Tuesday morning feel good stories

| December 29, 2015

This morning we start in College Station, Texas, where an armed Zebulun Jarell Ransom tried to force his way into a resident’s apartment, however, the resident was also armed and shot Mister Ransom then the resident called the police who took Ransom to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries DOT (dead over there).

In Jacksonville, Florida, we read about a self-solving problem where a homeowner found someone burglarizing his car. When the homeowner confronted the young thief, he was threatened with a gun – the youngster took off in his own car followed closely by the homeowner. After a while, the teen attempted to pull his gun out of his waistband but knocked a round loose into his leg. He’s currently resting up in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

In Trotwood, Ohio, three armed men forced their way into a woman’s apartment and forced her into the bedroom where she retrieved her hand gun and blasted away at the three. When police arrived they found one man DRT (dead right there) in the yard. The other two un-assed the AO.

Charles sends us a link to a story in Newport News, Virginia where an armed robber was dissuaded by an armed employee of a convenience store. The thief was dealt with while the police were in route to the scene – the criminal was already in the hospital when police arrived.

It just doesn’t pay to be a goblin in States where CC is legal. 😀

Over the course of reading the feel good stories here, I have noticed the death rate in Ohio is about 1 per person.
😉

Old Trooper

Good shooting today and no potential victim injuries.

Gee; I wonder why the 3 guys would want to take the female to the bedroom? Maybe to look at her stuffed animal collection? I’m glad she dispatched them with extreme prejudice!

Hondo

Six total perps; 2 doing the long dirtnap, 2 wounded and presumably in custody; 2 on the run; 0 victims injured. That makes today’s “good guy/gal batting line” 4 for 6 with 2 HR and 2 extra base hits. Nice.

Today was a day of having fun
Two criminals are dead by the smoking gun
Two more have bled
Two more have fled
Life is safer when you have a gun
