Warning: Wearing an American flag T-shirt causes justifable violence

| November 11, 2011

I’m sure you remember the students who were suspended from school when they wore American flag T-shirts on Cinco de Mayo last year at Live Oak High School in Morgan Hill, CA. Well, federal judge, James Ware has decided that the school was justified in suspending the students’ First Amendment rights, according to Kate Hicks at Town Hall;

The judge determined that the Morgan Hill Unified School District did not violate the First Amendment and said that concerns by school officials over possible violence justified censoring the pro-American message.

“The school officials reasonable forecast that Plaintiff’s clothing could cause a substantial disruption with school activities, and therefore did not violate the standard set forth – by requiring that Plaintiff’s change,” the judge wrote.

I wonder if the learned judge would have reached the same conclusion had it been students wearing Mexican flag T-shirts who were suspended on, say, the Fourth of July.

Fuck him!!! The school should have told the offspring of illegals, or those who were illegal to stay the fuck home.
Then again, like the mayor in another story, regardless of the fact that this assclown is a Veteran, it’s California and he’s wrong. On more than one level.

Bubblehead Ray

Of course, had the students worn Silver Stars and bragged about their time in the SEALs it would have been protected speech.

The Sniper

Not to nit pick, but isn’t school usually out for the summer by the 4th of July?

On 5 May 2010, American students attending an American school in the United States of America wear tee-shirts depicting an American flag and are taken by their school’s assistant principal, Senor Miguel Rodriguez, to his office. There, Senor Rodriguez lectures the youngsters regarding the importance of Mexico’s cinco del mayo holiday, and are ordered to remove their offensive shirts. They refuse and are suspended. Their parents file suit, claiming infringement of their children’s First Amendment right of free speech. The case is decided by Federal Judge James Ware in San Francisco who upholds Senor Rodriguez’s actions. Ware couches his decision in the school’s right or obligation to take pre-emptive action to avoid potential harm to the flag-wearing children. The possible harm referenced but unspecified was that the children would be physically attacked by Mexican students and their Mexican-American confederates.

Judge Ware is a poser but not of the military variety. He was originally nominated by Clinton but the nomination was withdrawn after it was learned that James Ware adopted the civil rights story of another James Ware as his own. The story was that of a young boy, the brother of a James Ware, who was shot during the civil rights warfare days. Ware received a judicial reprimand for his lies. G.W. Bush later nominated Ware and that’s how this lying sack of shit ended up in a position to decide the Stinko de Mayo case.

CORRECTION: I erred (slightly) in giving the Bush/Clinton account in comment #4. George Herbert Walker Bush put Ware on the Federal District Court. Clinton then nominated Ware to the appellate court but withdrew the nomination because of Ware’s lies.

So, you cannot display an American flag on a non-American holiday that is celebrated in another country? Well, why should we not just fly the Mexican flag on that day, too. Oh, what about all those other countries and their holidays. We should ban the flag on those days too.

This isn’t the fucking United Nations, we are the United States of AMERICA! If you love Mexico so much, go the fuck there and have a blast. If you love America, then stay and be free.

And people STILL wonder why I left California.

Good question and I’d like to know the answer. The pendulum has swung way to far as far as “political correctness” is concerned, and it’s time we began using our common sense again.

This kind of mickey mouse horseshit is why I am regretting even following some of these stories. I don t care if its You Cant Wear the American Flag Day on the fuckin day that they do it, you are Americans by God, and wear your colors with pride! There are men fighting out there and dying for you 8000 miles away so your freedoms, your lives, and your standard of living arent compromised. We have this to thank to the President, who feels that being politically correct is more important than maintaining a reputation. He has turned America in to cowards, yet there stands 2 million strong to do violence on his behalf. And then this kind of bullshit about American school kids not being able to wear an American flag to school? That takes the cake…I don t care what day it is, the Mexicans/Chicanos (Chicanos are the real posers here), can wear whatever they want when they want, just as long as they pay homage to the US when its due, I don t care what they wear.

Oh and if someone wants to do violence by me wearing an American flag shirt, they ll have a .45 cent snack coming at them at 900 FPS.

@6. “Well, why should we not just fly the Mexican flag on that day, too.” The Mexican students did exactly that at the school. That was, ah–no problemo.

Maybe it’s time for some real Americans to “occupy” these schools, courts, and other cesspools of liberal toxicity.

Turnabout is fair play, as I understand it.

Stu

I’ll fly my flag and wear whatever damn shirt I want, fuck with me or my flag you don’t want to be in my FOF.

PintoNag

I have two different American Flag t-shirts, and wear them at odd intervals. If anyone attempts to interfere with me while I am wearing one of those t-shirts, there WILL be justifiable violence. The nice officers who lead me away will charge me with two things:

a. attempted murder, for wrapping said t-shirt around the interfering person’s neck and pulling it tight; and

b. indecent exposure…because I’m too freakin’ old to show off anything found under the shirt in public!

America stops at the schoolhouse door and left/libtardism reigns… possibly to include lots of “La Raza” and Jihadist noise because they can get violent if anyone tries to disgree with them.

Ben

The implication here is that the Mexican(-American) students are violent. We have to stop students from wearing the flag of our nation or students from another nation, or who sympathize with another nation, will kick your ass.

So the bullies set the rules as to what other students may wear. Nice.

It’s good to know that the principal and the judge in this situation are both admitting that Mexican(-American) students are prone to violence. It sounds kind of racist, but it must be the truth.

Ben

In an age of bullying hysteria–and I do mean HYSTERIA–it’s nice to know that we respond to these kinds of situations with censorship.

Hmmm…when homosexuals are “bullied”, do we prohibit the wearing of pro-homosexual messages on clothing? Do we police the homosexuals for their own protection?

Seems like this school has a problem with anti-Anglo bullying. They need to address that. How about some school assemblies or something? Just teach the Mexican(-American) kids that it’s not okay to beat kids up for showing the flag of the United States.

Ben

One final thought…

Can we finally, once and for all, abandon this ridiculous notion that these people are great patriots and that they just come to this country because they love it so much?

Of the Latinos I’ve met, most of them maintain their allegiance to their their “brown family”. They hate this country and they hate gringos.

You may have heard of Juan Hernandez. He’s John McShame’s director of Hisapnic outreach. He said: “I want the third generation, the seventh generation, I want them all to think ‘Mexico first.’”

Any questions?

They come here for two reasons–the first is money, and the second is to conquer back what they think “belongs” to them. But most of them are not “patriotic Americans”. Not unless you mean that they hate this country and will give you an assbeating for wearing an American flag.

Ben: Bing, bing, and bing!

mookie

this is why I’m grateful I went, and all my children will be going, to catholic grammar/high school.
On a side note when I was in seventh grade the principle of my grammar school(I went to a public one) laughed at me and told me to change into my gym shirt and put my NRA shirt in my locker or else id be suspended. Let’s just say the NRA had a few select words for him(LAWSUIT) and I never had that problem again.
