That’s his story and he’d be well advised to stick to it.
Car lot security guard accused of killing woman in Jackson given bond
JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – The part-time security guard of the Auto One car lot accused of killing a woman has made his initial appearance in court.
On Tuesday, Carl Miller, 60, was charged with manslaughter after shooting at 22-year-old Deyonia McGee and a 16-year-old boy who claimed to be her boyfriend early Tuesday morning.
McGee died at the scene from a gunshot wound in the right shoulder, and the teen was later charged with murder.
State law allows an accomplice to be charged with murder if a person is killed during the commission of a crime.
On Wednesday, more details were released in court during Miller’s appearance.
It was revealed that McGee, who was wearing gloves, and the teen were seen by Miller attempting to break into cars at Auto One, which is located at the intersection of Raymond and Siwell Roads.
That is when Miller allegedly shouted at the two to stop, resulting in Miller firing a shot at them.
Authorities say McGee and the teen were running away when the shot was fired.
Miller claimed he meant to fire a warning shot because he thought he saw a gun in her hand.
Police did say she had a plastic bag in her hand, and that Miller left the scene, took the object that was in her hand with him, and then came back when he heard that McGee was found dead in the area.
Miller was given a $500,000 bond.
The teen is expected to make his initial appearance in court on Wednesday as well.

One person injured after shooting outside Joplin home
by: Luke Sachetta
JOPLIN, Mo. — A shooting left one person injured after a fight between two men at a Joplin residence, Wednesday night.According to the Joplin Police Department, officers responded to a reported shooting just after 10 p.m. at 1329 Grand Ave. The caller said her ex-boyfriend, Steven Williams, 27, of Joplin, arrived at her home and was causing a disturbance.
The woman and another man, Teegan Hasty, 24, thought Williams had left the property. That’s when Hasty went outside to see if Williams had done any damage. Police say Williams had apparently not left the residence, and the two got into a physical altercation. JPD says they believe Williams assaulted Hasty and that’s when Williams was shot.
He was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
JPD is seeking charges against Williams for assault, domestic assault, vandalism, and trespassing. He is not in police custody at this time.
No charges are being sought against Hasty as the shooting so far has been determined to be in self-defense.

My opinion concerning the Walther ::ptooi:: PDP et al is both well known here, and the reasons therefor are well documented.
Hence, I shall refrain from kicking that cow patty today.
Meanwhile, radical LGBTQRSTUVWXYZ type is arrogantly too honest (bad touch/recruit much?):

I have GOT to get my Baby Girl (She’s chronologically a grown woman but will ALWAYS be my Baby Girl) daHell out of Hillsborough Co. She is well trained and well armed with a Lady Colt v a POS Walther, so there is that.
Some more examples of “the usual suspects”…doing “the usual thing”.
