Woman shot boyfriend to death in self-defense, Casselberry cops say

A woman is unlikely to face criminal charges after she shot her boyfriend to death during a domestic violence incident in west Casselberry on Wednesday morning, according to police.The woman shot her boyfriend, 29-year-old Tyrone Augustus Benjamin, at their home in the 1500 block of Carlisle Drive shortly before 8:30 a.m. He also shot her in the forearm, Casselberry police said.
The Casselberry Police Department declined to identify the woman.

Prosecutor: No charges filed after employee shoots, kills man who tried to rob East Price Hill store
No charges will be filed after a shooting during an attempted robbery at a grocery store in East Price Hill, Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters said Wednesday.
The shooting took place around 5 p.m. on Nov. 19 at Mages Grocery Store when officers responded to a report of a robbery and shooting.
Police said a man attempted to rob the store. That’s when a store employee then fired at the suspect and hit him.
The suspect was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
He was later identified by authorities as Da’Shawn Tye, 19.

I guess the regs on firing those gunz are as anal as the ones used by all of the State and Federal Park Services for firing demonstrations. BTDT! IIRC for small bore guns, 12pdr and less, it’s like 10 minutes between shots from the piece. Larger bore, time frame goes up. I know nothing at all about any firings on/upon any foreign flagged freighter by any gunz from a coastal fort. Call my lawer.
