I don’t recall any food being deported. I will say that those with a longer memory than three months will recall that the housing problem and high food prices started with mass immigration, not deportation.
The cost of K-12 education is out of control. Having to hire all the bi-lingual illegal immigrant teachers. And school expansion projects to accommodate illegal immigrant students. Our local school system had a decline in enrollment and they still want to expand the schools and hire more people. The moron left wing idiots running the school system are only interested in lining their own pockets with gold. The administrators are close to being equal in number to the teachers… We need to eliminate the DOE and all the handouts need to end.
We have a had a huge influx of Haitians locally in the last four years.
The US government was lying about the numbers in 2024 so we don’t know the actual numbers. They claimed that 68% of those 850k of Haitian background in the US were US citizens while also recognizing that 400k Haitian immigrants had entered the country 2023-2024. Those numbers do not compute…. I believe it is closer to a million.
Sadly, they are just another whole welfare state. In our town they gave them free housing at the nicest and newest apartments in the city, free medical care, EBT, free everything. Free to them anyway. Mostly now they just walk around the street of the nice new apartment complex looking for places to smoke as the complex is non-smoking and they don’t want to get evicted.
Why the creeping exansion of the school year with more holiday/seasonal breaks and earlier starts before Labor Day, etc.– year-round school means year-round paychecks, baby!
