To prove it, he wears some video game dog tags. Totally legit. However, the National Personnel Records Center says “Who?” And AKO agrees with them.
Scotty has been cranking out these phonies at neck-breaking speed, but I think that it’s because the log jam at NPRC after the government shutdown has been broken.

No matter what kind of uniform you are wearing, whether you screwed up or or got it right, or whether the picture by itself would be stolen valor, it’s irrelevant because in the captions, you say you are a W-1 and include a clip art (I think) of their rank insignia. Thus, you are claiming to be a W-1 (and a combat infantryman, and an LEO in other places) in your own words. That alone is stolen valor. The picture by itself would, perhaps, not be stolen valor if it really is JROTC (too low res for me to tell), but if you use it to aid in misrepresenting yourself as a veteran to people too ignorant to know otherwise, that’s stolen valor. Which you have done. So you can’t hide behind that defense. Then, there’s your fucking ridiculous defense that your ex is responsible and that all this is an online conspiracy she is behind. Frankly, if you think you’re the first person to come in here after being outed and claim that the dog hacked your facebook, or that the ex-significant other is bitter and wants to smear you online, you must be even more brain dead than I already think you are. HS Sophomore – absent fingerprints, the identical twin example you gave could be legally quite problematic for the prosecution in a criminal case (I understand even identical twins don’t have identical fingerprints, so fingerprint evidence would allow one to tell which was guilty). Other than that minor quibble – damn nice analysis.

HS Sophomore: whether or not a given birth was single or multiple generally can be determined by consulting vital records. Same mother/father/date combination and very small variation in time of birth would show multiple. Wouldn’t verify that the twin was identical, but could definitively refute the possibility (if the birth was investigated and found to be single, or the twin was a different gender).
Your example as given was actually a good one – you included fingerprints as part of the physical evidence, which as I understand it would almost certainly allow distinguishing between two identical twins. However, absent that it would allow reasonable doubt, and thus might be easily misunderstood. For that reason (possibility of misunderstanding/misinterpretation) and to avoid having to explain things at length, maybe it’s not the optimal example to use.

Actually, in most states, the standard for probation violations is a mere preponderance of the evidence. What he faces, if found to have violated the terms and conditions of probation, is imposition of a previously suspended sentence, the balance of it if he served some time, or, if neither of those applies, sentencing for the underlying offense for which he received probation. The evidentiary rules are relaxed, too. Here, at TAH, we are unburdened by legal standard and generally employ the “smell test”– which he has continually failed. He’s just a run-of-the-mill bullshitter. Oh, I nearly forgot. “Fries Up!”

Some probationers who owe oodles of victim restitution think that a violation hearing will not result in their incarceration because, the thinking goes, “If I’m in jail or prison, the restitution won’t be paid.” Wrong. A split sentence overcomes that. You get, say, a year in jail or two in prison and then you get to serve probation and pay restitution again! If that doesn’t work, for whatever reason, you go to prison, make parole (invariably) one way or another, and the restitution is made a condition of your parole! Here, Cody, have a sux donut. Sooner or later, those ears will make Bubba very happy. Of course, I am assuming that Bubba’s pleasure will not be yours. I could be wrong about that.

I’m not on a probation violation in going to a restitution court so I won’t go to jail or prison the simple fact is its a felony 6 non dangerous crime since the criminal damage that was dangerous got dismissed. So the most I can do in prison is one year and sense I already have three months in that will make it easy decision to reinstate felony probation. The simple fact is when you get arrested for a probation violation they don’t release you from custody and they house in jail. So keep that in mind when you think you know probation violations
