Muslim scholar: We did not come to coexist… America is a cancer
A Muslim scholar in Chicago, Mohammad Nusairat, presented commentary arguing against the idea that Muslims came to assimilate. Nusairat said that Islam did not come to coexist, and that it is superior and should never be surpassed. He further argued against the idea that Islam could exist as one of many religions existing in a society and against the idea that all religious share the truth and the correct way to worship.

“Unfortunately, these days we don’t repeat this enough, or we don’t have this doctrinal concept firm in our minds — that Islam did not come to coexist,” Nusairat said. “[The Prophet Muhammad said:] ‘Islam is always superior and should never be surpassed.’ Islam is raised high, and nothing is raised above Islam.”
“We can’t think of Islam that it came to live with these other religions in the sense that Islam is a religion amongst those religions, and they have a share with the truth, and they have a share of justice, and they have a share of the correct worship of Allah,” he continued. “Islam came to correct all of that. Islam came to remove the oppression of all those religions, and it is the only truth, and it is the only way to justice.”
The video was posted on the YouTube channels of Men of the Ummah, a Chicago-based organization “dedicated to cultivating Muslim men,” and the associated Noon Islamic Center, located in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, according to the Middle East Media Research Institute.
Nusairat, identified by MEMRI as a student at the University of Illinois Chicago, drew attention last year for saying America and secular democracy “are cancers.”
“America is the cancer. America, the American government, secularism, democracy, capitalism, these are cancers that have spread their illness all over the world — in America and in the Middle East,” the Muslim scholar said at the university’s Muslim Students Association. “In America, over here, people have the freedom to — again, as I’ve said before — commit zina [fornication] but when you speak up, it’s a problem.”
“Now Muslims are tired of this cancer,” he added. “They’re tired of the American government. They’re tired of democracy. They want to see a new way of life. And as Muslims, we have to understand, that we have that new way of life.”

Point to this whenever apologists and deniers say that islom is a religion of peace and can integrate with our society. islom’s core ideology is antithetical to the concept of freedom of religion and is hostile to the very notion that human beings have inalienable rights at all. There is no way to coexist with a group that wants to exterminate you and yours. With an extreme position as that there is only elimination of the threat as a long term solution. I can’t see any way to coexist with a religion that demands my submission to it or death as the only 2 choices.
I have no idea what the real solution will be over time by the world’s governments but I do not anticipate islam ever being peaceful as a long term situation.
