Moving over to England, some Palestine Action supporter defaced the Winston Churchill statue in Westminster.
A 38-year-old man has been arrested after the statue of Sir Winston Churchill in Westminster was defaced with graffiti branding the former prime minister a “Zionist war criminal”.
The force added on Friday afternoon that he was further arrested on suspicion of supporting proscribed organisation Palestine Action.
He didn’t stop there:
Other phrases including “Stop the Genocide” and “Free Palestine” were sprayed in red paint on the bronze sculpture in Parliament Square, central London.
“Right before armed guards escorted me from the rally and left me on the edge of a Texas-county road, I was informed that I was no longer welcome at an event that I had already attended,” Godfrey wrote on Thursday.She said she had spent about an hour at the Lubbock rally for Crockett’s Senate campaign before being approached by a woman with a badge after joining other reporters.

When I asked why, the staffer looked at her phone and read dutifully: ‘They just said, “Elaine from Atlantic, white girl with a hat and notepad. She’s interviewing people in the crowd. She’s a top-notch hater and will spin. She needs to leave,”’” Godfrey wrote.
Given that the Atlantic is considered pretty left-wing, this bodes poorly for how well Crockett takes criticism. And don’t you just love the description – wonder if someone described Crockett as a “mouthy Black woman” how she would take it. Oh, and she also sayts she has successfully sued Godfry, who swears THAT never happened.
A pro-Democrat Mormon account on X argued that if Crockett “cannot handle questions from The Atlantic, and can’t do it without her staff calling the reporter a ‘white girl….top notch hater’ she will never survive the election.” Fox News

I live in TX and the ads against crocket are pretty strong. Note that those ads are paid for by her own party. They all claim she is supported by republicans as a “gift to republicans” should she win. Then they say that she has no chance to win the seat against the republicans. I really haven’t noticed any republican ads against her. The dems are doing quite well all by themselves in targeting her. Her own ads have a cartoon super hero theme, if you can believe that.
Everything Crockett says is a gift to Republicans. And it doesn’t cost them a dime. Perfect.
We don’t need to mount any attacks on Crockett, she keeps cutting her own throat nearly every time she speaks!
