Stacy Durrenberg; phony Marine
Once again, Scotty sends us his work on this..er…lady, Stacy Durrenberg, who claims to have been a Marine with two tours in combat, one each in Afghanistan and Iraq. She also claims that she has been wounded in combat several times, shot in each leg, shrapnel pierced her brain-housing group and took out her hearing and vision. She stepped on an IED which blew her kneecap through her leg and folded her arm back. She was a sniper and a POW for a year and, of course, she suffers from PTSD.
What? You don’t believe me?
The worst slight, though, came when she tried to join the VFW. The VFW tried to access her secret squirrel records and when they couldn’t, they tossed her out on the street. Mean old VFW! You would think they’d try harder to get her sealed records, wouldn’t you? I mean that’s what the VFW does best. Even though with me, because I didn’t do anything special, they just accepted my DD214. Too bad Stacy didn’t think of that.
But the Marine Corps says “Who”?
I guess the Marine Corps couldn’t pierce that seal on her records, either, because clearly, just from the picture, I can tell she was a Marine, and probably the best one they ever had. I’ll bet she even finished the Enlisted Infantry Course, too. She’s been storing up energy for those grueling road marches.

I have to agree with some of the other comments, I don’t think that this young lady is all there. Between her (obvious) gender confusion issue and whatever learning disabilities she is afflicted with, she is living in her own small world, not ours. It is unfortunate that her FB page remains up with all those goofy pictures, but perhaps even more unfortunate is the fact that no one close to her has attempted to guide her in the right direction (i.e., remove goofy pictures/false claims). She certainly is patriotic though, I’ll give her that.
At least no pictures I’ve seen show her “dressed up” in public. Yet.

Mental issues for sure, someone close to her needs to get her admitted….
The more I read her words, and the more I look at those pics, the more convinced I am that this individual suffers from a mental/cognitive deficit….folks, if ever a valid argument for genetic counseling before having children existed, THIS is it.

She has herself listed as active duty Marine on the buddy finder at Military.com. She is really covering all bases, I wonder if anyone remembers her? LOL.

This oxygen-thief needs to go out and kiss the curb. I knew a soldier who stepped on in IED in south Central Ramadi, and lost both his legs.He was a true American hero. Her, She’s not even worthy of pushing his wheel chair.
Mental Defect or not, she (or her caretaker) needs to stop posting this stuff online. It’s disrespectful to those who have served and sacrificed.
