Blue Falcon Marines charged

| July 20, 2015

Rosie sends us a link to MyFoxChicago which tells the story of two ex-Marines (I used that term on purpose) who assembled the personal information of several Marines while they were clerks in Okinawa and used that information to impersonate those Marines;

After [Leonard E. Parker Jr.] returned to the United States, he and [Dontreal S. Evans] used the Marines’ information to transfer about $138,798 from their accounts into bank accounts of others who’d been recruited into their scheme, prosecutors said.

Parker and Evans offered to pay people to control and access their accounts, according to prosecutors. They later withdrew funds and made purchases from the accounts they controlled.

Parker also filed false tax returns in the names of the Marines whose personal information was on the roster, prosecutors said.

Parker is looking at five counts of fraud and one count of identity theft – each count of fraud equals thirty years in prison.

Thieves are among the lowest scum on the planet.

I hope their cases end up in the hands of Prosecutors and Judges that will want to “THROW THE FUCKIN’ BOOK AT THEM” ensuring that they’ll be the “property” of Bubba, Thor, and their cell blocks for a very lengthy period of time.

“Two suburban men and former U.S. Marines are accused of stealing….” So begins the Chicago Sun-times Media Wire story that is published through the linked site. Two suburban men? Suburban?

nbcguy54ACTUAL

They were wearing small turbans.

Enjoy the shit stabbers in the big house…

Veritas Omnia Vincit

Fuck that, I hope they get shanked by real stabbers…

Veritas Omnia Vincit

Not that I would advocate violence of any sort against any particular individual. That would be so terribly wrong of me.

Wishing someone ill will may not be nice but it is not illegal. One day it will be prosecutable hate speech but that day is not yet come. So, in the meantime, feel free to express yourself however you wish, including hoping that these two rat bastards get spermcelled daily by their cellmates and, when they’re all used up, get shanked. “OMG! Did he really just say that?” Yes, he did.

With the huge leap in Identity theft in the past 20 or so years I wonder why the Military still uses SSNs instead of issuing service numbers.

I have bad news for you guys. These guys are charged with federal crimes and the Federal Sentencing Guidelines will apply. If they don’t have any prior background and they plead guilty they could get as little as 22 months. I had a client about 10 years ago who stole $1.2 million from a large trucking company. He plead guilty and got 22 months. Funny thing: he got four extra months for using a special skill. He drove a semi-truck. When the AUSA told me about it, I couldn’t believe it. I looked it up and there were six cases in our federal circuit that approved it. My guy was still happy. If he was sentenced in state court he would have gotten over 12 years.

Using 30 days/month and forgetting about the 31s and leap year, 22 months is more than 15,840 hours. That’s enough time for the entire prison population to spermulate them, even allowing for the stitches to heal in the medical ward now and then.

I see Identity theft as akin to Horse theft. It should be punished accordingly. Hanging is the one true answer to the question of what we should do to stem this ever growing crime. A hanged thief cannot re-offend.

Anyone who would steal from a brother Marine/soldier/sailor/airman is the absolute worst.

I wouldn’t mind bashing in the skulls of these two nitwits with a blunt instrument, just to get in a quick triceps workout.

Just let the “word” go out in the general prison population that those involved in this scam are child pornographers.
‘Nuff said.

UpNorth

And/or child molesters.

HMCS (FMF) ret.

I hope that these two asshats enjoy the countless “anal dilation therapy” sessions and all the cockmeat sammiches (with extra mayo) that they can eat.

Identify thief is the most frustrating, years of writing letters, attaching proof to try to clean up the mess. I had no clue I was a victim until I tried to open a saving account for my little one in 2004. The fraud started in 1998. My bank showed me the three credit agencies reports. Via my drivers license I got at nineteen shows I’ve had the same one in the State I live in. Social Security number is the same since getting it at nine for my first job as a paperboy. I’ve been with the same bank since 1976 when my father opened it, saying always keep it a secret from your husband JUST IN CASE. My attorney said you can file bankruptcy or try to clean it up with evidence. It took me until 2011 to clean it up. Bankruptcy would be on my credit report for 15 years. A few weeks ago I asked my son to run my report. A few days later he brings me my report that showed my score went from above 770 to 520. I flipped out thinking the DRC screwed me. I was ranting and cussing new butts. Two days after seeing me so pissed “my son laughed and said see how was it was to fake you out”. He’s also Graphic design artist and made the whole thing up, using names and places I never heard of. It looked real. I’m relieved after he looked up my credit report with me over his shoulder. He paid for a security company that will alert you if attempt is made to open a credit card or apply for anything. Identify theft against the guys they served with should include ass staples and shattered jaws to have all teeth removed. Two blow jobs at once and two up the ass will keep them busy and FULL TUMMY’S.

When I was on Oki in the 80s, there was a Marine MSGT pay clerk who was in the brig for shaving a nickel off every USMC paycheck on the island. Pretty brilliant until you end up in a USMC brig surrounded by your former victims. Hope these BF’s get what’s coming.

Ex-Devil Dogs are now minus their canine pedigree. First name of one of them tells me the card will prevent them from facing what any of the rest of us would, had it been one of us. O. K., you libtards, go ahead and bash me. Don’t have me because I’m offensive to you.
