Fatal shooting near Ollie’s Tavern ruled as self-defense

A shooting that left a man dead outside a tavern in Greer, South Carolina, has been officially ruled as self-defense.Around 2:15 a.m. on Jan. 3, officers with the Greer Police Department responded to a reported shooting outside Ollie’s Tavern on Trade Street.
When police arrived, they found Jonathan Gilbert Kraemer of Lyman dead at the scene.
According to police, Kraemer got into an argument on the sidewalk outside the bar. During the encounter, Kraemer pulled out a knife in a threatening manner. In response, Maven Martin discharged a firearm, striking Kraemer and John Rowell who was in close proximity.
Rowell was transported to the hospital after he was shot in the lower body. Within hours, Rowell was treated and released from the hospital.
While at the hospital for treatment, officers issued Rowell municipal citations for interfering with police and disorderly conduct. He was subsequently released from police custody.
After reviewing all evidence presented, detectives believe the shooting occurred under circumstances consistent with self-defense. At this time, no criminal charges related to the shooting death of Kraemer are being pursued.

I know they are popular, but I am personally not a fan of the SBR style gun as depicted above. I think a PCC is different though. The rifle caliber version loses far too much velocity and provides too much flash / blast IMO. I have seen PCC, especially in 9mm used in competition in a remarkable manner compared to the performance of others shooting a pistol only in the same events.
