Florida woman attacked with ax after screaming argument at Costco gas pump

An argument at a Costco gas station exploded into violence, with the alleged victim fighting back with an ax.Valeria Andrea Aguilar was arrested for felony burglary with assault or battery after an altercation that began at the Costco gas pump in Miami, according to court documents reviewed by Oxygen.com. The 29-year-old has pleaded not guilty to the charge.
On March 25, Aguilar started screaming at a Costco gas station attendant, according to an arrest affidavit. When a woman, who was also pumping gas, drove by and intervened—telling the attendant to revoke Aguilar’s membership to the wholesale chain—Aguilar ran after her car.
Aguilar then followed the unnamed woman to an intersection, per the affidavit. She approached the woman’s driver’s side open window, and punched her in the head, read the doc, then grabbed her clothing and scratched her face, arms and chest, which caused lacerations and bruises.
The victim then produced an ax multitool and began striking Aguilar, per the affidavit, before fleeing in her car.
Aguilar was transported to HCA Florida Kendall Hospital and promptly arrested after she was discharged.

Ms. Aguilar can add to her facial tat collection while awaiting trial. I too have an axe multitool- it has a small blade opposite a hammer on a long handle. Some may call it a “tomahawk.”

From the booking photo, was either a dull axe, or the hammer end was used.
I was expecting deeper lacerations, but not my circus, not my monkeys.

I can understand the call for revocation of her Costco
membership.
Anybody’s who has tried to find a parking spot at Costco, especially on the weekend, would temporarily lose their sanity. Maybe that’s what happened here. 😁
BTDT. Especially at holidays, wife’s poor planning, and shopping with the wife. That’s why I (try to) avoid Costco on weekends for myself.
I’d say the “ax” was not used effectively, looking at the booking photo.
