Serial fraud Kyle Barwan arrested yet again
Sporkmaster sent us a link to the West Kentucky Star which reports yet another arrest of the scrawny douchbag Kyle Barwan for, what, the eighth time now. We talked about him before here and here.
The McCracken County Sheriff’s Department received several complaints about an individual impersonating a military officer. An investigation lead to the arrest of 22-year-old Kyle Barwan of Paducah, for impersonating a U.S. Army Warrant Officer with Special Forces for monetary gain. Barwan would ask individuals for money, stating he was being deployed and was having financial problems. Barwan was medically discharged from the military in 2009 as an E2.
I guess they’re holding his monkey ass on 12 charges of being a lying douchebag idiot (read the list of charges at the link) and they say he’s currently stashed away in the corner of Bubba’s cell, under the stainless steel toilet, whimpering like a sissy.

I left him a note of support, (well not actually support,,,,). Then found the guy who commented on a photo that he n Kyle are “best friends”, and left him an informative note on the dogshit impersonator.
He’s headed downhill in one hell of a hurry; the crash is likely to be spectacular.

HOLY CRAP. Apart from his lying, thieving ways, Mr. Barwan made a VERY large mistake. He moved to Paducah – a very small, pretty darn judgmental place. I know; I grew up there and only want to see it in the rear view mirror.
Additionally, he moved to a place: (1) an hour or so from Ft. Campbell, where many of the citizens have more than a passing familiarity with how an in-reg uniform should look; (2) that still respects the uniform; and (3) where the citizens have nothing better to do than send his scrawny ass to a place halfway between Paducah and Ft. Campbell – the Eddyville State Penitentiary.

He has a local charges of Theft by Deception and possible federal charges.
Detective Richard Beaty with Ft. Campbell Military Police charged Barwan with the following 12 charges at 7:00pm this date:
Impersonating an officer of the US Army 18 USC 912
Military Medals or Decoration 18 USC 704 (B) ( 3 counts)
Uniform of Armed Forces and Health SVC 18 USC 702 (3 Counts)
Military Medals and Decorations Wearing 18 USC 704(a) (3 Counts)
Entering Military Reservations Trespassing 18 USC 1382
Entry by False Pretense to any Real Property 18 USC 1036

I have been contacted by “miss”, chatted online for awhile, and even had a very long phone conversation. This young girl, admittedly not good at writing, was duped by this turd Barwan. He scammed her family for a few thousand bucks for his “Cancer Treatment”, and that is what got him arrested by the locals. His mil fakery will get him when the locals get through “reaming” him, (bubba being the locals).
So, Y’all, I am asking to let her comment here without duress from us. She really wants to see him take all that he has coming to him, and is helping with info, photos, etc. She may sign herself as “Katie”, maybe not. For now, she is “my friend”. The only options I see for these clowns are to voluntarily quit playing dress up and lying about it or deal with all of us either singularly or in groups. With the help of some friends in law enforcement, of course. They will quit one way or another.
