You can get all kinds of bogus certificates that are intended for “collections” or “entertainment” purposes, but are often used by criminals to pose as police officers, bounty hunters, and so forth. I’ve seen some places where you can get certificates for medals you may have received in the service. But if you HAVE received them in the service you will already have a government issued certificate.
