Mother Cleared After Pulling Gun Outside York School as Prosecutors Say She Acted in Self-Defense

by Luke McCoy
YORK, PA — Authorities have concluded their investigation into a confrontation between two parents outside  in York, determining that one of the women involved was legally justified in displaying a firearm during the altercation.

The incident, which unfolded in front of the school and was partially captured on a widely viewed live social media video, drew community concern over allegations of a firearm being brandished on school grounds. In response to public outcry and the seriousness of the situation, York City Police Commissioner Michael Muldrow ordered a reassessment of the case and directed investigators to present their findings to the York County District Attorney’s Office for further review.

During the follow-up investigation, “Parent-B” — the woman initially released at the scene — voluntarily returned for questioning. Investigators confirmed that she had a valid permit to carry a firearm and that she had indeed displayed the weapon during the encounter. Surveillance footage, police body camera video, and still images from the social media recording supported this conclusion.

“Parent-B” expressed remorse over her involvement, acknowledging that although she acted in fear for her safety, some of her prior behavior was regrettable. Despite this, the District Attorney ultimately determined that her actions fell within the bounds of Pennsylvania’s self-defense laws. No charges will be filed against her in relation to the incident.

“Parent-A,” the other woman involved and the one taken into custody at the scene, was released on her own recognizance. The original charges filed against her remain in place and will be addressed in court. Officials noted that charges do not equate to a conviction, and all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Noem vows criminal prosecution after catching alleged DHS ‘prolific leaker’
Noem said she plans to refer individual to Justice Department for criminal prosecution

By Louis Casiano
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem on Wednesday said another “prolific leaker” who disclosed information that put federal law enforcement officers at risk has been caught.

Noem announced the revelation in a post on X.

“I plan to refer this individual to @TheJusticeDept for criminal prosecution,” Noem wrote. “We are agnostic about your standing, tenure, political appointment, or status as a career civil servant—we will track down leakers and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.”

Noem has made the prosecutions of leakers within her agency a top priority as the Trump administration continues its crackdown on illegal immigration.

Weeks after President Trump took office last year, she announced that two people in the Department of Homeland Security have been accused of disclosing DHS operations.

“We have identified two leakers of information here at the Department of Homeland Security who have been telling individuals about our operations and putting law enforcement lives in jeopardy,” Noem said in a video at the time. “We plan to prosecute these two individuals and hold them accountable for what they’ve done.”

Seems a pair of Deep State bottom feeders are gonna miss that sweet sweet govvie retirement goodness, all for virtue signaling. Isn’t that a shame.

I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people. To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them.

Toxic Deplorable B Woodman

Here’s hoping that Parent-A and Parent-B aren’t close neighbors. Or even just neighbors.
