Ok, I been quiet most of the last two weeks due to other commitments…having said that, I am still waiting for a few things to be answered and I am sure as all heck that we won’t find answers. 1) Directed to David Cooper – Which location again were you at? I gave you three choices. Still waiting for an answer there. 2) What year was that flooding in Irving, TX? And was in January or March of said year? 3) How many years CAP service? I do not deny or choose to deny service, but I have seen anywhere from 15 to 33 years and everything in between. How about a straight answer. 4) Someone claims he was in the hospital all last week. While I will be sympathetic to his claims that he wasn’t feeling well and had pneumonia and the cause of such illness can be valid, he sure had a lot of time to be working and moving and on his site all week, while taking some time to dispute (loudly if I might add) to comments directed towards members here. So, which hospital? Don’t worry, I do not have enough time to verify those claims. Someone else here probably does. Now, what I have received is some interesting information as some classmates and I decided to test some theories about the impact of water and flooding on documents. Here’s some results: 1) Water adversely affects the condition of paper. To where said paper is useless. 2) Water affects adversely anything written on paper. Smears written ink and washes out printed information. Makes it difficult if not impossible to read what is written on the documents. 3) Drying said paper does not take more than a day to dry and then the condition of multiple sheets being immersed in water is more like looking at a clump of unreadable, unusable white crap. Having said those basic conclusions….I call bullcorn on every claim that makes for possible redemption. Chevyliar has no explanation for the Flightaware statement, claiming he never made it, saying it was from a Brazilian site and has been fabricated. He also says he’s asking Flightaware for all the info they have on it. So there you have it, it’s a South American fabrication. He also claims, again, that Don Shipley did not refuse to allow him to attend his ESE class.
Yeah if it wasfabricated, why would he even be looking into it.
Of course, my guess is that he is probably never emailed flightaware.
Isn’t flightaware an international website. So they have a site in portuguese, english, Spanish, etc.

Why keep this up? It has only become worse for you and will not become better if it continues. Everyone has made mistakes in their lives. Everyone. But it is owning one’s mistakes and then admitting to them and then, making amends if needed that make the difference between a person of character and integrity and all others. If you want to take steps to regain you character and integrity, admit the lies you have told, then make amends by apologizing to those offended. They would be the veterans who served in Iraq and other combat zones. Those who did hold a rank in the USAF as officers and enlisted and to all those who have been adversely affected by your behaviors. It is your choice. It is up to you. This issue at TAH will not end until YOU end it. Again, it is your life to live as you choose. I recommend, taking the high road and taking the advice I offer.

That’s rather disconcerting. With the allegations of domestic violence against him, including LEO being called, has he ever been convicted of even misdemeanor domestic violence? If so, then he can’t have an FFL and can’t even possess firearms.

Yep, the badge usually does the trick. My friend who works as at county jail does this quite frequently to get out of tickets. He is about to come work full time for the Air Force, so he is losing that right.

I have a buddy who is a FFL and he sells out of his house and has been for the past 20 years… the same house. The Feds are always harassing him about not having a secure storefront. I have first hand experience with the police, they saw his I love me wall and seen all his badges and wouldn’t do a damn thing. I was so damn mad he slammed me into the wall and had his arm around me in a choke hold and wouldn’t let me go. He did a lot of gas lighting on me.. typical narcissistic behavior. His classic signs of being a narcissistic person with his evidence blog.

To the best of my knowledge, yes. Any move requires the ATF to be informed and a new FFL to be issued, IIRC. Also, as GDC pointed out, the ATF frowns on guys selling guns out of their kitchen.

Dennis Chevalier needs to get psychological help for his anger issues, control issues, low self esteem issues, and out of control eating issues.
I mean, 7 pounds of block cheese and an X amount of grapes in one night? Then we have these explosive anger issues. These could be symptoms of more serious underlying issues.
A professional could help him sort through these issues. He was willing to get one of his ex-wives/girlfriends this kind of help… willing to sacrifice all if needed… for her to get help. Well, this is Dennis Chevalier’s chance to do it for himself.
He should just come out , admit that he lied about the things we’re calling him out on, cut his losses, apologize to the appropriate community, get some help, and move on with the view of being constructive for the rest of his life.
Not expecting him to take our advice to heart, but at least we’re giving him a recommendation on how to move forward constructively. Should the melted cheese hit the fan, at least he’ll know that we also tried to help him.
He messed up his life up to this point, it’s up to him if he wants to continue to mess his life up some more. If his arrogance stands down, he’ll realize that these threads on him are actually blessings in disguise for him.

I do not know for a fact that the TSG booted him, but days ago I posted asking if he had any serive at all. OIF ’06-’07-’08 replied saying that 20 days in with the Texas State Guard, they booted him for fraudulent enlistment. Which would make plenty of sense, and I can’t imagine he’d last too long with them after being exposed.
FastLSX: I believe OIF ’06-’07-’08 said he’d been booted from the TX ARNG after 20 days. The TX ARNG is a very different animal than the TSG.

YES! He was in fact discharged from the TXSG. He should be grateful that HQ’s investigation didn’t reveal anything that was punishable under the TCMJ/Texas State Law.
When I was working on my bachelors degree, one of the requirements I had to take was business law. Our professor was one of my state’s assistant district attorneys assigned to my city. Based on her experiences, cases moved faster in federal court than they did in state court.
Now, let’s say that in other places in the country, cases move quicker in the state court than they do in federal court. You still don’t win with this one.
Based on Jim Parker’s post, this happened across state lines. Since this happened across state lines, you had to know to file your lawsuit at a federal court. What Jim Parker said was right; without him having any office or entity in Texas, you couldn’t sue him in state court.
Either you were clueless about the process, or you were hell bent on using bully tactics. It probably could’ve been both.

It appears that he knows nothing about most of what he talks about on his blog and on here. He’s trying to build his argument, and lying in order to fit all of his
evidencepropaganda to fit in with his arguments.thebesig is correct. Cases involving interstate commerce (the Internet) due to their very nature are generally heard in federal court.
Technically, he could have sued me in small claims court, but he’d have had to travel to Florida to do it.
Small claims courts in particular have VERY limited jurisdictional authority, and with few exceptions (none of which remotely fit Chevalier’s scenario), cases must be filed and heard in the county where the defendant resides.

Such protections are in place to prevent people like Chevalier grabbing a Boston phone book and filing frivolous law suits against 20 random people in his local courthouse, and being awarded default judgments for $5k each against those who don’t go to the considerable and unnecessary expense of traveling to Texas to fight them.
His “case” was dead in the water before it began and he didn’t even know it.
You know, when I saw his filing, I noticed that it was pre-printed with “Texas” in every field regarding State. He lined each one out and wrote in “Florida”. I thought that was odd, but then (apparently) the court clerk accepted it and filed it. I wonder why? Perhaps just to get the fat bastard to move on and quit pestering and/or hitting on her would be my guess.
So Mr. Parker, tell us the story of when you were served with notice of this lawsuit. Dennis paid $125 for the Sheriff to serve you, please tell us he got his money’s worth.

I’m looking at his actions with regards to CAP. From some of the information that I’ve read, CAP came up with new uniform guidelines sometime before he retired from CAP.
The new uniform guidelines would’ve made CAP personnel look less Air Force and more CAP. I wouldn’t be surprised if Dennis Chevalier chose retirement when he no longer could be mistaken as an Air Force officer. He did this under the assumption that as a retired member of CAP, he could continue to wear it the “old school” style.
If they’re like the Army, if he were to wear the CAP uniform today, he’d have to abide by current CAP uniform guidelines. His photos, with him in his CAP uniform, doesn’t show the current guidelines. Maybe a current member of CAP could clarify this, maybe they’re allowed to wear the uniform by the rules that existed at the time they were in… or maybe retired/former members have to abide by current uniform guidelines for putting the CAP uniform on.
This is an indication that Dennis Chevalier didn’t do CAP to “serve the community.” He did CAP so that he could have a reason to “look” like an Air Force Officer. He still has a profile on military dot com with him in his CAP uniform. He listed Air Force as his Service, and “0-5” as his pay grade.
It’s still up, his “Army” one is gone. I won’t be surprised if he did the Texas State Guard thing to “look” like a “Soldier,” and not to “serve the community. Heck, I wouldn’t be surprised if he replaced his Texas Flag with a US one while transiting from his state guard events.
Would find it highly unlikely that he would be authorized to wear the CAP uniform when he is not a member of CAP. It’s not military. It is not something from which you can retire, so would not logically be authorized to continue to wear the uniform. Just like many other organizations.
Noticed at the CAP forum that they were dismissive of his use of the term retired. They used it just as we did when referring to him as “retired.”

Having worked for AT&T, I can assure you that is no mobile hotspot. The “lightspeed” in the reverse DNS record is only used for U-verse. AT&T Mobility (aka, the cellular phone division where you’d get the hotspot) has its own IP address allocations. And they are separate. The different divisions within the company are almost like different countries (to the point where senior execs have to get everyone to play along with slogan campaigns such as “One AT&T”).
And who uses a hotspot in 2014 if they can get a hardwired connection? What kind of moron would be willing to live with a hard bandwidth cap? Oh, you mean, “David”/Dennis, YOU are that moron!

1. It was on the starboard side (right for you non-SSDG types). My usual ammo loadout consisted of Linux SLAP rounds, with every 5th round a tracer. Yes, they were heat-seeking.
2. There were two ball turret gunners in the sack at all times. I saved their lives many times from the space kraken. Phil and Do were their names.

Excepting that I have no independent knowledge of the CAP, the rest of all of that is bogus. There are several errors in what and how he calls those imagined experiences, but I will NOT school him and other posers AS TO how it should read instead. If they want to know, they can enlist in the United States Air Force and let a certified instructor learn ’em.
If you google ECI-81152 USAF, all you get is Chevy Cheese and his crap. you get nothing from the ECI or Air University or any accredited USAF institution.
If Dennis did anything involving ECI, his name and records would be in MilPDS which UTMs have access. With an easy check, he would not be in the system.

GDContractor. From my memories of my time in the USAF there is ONLY one group that would have EVER received sniper training of any kind. They are the ParaRescue PJs of the United States Air Force Special Operations Command. I do not know all their training which is long and extensive. But in the Air Force, they would be the only ones called on for that. Well I might add the Forward Air Traffic Controllers who go in first to hot areas and establish landing sights are pretty high speed guys also. Maybe them as well. Memory does not serve me well.
I forgot to add, nothing Dennis listed rings a bell for snipers though.
If I recall correctly, the Air Force doesn’t train PJs as snipers either, due to the nature of their mission. But this is based on a conversation I had almost a decade ago with an individual from the SF community who wasn’t a PJ, so who knows how accurate it is.
I can tell you for a fact that there is no ‘sniper school’ for CAP. My father was in CAP as a CPT. Literally, the most ‘military’ thing he did was wear a flight suit, as he would often joke.
Don’t forget, he claims to be working on a Community College of Air Force degree which is only open to Air Force members only, airman can get it. Don’t recall this retard ever being in the Air Force. Officer don’t ever get CCAFs anyways.

GDC, That article “Back To Basic Training” is about tactical training, not SWAT. Why in the world would an advanced SWAT course be called “basic training”? But of course Chevyliar can’t show anything saying he was actually a SWAT officer, unless of course his definition of SWAT was him swatting at pesky insects that were bothering him while he was trying to sleep on the job.
Does the CAP still have the general order, “I will use no force or show of force in the execution of my duties?” Why would a CAP member need a security ECI course?

I think our little Chevy has dug a deeper hole. The ECI and AFDLO were merged into the Air Force Institute for Advanced Distributed Learning (AFIADL). The AFIADL began on 1 Feb 2000. AFIADL is at Maxwell AFB – Gunter Annex not Gunter AFB. Gunter was made an annex of Maxwell in March 1992.
