such dogs are trained to do is to lay atop their owner and use their weight to prevent the seizing victim from hurting themselves. A Boston is too small a breed for this except for mabye a small child.

But I digress, John Allen does not have PTSD, His dog was never trained (Pets2Vets is not a service dog organization) and it is a travesty what he is doing.

The above is me. Forgot to add my name.

ChipNASA

@40….TWICE….*snerk*

OldSargeUSAR

@ 41 – Did you have your coffee today?

MCPO NYC USN (Ret.)

@ 41 … OK … follow my logic here. I am 60 % disabled. So if I train my fido to fetch me a beer and the beer alleviates my pain … I can call my fido a service dog?

Ex-PH2
TXMBJ

@39, according to the ADA calming a person with PTSD most definitely qualifies as a task an animal can perform and be a service animal. Just curious where you’re getting you info?

http://www.ada.gov/service_animals_2010.htm

CA_SGT

Sorry, let me clarify. If my dog has been trained to sense my panic attack and place it’s head in my lap to help ground/calm me, then yes it is a service dog. However, my pet who relaxes me but has not been trained to do anything is not whether it’s presence calms me or not. In that case it is an emotional support animal.

CR

What a whistle-dick shitbird. I’d like to smack that high reg right off of his boot ass. Motherfucker was probably some office queen Admin POG before he got kicked to the curb. PTSD….pffft. My ass. Goddamned 10%er.

Nate

Coming from a actual wounded Marine this guy makes me sick. I actually have a Purple Heart from being wounded in Iraq and the VA diagnosed me with PTSD while I was trying to hide it from them. Real wounded vets do not go out of there way to let people know about themselves. We tend to keep to ourselves and not advertise. I need a cane to walk and suffer in pain daily and will for the rest of my life, and this guy thinks it is ok to pretend that it happened to him? The flat truth of the matter is that he is a disgrace of a human being. Forget sending him to Iraq to see what he is actually claiming to have done. Send him to a VA hospital and let him meet real Iraqi vets who are wounded. Make him tell them that he stole their honor, and used programs designed to help them for his own personal gain. Although for a person like him he would still probably feel no remorse for what he has done. Poser.

Trae

He doesn’t even have “the look” or mannerisms of a past, present or future Marine. What I am getting is a Bambi like; oh please oh please don’t hurt me sort of war face at best…..

Trae

Or maybe a” spare me, and take the girl instead persona”.
