Phony Navy SEAL of the WEEK; Mark Lloyd Body Builder Clown
Valkyrie sends us Don Shipley’s SEAL of the week, Mark Lloyd, who uses his pretend SEAL career to build his business;
Retired Navy SEAL Don Shipley BUSTS Mark Lloyd the Body Builder Navy SEAL Commander. Mark posted his bullshit on Craigslist for his “Body Connection Personal Training and Fitness Consulting crap.
What better way to build a Fitness business than claiming to be a Navy SEAL. Marks problem is he claims BUD/S Class 716 and 716 won’t graduate SEAL Training for another 82.6 years. Mark also claims to be a past Commanding Officer of SEAL Team FOUR and he can’t even get the right coast Team FOUR is on…
Mark doesn’t see the problem with him claiming to be a Navy SEAL Commander to better his business and to profit from those claims. Mark operates his Fitness Crap in Mesquite, Forney, Sunnyvale, and Rockwell Texas.
If you’d like some training from Mark here’s his information from Craigslist. 214-641-4849 markl1060@aol.com

He’ll probably change his craig’s list ad to something more believable…Like retired commander of the Ranger Regiment or former commander of Delta Force.
4 hours after Don posted this video it was the number 2 and 4 search result when you search Google for this guy. There are 2 other results that show him in his undies posing. I’m truly sorry for his wife. Maybe we should be nice to her and send her some extra batteries, I know the poor dear needs them.
Nah…She’s probably banging some National Guard mechanic. At least he’s got an actual service record.
Based on the photos Don posted – I’m kinda thinking his “development” might not exactly be natural. His wife might actually need a set of fresh batteries regularly.
@2; I just woke up my wife laughing at your comment about batteries.
Batteries? How about coupons for batteries, too?
Valkyrie, check your e-mail. Sent you something.
Twist, did you get what I sent you?
I emailed this clown and included the link to this blog entry.
Wanna start an office pool on how long it will take for him to post a threat here to get a lawyer and sue for libel/defamation?
aol email address? the 90’s called, they want their email service back.
Oops, forgot the obligatory “Mark Lloyd, bodybuilder” entry. Google hit!!!!
Now wait a minute! This guy may be legit! He may indeed have graduated from BUD/S class 716 in 2095 and have come back in time in a future Navy MK 48 MOD 3 Time Machine to conduct sociological/historical research on the early 21st Century for his Naval Post Graduate School thesis topic (class of 2108). Hey, if this happened on STAR TREK, it must be true!
There is a bouncer at a bar I go to all the time to watch cowboys games because I do not have cable. Last Sunday this bouncer approaches me and proceeds to tell me he was a sniper in the Army and has 100 confirmed kills. Having been to Iraq and Afghanistan I was immedatly skeptical. He procced to tell me he has 2 combat jumps and was in the Army from 2006-2011 and did 4 combat deployments as an Army Ranger. My bullshit alarm went off, but I did not care enough to call him out. Two beers later he proceeds to tell me more bullshit and how he has graduated from college aka Oklahoma with a BS in Economics. I asked how he was able to do all that an deploy. He said he was witht he 75th Rangers as a reservist. I told him that was impossible because the Army Reserves only have one infantry unit in Hawaii and that I was not even Army and know that. I told him its possible he could be guard and go to Ranger school but not Army Reserves. Having been in the military for 5 years and graduated from college with a BA in Economics I called his bullshit and said there is no way he could have done all that in that time. If he had why the fuck would he be a bouncer. Once I called him out on his bullshit he said he has a Captain and Major he served with come up to the bar he works at all the time. I said I would love to meet them. I told him I was retired (CH 61) and not Army but its highly unlikely he has 100 confirmed kills and two combat jumps. I served in Afghanistan with sky soldiers and I thought they were some of the last ones to have a combat jump in 2003. Can someone look this guy up on AKO. His name is Jared Kramer. He should still have IRR time. I know he is full of shit but I… Read more »
Well, if he does visit here, I’ve a question for him. It is said that most bodybuilders have some serious issues regarding inadequacy and that, in order to compensate for that which cannot dangle and cannot be enlarged, they spend much of their lives making other body parts bigger. My question for Mr. Lloyd is this: Is your penis very small?
The dude also had no clue what the fuck a Corpsman was. I told him every individual who has deployed as a combat MOS should know what a Corpsman is especially a ranger or infantrymen.

@15, Gatdamnit! I’m trying to eat!
Meathead invents time travel. Not fucking likely. Turd burglar.
@12 – a quick check of Army Knowledge Online revealed two Jared Kramers as registered users. One is listed as an “incoming future Soldier”. The other is listed as a Private (E-1), 1-18 INF, Army Retired, with an APO AE address. No way to know if either of these is your guy, or how accurate or current these listings are, for that matter.
Turd.
@14.
I love the name!
@18 Wouldn’t it say their quals and schools such as Ranger Qualified?
I have to be really careful what I say now, since at least one person has already threatened to sue me. Great job Don Shipley! Facts, numbers, dates will always catch bullshit
Poser Disposer: not authoritatively.
If memory serves, the name/rank/status in an AKO profile is pulled from DMDC or other official sources. But most or all of the rest of the info in an AKO profile entry is self-entered. (Can’t remember for sure if the current unit is self-entered or pulled from official sources.)
Award/decoration/past assignment/schools/qualifications info is only there if the individual enters it. And on occasion – also if memory serves – people have been caught entering bogus claims in their AKO profile.
I also wouldn’t automatically assume that anyone in the Army who’d deployed would know what a Corpsman was and did. The Army calls combat medical personnel Medics vice Corpsmen. Most Army folks who’ve been around for a while would recognize Corpsman, but some of the newer guys might not – even after a deployment – unless they’d worked with the Navy or USMC on that deployment.
However, this tool is claiming to have been a SEAL. Anyone in the Navy or Marine Corps would know damn well what a Corpsman was and what they did.
Our President knows them as Corpseman.
MCPO: apparently he confused Corpsmen with Graves Registration.
Mr. Shipley and the rest of y’all who dig up these turds and publicize their wrongednesses are walking, talking examples of Semper Fidelis.
For y’all, that ain’t just a slogan. Keep up the good work, guys.
Here’s the asswipe’s current craigslist ad:

Nice job, Bravo Zulu
Ex-PH2; yes I did, but right now I’m going through my honey do list.
The best part of the whole thing was his ‘I don’t need it for my business anyway’.
There are very few legitimate businesses that I know that resort to craigslist filings. Most bodybuilding businesses are word of mouth, referral by gyms, and some high-quality ones are even recommended by doctors at various facilities dealing with overall wellness, fitness, and weight loss.
In other words, this guy doesn’t seem to have a lot of clients or a lot of business, nor a lot of goodwill in the local bodybuilding community. Shit, GNC’s will sometimes even have guys they refer you to if you go in there needing to bulk up.
Another fun fact I’ve noticed a lot about people like that: they’re not nearly as tough as they look, as if all that muscle is there to protect the weakling inside…
And goddamnit Marine_7002, you gave the same link twice. I really wanted to see if that started a back in forth in Texas, one of the great bastions of patriotism in the US.
Trust me the poser problem has gotten worse in Dallas. I have purple heart plates on my car and a gentleman who is around my age (late 20’s) approaches me and says I got 6 purple hearts. I told him the person who is a GWOT vet with the most PHs has 5. I was also recently at an IHop and had a gentleman as our waiter who told me he had been shot through the heart in Iraq and need tips to pay for medical expenses. I asked him if he retired or recieved VA comp. He said the military can only retire people who do 20, and he said the VA will not recognize his service because he was black ops….Seriously what the hell is wrong with people?!? It has been within the past few months I have ran into more posers recently. It takes a sick mother fucker to lie about this stuff. Sorry for venting but its really starting to piss me off.
Vent away, Poser Disposer. (I LOVE that name!!) Venting, like good whiskey, is good for the soul.
Trust me I used to not care until recently. Until the stories got more outlandish. When people approach me and tell me they were in the service I typically ask what did you do, and di you deploy. If they say Iraq/Afghanistan I typically ask where were you at. Then I break it down well what Camp, FOB, COP were you at. When someone cannot answer that I typically know they are full of shit. When they tell me they haloed in and its classified…serious classified why the hell are you even telling about these super secret missions. Serioulsy I hate these people so much now. If you never went to Iraq or Afghanistan say hey I was admin never deployed. I will have more respect for that then saying hey I have 100 confirmed kills. If you got hurt that bad you would have been medically seperated or retired. I know because I was in Walter Reed. Seriously fuck these people. All they do is destroy individuals who did deploy or served credibility.
“Seriously what the hell is wrong with people?!?” A great deal. Look who is in the White House.
Don might be the inspiration for the most interesting man in the world.
Poser Disposer…Great handle. Welcome to the blog!
Hey PD, welcome! Damn, If I’d had him for a waiter, i don’t think I’d be able to eat one bite there without strangling the little twerp!
“I pick things up and put them down”.
Awesomesauce.
This turd is a slime coating on the collective nuts of society.
Peachy…
A load of dipshits in the Dallas area, two hours west of me. So, Power Disposer, want help to spay and neuter the dipshit population?? Let me know. DFW is my home area, and I am just a holler away.
Something about cross fit trainers and martial arts instructors ,,, high number of posers
One thing I’ve noticed since relocating to the Philippines is that it seems every single ex military I meet here was all special forces or some high speed MOS. After all their bs they ask what did you do? I just say Grader operator, Desert Storm. Oh well. I just wear my hip waders whenever I go to the Expat meetings.
So many fakers… so little time….
I like part where he ask Don why its any of his business
If Don could reach through the phone…man!
Don and Mama Shipley make my week! Keep up the good fight Don.
‘I pick things up and I put them down.’ See what ‘roids do to you?
What can those ‘roid monkeys do other than lift weights?
just in case, for those who don’t get the “I pick things up and put them down” comments
@46 Proud, they do spend a lot of time looking at themselves in the mirror.
@ 46 Proud InFidel
I thought you were going to contact me, that invite to a Iowa Steak still holds.

I can legitimately say I do not know a single person who does not know, or does not know someone who knows, a Navy SEAL. Didn’t realize there were so many of them…
