That is a very small step in the right direction, Denny Penny, but you must do MUCH better than that to gain any ground on the other contenders.
Meanwhile, we can say with surety that you are in la-la land with your delusional self. Just because you refuse to acknowledge that we exposed you as a poser and that all evidence supported our claim of you being a stolen valor thief, and you, instead of admitting it, posted a pile of BS to support whatever is going on inside that vacuum inside your cranium, the facts have not changed.

Even IF someone handed you an out of date CDC course for some strange reason, you STILL did not receive United States Air Force training because what you read was NOT either taught by United States Air Force Instructors or current United States Air Force curriculum.

This is the part about Dennis on Don’s FB page – the same story he told me on the phone; One Facebook friend was a strange guy. We were friends on Facebook but I didn’t know him outside of that. He posted constantly on my page and when he’d leave a comment he’d “Like” his own comment. Strange… He claimed he was a Private Investigator, or so he said and he would look up backgrounds on guys I was looking into and send it to me. When I did post a phony it was him who attacked first. After he attacked the phony he begin attacking his family and his attacks were ruthless and vulgar and I’d often tell him to stop and tone it down. There was no good reason to do that, no good reason to go to those lengths and certainly not by a man in his 50’s. I attacked a phony SEAL once who had a large following of the Tin Hat club; the conspiracy theorist guys and gals and when I attacked their phony leader they LASHED OUT AT ME IN FORCE. The verbal beating they gave me included messages of love and nothing but kind words that I was just ignorant of the fact that he was a Secret SEAL. I never received a single threat from them… My Facebook Friend however began posting headless corpses on my Facebook saying they were threats he received from the group and that he had his wife in hiding because of them… I realized then that he was full of shit and got as far away from him as I could but not before I did something stupid that I now regret. What is it like to live a life of lies, only to have those lies come crashing down hard around you? I don’t know, I have never placed myself in that position to begin with, for I am proud of what I have done with my life.
To the Dennis Chevalier’s, the Daniel Bernath’s, the Dallas Wittgenfeld’s, the Phillip Monkress’s, WHY do you do this? In this day and age of the internet with it’s rapid information age, it is a guarantee that your lies will be exposed for what they are, and using the internet to try and white wash your lies is not going to work. It will only dig you deeper. It is a losing game for all of you, for I just come here to enjoy the circus all of you poser’s put on.
I remember this guy… oh yes. I had an eye on him as he progressively got weirder. He friended me through Don’s page and even had two accounts at one point. He was a little too enthusiastic about the whole phony thing and it was odd how he would always “like” his own comments. He would randomly message me because he knew I went through Don’s course, and he was signed up to attend one himself. I know this guy ran some kind of “tactical training” course of his own and I remember him posting how he was going to bring a bunch of weapons to Extreme SEAL for everyone to train with.
I imagined this guy showing up to ESE with an arsenal of his weapons, and I could just tell by his demeanor that he’d be the one wanting to be the instructor. Like he’s going to show up and be all buddy buddy with a bunch of SEAL Instructors and show them how to run their course… Yeah ok. His infatuation and stalking behavior of Navy SEALs was unusual to say the least.
But it was also around that time that he started posting shirtless facebook videos of himself with all his guns, and then I remember when he posted pictures of mutilated dead bodies all over Don’s and his own facebook page(s) and that’s when he was told not to attend. Then I remember seeing some big rant on his page about how “the heat got too hot for Don” and he “threw me under the bus.” Actually no, Dennis. You just got way too WEIRD, and they didn’t want some psychopath showing up at their residence.
LOL Funny, he is saying the same stuff all over again on Evidence page. Saying that Don got all of his information from Jonn and TAH which makes no sense. Because Don knew of this psychopath before any of us knew.
He is claiming that Don’s wife is the one that got scared of the photos and they had to distance themselves from him.
His story over on his blog is so stupid that its making me believe that he has mental issues and needs some serious white padded room treatment.
Dennis seems like a one-upper and a lying to the grave type of guy.
Now he wants to piss off “The Hair” along with the entire SEAL community.

The “I’ve been hacked” claim is the contemporary version of the “dog ate my homework” excuse. From what I know about hacking, there are generally two broad scenarios:
1. It’s financial. This is the majority of computer crime these days. The motivation is pretty clear. To keep the money flowing, these guys keep a very low profile. But, alas, for Dennis, these criminals go after institutions that actually have money to steal. Minimum wage bloviators need not fear anything from these guys, your cheese fund is safe.
2. It’s personal. Or, say in the case of Anonymous, Lulzsec, driven by ideology. In either case, the perpetrators make pretty darn sure any and all dirty laundry the target has been trying to hide is made as public as possible. There is no doubt as to whether it’s a “typo” or a hack. It’s a hack. It’s announced on twitter. Samples of evidence are put on pastebin with download links to the full pile of data that got hauled out. It is not, like Dennis is attempting to portray, something that is subtle. If you are targeted by hackers who don’t like you, you and all of the internet will know about it, and it will be packaged up for easy reference and consumption. You and your security measures (or lack thereof) will be mocked.
If Dennis were indeed “hacked” as often as he claimed, he wouldn’t have to tell us, we’d be able to find evidence of it already.
But like with everything Dennis claims, there is no evidence.
I almost feel drunk after reading everything he’s being exposed of. I’m confused… Did he even serve in ANY Military branch? Was he even a Police/SWAT Team Officer?
He was in the Guard for all of 20 days before he was kicked out for fraudulent enlistment. Never attended basic or AIT.
He claims SWAT LT. for a very small PD and he has some “documents” to back that up. What I want to know is what kind of phoney baloney credentials did he use to enter as a LT.? I can only speculate they were taken in by his PhD. forensic criminologist serial rapist profiler BS.

Dennis Chevalier spent over two years trying to convince fedupexwife that the Civil Air Patrol was the exact same thing as the US Air Force.
She talked about how her dad was in the Air Force, and that fact prevented her from falling for Dennis Chevalier’s nonsense. She wasn’t in the military, but at least she noticed the difference between the two, based on what she had seen.
I used that quote to show Dennis Chevalier that he did in fact claim that he was a retired US Air Force LTC. By his reasoning, CAP = USAF, therefore he was a LTC in the USAF.
Dennis Chevalier is trying to argue that he was hacked, and the hacker made those claims. Fedupexwife’s quote shows hints that Dennis Chevalier made those quotes, not a hacker.

I am the Jim Parker who is named in that so-called “law suit”. Just for the record, I never agreed to compensate this clown for ANYTHING, and at no time did I do so, or ask him to drop the law suit. Quite the opposite in fact. He dropped his silly law suit because, despite the fact that I don’t live in Texas, I own no property there and have no business interests in that state, and therefore, a Texas small claims court has no jurisdictional authority to hear such a case or render a lawful judgement against a Florida resident, I told this twit that I have friends in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and would make a vacation out of it, because: A. His case was un-winnable (he didn’t have a single shred of evidence) B. In appearing for the case, I would be able to introduce all his phony “credentials” into the public record for the whole world to see, and I’d make damn sure they saw it. C. Whatever tricks he has, they wont work on us. It’s blatantly obvious that he did, in fact, tell people that he was a retired USAF LTC, that he flew C130s, and that he served in the Gulf War as a C130 pilot.

I know this will come as an astounding surprise to everyone here, but I have the opportunity these days to work with a number of (actual) Herc pilots, and showed a couple of them the original posts about Chevalier a few weeks ago. This morning I was in a meeting with them, they told me that they had shared his name and photos with their friends, who in turn passed it along, and surprise, surprise, not a single one of them had ever heard of this loon. They did ask if he had ever claimed membership in any specific squadron – I don’t recall seeing that; Jonn, did he ever?
I’m not Jonn, but this clown has claimed that he never was an AF pilot, never flew a C-130, blah, blah, blah. The problem is that he also claims that he never claimed to have been those things. That is why this is still an issue.
He DID make those claims. He HAS made the claims on multiple occasions, at various venues, to an assortment of people both online and in person. He is even reported to have shown forged docs to support his claims.

I’ve got some more from other notables that I never used as proof of anything, other than proof that I met them once at a book signing, no matter how briefly. And you’d be able to give the dissertation/thesis title and the abstract in your sleep. I’m sure an IQ of 130 type of guy can remember the thing they worked on for years.

Please. An independent source like a news article. If the event happened as you claim, then there should be a record of it. When did it happen (exact date), where, what school…all these are simple questions that an honest person could answer easily. This isn’t the first time you’ve been asked this, yet you dodge and ignore the questions.
Wonder just why he is soooo reluctant to just tell us where and when it happened. Seems like it would be simple enough for him, as the shooting victim, or alternatively as the big hero something, to call those jurisdictions and get us a case number or an incident number or whatever they call it where it is supposed to have happened.
