Wednesday morning feel good stories

| September 16, 2015

In Uniontown, Pennsylvania, three fellows thought they could easily turn their lives around with the property of a single woman. They forced their way into her home, so she called the police and her boyfriend. The boyfriend arrived at the scene first, so that when the police arrived, they found two of three intruders bleeding in the vicinity of the home. The third fellow un-assed the AO leaving his partners restfully bleeding out. It looks like the two will recover.

In Corpus Christi, Texas, two teenage girls called their mother when they heard someone trying to break into their house. Mom hurried home and found the girls unarmed outside the home calling police. Mom then went inside and confronted the three men. As two squirted out of the house, she had a physical altercation with the third. A neighbor saw the action and joined in bringing her own fire extinguisher to bear on the situation. The third fellow tried to make his getaway on his bicycle, but the police rolled up on him.

Ladies, don’t try this at home. She should have stayed outside with her girls until the police got there. I’m glad it all worked out for her, but she’s very lucky. The third fellow, Ruben, is going to have a tough time in jail when his mates find out that he was beat up by a woman or two.

FIRST!

So did she spray him in the eyes with the extinguisher?

The Texas incicent emphasizes the need to understand your situation. You and your kids are unarmed and you have no idea if the hooligans are armed, or not, and you are outside while they are inside. Stay the fuck out and let the cops handle it. Don’t confront them unless you’re packing. I don’t give a fuck if you think you’re Jet Li, you won’t win against a gun, or guns. You’re in Texas; arm yourself.

Heehee! Fire extinguisher? A getaway on a bicycle?

Mom should get her girls to understand you call the emergency number first, THEN you call Mom. And yes, Mom should stay out of the house until the pohlease arrive.

Brave neighbor, and kudos to here, but please use some common sense.

Twist

I’m a physicaly fit 200 lb man and I wouldn’t have gone into the house unarmed.

Ex-PH2

I wouldn’t have gone into the house, period. Wait for the police.

David

Told the wife and kids – if someone is in the house, there is absolutely nothing in there worth dying for. On the other hand, if I am in the house,, anyone wanting to break in would be well advised to think the same.

Aside–does anybody else get a popup telling you that your Flash is out of date from http://free4allup.updatewaiting.com/?tract=8seuWbUMRbCAn2uKSWwJD97VdDp_m0fj7pmXoZk7sfo.&cid=P23P4424301748175815420&offerid=2796

Yeah, my anti-malware blocked it.

Thanks.

May I ask what your defense is?

Ex-PH2

Get Sophos AV software. It does the job much better than anything else. Staples offers it. $90 the first year, $60 renewal per year after that.

Thanks, Ex-PH2.
