Phillip Dale Monkress; The continuing saga
So if you missed the drama last night in the post about Phillip Dale Monkress, you didn’t miss much. A couple of us got phone calls last night threatening that we were about to be served with summons. Someone who got my wife’s phone records called one of her friends to ask about my guns, ostensibly to protect the process server. I was told that I should remove my guns from house in preparation for that visit, even though the caller was unable to determine if I owned guns, and then later posted in the comments of this blog that I don’t have a permit to own guns (even though no such permit is required, or available in West Virginia).
Well, why would someone run off the rails like that? I’m just a blogger who has never hid my location in the event that one of these phonies feels froggy and wants to leap. I post publicly available information about people who are deceiving the public, and I always do my best to eliminate Personally Identifiable Information, but all that numbnuts did last night was post PII about me and the others. If you want to know if I own guns, come to the house, chickenshit. You’re in Bethesda, MD and I’m a couple of miles away. Drive on up and find out for yourself.
As I mentioned before, Monkress’ lawyer tried to put pressure on us and some of our commenters, to no available, so they’re trying intimidation, poorly. I’ve done nothing illegal, so there’s no summons coming. His lawyer might be an idiot, but she doesn’t want to look like an idiot in a courtroom. So Monkress has hired a PI in Bethesda to harass and try to intimate us. What they don’t realize is that we have lawyers and PIs, too.
So why would he do all of that intimidation? Well, maybe because he’s feeling the heat beyond his phony veterans stories. For example, this is a cached copy of his company’s About page from last week;
And here’s what it looks like now;
They got millions of dollars in government contracts based on their status as a Native American-owned business. Now suddenly, they’re not Native Americans? While we’re looking at their website, how about the front page;
See that Department of Veterans’ Affairs seal? Well, that’s not legal to display there according to 18 U.S.C. §506;
(a) Whoever –
(1) falsely makes, forges, counterfeits, mutilates, or alters
the seal of any department or agency of the United States, or any
facsimile thereof;
(2) knowingly uses, affixes, or impresses any such fraudulently
made, forged, counterfeited, mutilated, or altered seal or
facsimile thereof to or upon any certificate, instrument,
commission, document, or paper of any description; or
(3) with fraudulent intent, possesses, sells, offers for sale,
furnishes, offers to furnish, gives away, offers to give away,
transports, offers to transport, imports, or offers to import any
such seal or facsimile thereof, knowing the same to have been so
falsely made, forged, counterfeited, mutilated, or altered,
shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned not more than 5
years, or both.
(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a) or any other provision of law,
if a forged, counterfeited, mutilated, or altered seal of a
department or agency of the United States, or any facsimile
thereof, is –
(1) so forged, counterfeited, mutilated, or altered;
(2) used, affixed, or impressed to or upon any certificate,
instrument, commission, document, or paper of any description; or
(3) with fraudulent intent, possessed, sold, offered for sale,
furnished, offered to furnish, given away, offered to give away,
transported, offered to transport, imported, or offered to
import, with the intent or effect of facilitating an alien’s application
for, or receipt of, a Federal benefit to which the alien is not
entitled, the penalties which may be imposed for each offense under
subsection (a) shall be two times the maximum fine, and 3 times the
maximum term of imprisonment, or both, that would otherwise be
imposed for an offense under subsection (a).
(c) For purposes of this section –
(1) the term “Federal benefit” means –
(A) the issuance of any grant, contract, loan, professional
license, or commercial license provided by any agency of the
United States or by appropriated funds of the United States;
and
(B) any retirement, welfare, Social Security, health
(including treatment of an emergency medical condition in
accordance with section 1903(v) of the Social Security Act (19
(!1) U.S.C. 1396b(v))), disability, veterans, public housing,
education, food stamps, or unemployment benefit, or any similar
benefit for which payments or assistance are provided by an
agency of the United States or by appropriated funds of the
United States; and
(2) each instance of forgery, counterfeiting, mutilation, or
alteration shall constitute a separate offense under this
section.
Like I said the other day, we have someone wandering the halls of Congress trying to get various Congress people interested in Monkress and his company. I’ve also said in the past that I didn’t want to put innocent people out of work at All Points – but that stunt last night pushed me beyond that sentiment. Initially, we only wanted Monkress to admit that he had done all of us veterans wrong by pretending to be something he wasn’t, but he had to double down on the stupid.
He may have threatened my wife and family, but my resolve in this matter has dissipated their fears. So you cowards come out from behind your screens to face me and admit that you have been wrong all along and all of this will stop. By the way, I have more information if you want to keep up this silly game.
By the way, I didn’t post any links to All Points Logistics to protect you from any data they might gather from your visit.

Flag,
Pushing Psul out of an airplane would create an aviation security hazard, that which I am sworn to prevent. Psul himself, however, has shown an unusual interest in flight itineraries of other posters (specifically Green Thumb), for unknown but possibly nefarious purposes. For that reason, he continues to be watched carefully.
“best ok luck in the futre–you wil sorely need it.
StaND dOWN”
Wow… typing all random caps/lowercase is so EDGY. Like your an Anonymous leet hacker dude or something. Lost points on the barely comprehendible dreck of a sentence that preceded it, though. Maybe some of the pre-teen script kiddies on 4chan can give you some pointers on how to be real intimidating. LULZZ!!
I thought that TaH was history about three Tuesdays ago… you remember? When you posted how we were going to be off the interwebs and all that.
We are still here, Psul. Your empty threats are so…. weaksauce.
“Stand down” on a bag of dicks, you twatwaffle…
Wickre writes and assures me that these aren’t comments written by him, so it may be a sockpuppet.
I would be more scared if they could put together a comprehensive sentence. The use of the royal WE is also kinda lame. So are the countless threats of information hoarding.
SSDD indeed.
Sock puppet or not, someone did the usual thing and signed off as follows: PKW/PM
And then there’s that pattern of starting out somehwat sober but deteriorating into rambling drivel as the evening wears on, ending with a post that clearly indicates loss of control of the keys and the obssession with “Deutschland uber alles.”
One can hardly blame us for believing it was peckerwood himself, on one of his usual binges.
@212–but dead horsies make a really cool sound when ya smack ’em with a baseball bat.
Just a little FYI. Consider that as you and your sockpuppets sit down to a dinner of bags of steaming dicks.
Hondo, any analysis of it all? Too much close-to-call evidence to have me believing it was mere sock puppeting.
Will try to find time to look at comment origins later today – busy this AM.
Sure! Paul is being as honest about it not being him posting, as I am about still being a virgin!
@253–Jonn–and we all know just how trustworthy PKW can be…(roll eyes)
I think he realizes that there’s some tough competition in the tournament, and he’s trying to drum up interest (and hence votes) for Monkress.
@253 Jonn… 2 words ….. HORSE. SHIT.
Sockpuppet of a sockpuppet? Dual/Duel-ing sockpuppets?
http://stream1.gifsoup.com/view2/2278303/my-brain-hurts-o.gif
Oh, heck, I even sock-puppeted myself as Bitch Girl Ex-PH2 last night. It was fun!
peckerwood, since we all know you’re reading this — because it’s the only thing you have to do besides shriek at your neighbors when they walk their dogs — I’ll finish up that short story and start another. Sorry I can’t do more than that. I have radishes to pull.
Do not kid yourselves, Phil is reading this.
I really do not care about Paul. Just another poser backer come lately.
It is Phil who still perpetrating this egregious offense.
I really do not care what Paul says, as he “supposedly” does not work for Phil.
Paul, get lost.
Well, Phil? What about the media?
I think TAH has earned a much-deserved reputation as a legitimate resource in the military community, particularly in the area of stolen valor and Supreme Court-approved public shaming actions derived from carefully researched and validated exposure.
We should contact local media and let them know about the Stolen Valor Tournament, why it exists, careful vetting of entrants, and solid reputation of the blog. For example, the DC television stations (NBC4, etc) could be contacted by us to give them the local angle on some of the finalists.
For example, Monkress is a finalist with federal government contracts and an office in Reston. When called out for being a fake SEAL with all sorts of video and corporate proof (TV loves that stuff), Monkress employed a Montgomery County man with an extensive criminal record to harass military members and their families in an effort to shut down the shaming of phonies like Monkress. There are so many local angles that the DC media may very well find this story intriguing. This also could force Green Thumb’s long sought-after goal into fruition.
@265…JAGC and GT
Maybe someone like super local NBC 4 drama queen, Pat Collins, human interest news aficionado extraordinaire 😉
CNBC loves stories like this, especially when it comes to fraud with tax money.
The various posts by “Harlem”, “Wilm Hosenfeld”, and “Erwin König” above were made using various proxies. The 3 comments by “Stand Down”, which are loosely acknowledged above by Wickre, were also made through an overseas proxy.
However, the fact that “Stand Down” also references a comment that was quickly deleted by “French Bee” (and which no longer exists above) does rather indicate “Stand Down” had detailed knowledge of same – as in insider knowledge. As noted by Flagwaver, this level of knowledge concerning a comment deleted within minutes of its posting strongly implies responsibility for the posting of said deleted comment. That knowledge is either direct (done using an alias through a proxy server) or indirect (another individual posted the comment on the actual source’s behalf, then confirmed having done so to the source – a human proxy server, if you will).
The evidence is inconclusive, but is consistent with “Psul” finding a 15 y/o high school sophomore who was willing to show him how to use a proxy server. But that may or may not be the case. The possibility that we have a “copycat” cannot be discounted completely.
In fact, in the past we’ve had another jerk or two that were busted here who’ve come to TAH and commented, using the “IP check on asile . . . . ” phrase often in their flaccid comments. (No, I’m not referring to any of the TAH regulars who might use that phrase on occasion.) I’m pretty sure those individuals were named “Alex” and/or “Todd”. Could be one of them acting as a copycat.
Sounds like Psul is throwing spitballs while hiding behind the cloak of his imagined untouchability.
Typical weak sauce. I’d suggest he spend his bounty of spare time looking for gainful employment, but that isn’t going to go far for him either.
First of all, thanks for the shout-out, Hondo. I guess I did something smart! Don’t worry, it won’t happen again. Using logic makes me feel dirty. 😛
@265 JAGC, that is a wonderful idea! I know that some in the media would be interested. Not many in the main stream, but those such as Glenn Beck and maybe some at Fox.
I fully support going to the media with the Stolen Valor Awards. If nothing else, it might drum up some more traffic here. Even if it is the bad kind, with Paul K. Wickre seemingly pulling out, we need more monkeys to poke with sticks.
I just sent a news tip to NBC4 where I briefly discussed the credentials of TAH, verification efforts prior to publication, and cited the local angle as to Monkress (federal contractor, Reston office, Wickre, etc), as well as Tesla from Northern Virginia.
Don’t know if anything will come of it, but I hope Jonn won’t mind that I did this. There is strength in numbers, and who knows, if some media outlets pick up on this, it might force a few other wannabes to maybe think twice before going with their lies, if nothing else for fear of being publicly shamed.
I’ll only do an interview with NBC4 if Aun Yang does it. She’s the only reason I watch their morning news program.
There’s a story on the noon news that the government last year paid millions in farm aid to farmers who had passed away some time ago. This is your tax money being misspent, and it’s only one instance of many.
There is no oversight on these kinds of things, and THAT is what TAH tries to do with SV stuff.
@272.
I will carry your briefcase if you let me tag along!
Why are you still avoiding calls, Phil?
Should not a real CEO pick up the phone and clear this up? I mean if you have never told anyone that you are a SEAl, a Native American or a Law Enforcement Officer then you have nothing to worry about, right?
Phil, is Paul Wickre a spokesman for your company?
Phil, wow.
I have a sneaking suspicion that you will be out of a job soon.
Question #1: “(to Senior Staff and Board Members) By a show of hands, has anyone in this room heard or seen in writing directly from Mr. Monkress his claims of being a Navy SEAL, a Native American or Law Enforcement Officer?
Question #2: Mr. Monkress, have you made any of these before mentioned claims, directly, implied or inferred in correspondence or verbal context for personal or professional gain?
Question #3: Mr. Monkress, you do not look well. Would you like a drink?
Well shitski. I go out to the woods for a few days and look what I missed.
I do find it very suspect that Wickless knew about French Bee’s comment when it was taken down so quickly.
Could have been e-mailed to the Bee, who copied and posted it. How else would he know about it?
Tomorrow, the Big Reveal: “How I Knew What the Wickerman Would Do”. He was SO predictable.
It was fun for a while. Then he got boring.
Wickre told me that he’s been subscribed to the Comment RSS of these discussions and he gets the comments even though I’ve deleted them.
Mr. Monkress, order some more snacks. I am hungry.
Question #4: Mr. Monkress, is Paul Wickre a spokesman for APL, and if not, what is his continuing role, paid or unpaid, within your organization?
Question #5: Mr. Monkress, how do individuals with criminal histories and records, yourself included of course, gain and retain employment with your organization in light of your unique and sensitive contract work with United States Government entities?
Doesn’t the RSS feed send out a daily notification and not an instant notification? If that’s so, then it would still paint Paul K. Wickre as a liar in addition to being a criminal (I reference his extensive criminal history).
But, you know Green Thumb, I am curious about the same thing. I sent the Stolen Valor information (including the case of Mr. Monkress) to the email I have for Glenn Beck and John Stossel. Stossel loves government spending about as much as Beck loves weasels who claim to be something they aren’t.
Monkress and Wickre tried to incite people to come here and attack everyone (see Dallas W.), so whether or not Monkress and Wickre did indeed make these most recent posts, they still own it. That’s what happens when you engage the assistance of crazy people–they act like crazy people.
Tomorrow, the Big Reveal: “How I Knew What the Wickerman Would Do”. He was SO predictable
Looking forward to that.
I’m only waiting until tomorrow, because today, July 31, is still an open date for pickwickre peckerwood’s miscreant and sociopathological behavior. Besides, we all know he’s a dipstick.
Hey, wicky, wicky, wicky — come back tomorrow. It’ll be so much fun.
Phil, order some lunch. And save me a swallow out of that bottle.
Question #6: Mr. Monkress, being that you speak to junior college students as an expert and successful entrepreneur within the (your) local business community, do you consider yourself a “role model” in light of your highly questionable and unethical claims?
Question #7: What is your affiliation and status within the (enter name), your Motorcycle Club (MC), as listed within the state of Florida?
By the way, we have a few standing by on speakerphone for the teleconference, if needed.
Ex: bated breath. I suspect you’re about to reveal yourself even more of a Ren woman than we already knew ye to be!
I hope you will be pleased. And I have backups for it, too.
Question 8: In your mind and your own words, what is the definition of a “Disabled American Veteran?”
Question #9: Deputy/Special Agent Monkress, what is your rank and badge number?
Question #10: Mr. Monkress this is by far the most important question as it will answer many outstanding questions, thoughts and concerns.
“Mr. Monkress, are you a Barry Manilow fan?”
Sir, those are my ten questions.
I have been transparent as stated.
You have the floor.
Well, Phil?
I’m disappointed that neither Phildo nor pickwickre peckerwood has shown up here tonight, even though Wickre is making fraudulent postings under someone else’s name.
Perhaps Paul K. Wickre would like to buy some of the goods in his private selection. Pauli Boi. Check out yer private stock:
http://www.cafepress.com/frankopinions/10279519
Pretty good stuff for a pathetic LOSER.
I have known Monkress for years and have silently read this blog of months. Rest assured Monkress is reading this blog with interest. He is too proud and egotistical to admit that he incorrectly claimed to be a Navy SEAL even in light of evidence contradicting his claims.
Wickre is a loser, momma’s boy who, like so many others, have at one time or another convinced Monkress he could help grow new business for APL. Monkress is a sucker for these shallow fools. He puts them on the payroll hoping they will produce, but never holds them accountable. Two dumbasses. Turds, brain dead business people who, not unlike used car salesmen, know how to lie to get what they want.
@98.
That is in line with my thinking.
Its not like Phildo has the guts or courage to step up to the plate and put these allegations to rest, on way or another.
And I even provided him with ten questions.
Just more veiled threats, avoided phone calls and perpetuated lies. I am curious though how much bonus money he had to shell out to keep integrity levels low among his senior staff? ?(Will the real PR COL please step up?!?)
I’m thinking that it wasn’t Wickre. The post, if you read it, looked to be heavily influenced by Witless and in private communication with Wickre, he’s admitted to me that it was a mistake to ally himself with Witless. He has tried to get Wittgenfeld to stop with his antics and even sent us an email that Witless sent to a sheriff here in WV with his sob story about how we’re picking on his stupid ass. Yeah, well, I haven’t seen a noticeable drop in policing here in WV to address Witless’ aimless meanderings through the English language.
