Justice Brett Kavanaugh

With an air of desperation that is almost palatable, the Dems once again try to pin sexual misconduct on Justice Brett Kavanaugh. The new accusation that during his freshman year at Yale, at a drunken dorm party, Kavanaugh allegedly dropped his pants and friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student.

While shocking, the story begins to fall apart when the young lady in question doesn’t seem to remember the occasion.
Oops.

Joel B. Pollak

The alleged victim of a previously unreported claim of sexual misconduct by Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh does not actually recall the incident — according to the same authors who published the claim Sunday.
The New York Times‘ Robin Pogrebin & Kate Kelly reported Saturday, in an article that appears in Sunday’s print edition:

“We also uncovered a previously unreported story about Mr. Kavanaugh in his freshman year that echoes Ms. [Deborah] Ramirez’s allegation. A classmate, Max Stier, saw Mr. Kavanaugh with his pants down at a different drunken dorm party, where friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student. Mr. Stier, who runs a nonprofit organization in Washington, notified senators and the F.B.I. about this account, but the F.B.I. did not investigate and Mr. Stier has declined to discuss it publicly. (We corroborated the story with two officials who have communicated with Mr. Stier.)”

The article was adapted from Pogrebin and Kelly’s new book, The Education of Brett Kavanaugh: An Investigation.

However, critics soon noted that the book itself refutes the allegation because the alleged victim reportedly does not even recall the event.

Mr. Stier was a member of Bill Clinton’s defense team during the Lewinsky investigation. The rest of the travesty, tweets included, may be viewed at Breitbart

Another disgusting hit job by the NYT… and Stier is the lowest of the low.

Ex-PH2

The comments at Breitbart are telling. Nobody with a working brain believes it. It is made up out of whole cloth to sell a book that otherwise won’t be worth the paper it’s printed on.

The real problem is that the dumbocraps don’t have anything else. Now they are getting desperate, so they up stories that indicate just how desperate they are. Not one of them has a decent bone in their worthless cadavers.

Reaperman

I cannot figure out the actual mechanics of ‘friends pushed it into somebody’s hands.’ I think I’m going to need a diagram or puppet show. After that, I’m guessing my next question would be ‘and why would anybody do that?’

sj

My thoughts exactly unless Kav is another John Holmes.

rgr769

He would have to be equipped like “Long Dong Silver,” a much lesser known but greater endowed porn star of the 1980’s.

FuzeVT

Or even Long Duck Dong.

SFC D

((GONG))

Just An Old Dog

“Long Dong Silver” was not bigger than John C Holmes… He was actually about 2 inches smaller.
They used a latex extension to make him look larger than he was.
Wiki that shit…. crazy stuff.

Okay, this conversation has taken a disturbing turn!🤣

Squirrel, runs off barking!

My missing calico cat came home a few minutes ago. Was something important going on here?

No?

Okay, then, I’ll go back to laundry and trying to figure out why Emma’s whining so much now. Outside is tough. No food. No water. No shelter from tornadoes. And there are hawks, for Pete’s sake!!

David

Have been commode hugging drunk a few times in my college years, and can guarantee the only friends touching my dick would have either been a) female or b) decked. Sober it would be much more extreme.

SFC D

So… if his friends pushed his penis into the young lady’s hand, without his consent or ability to consent, wouldn’t that be a sexual assault, and wouldn’t young Mr. Kavanaugh then be the actual victim in this farce?

STSC(SW/SS)

Good point.

Brilliant.

Saw this on another site showing posts of various politicians, of a certain mind-set, and their media allies with their nearly identical statements.

I guess the former super-secret members only journalist forum “Journolist” has made a comeback pushing their “group-think talking points”.

JURASSICHM

The “Gray Lady” is actually a Senile old Whore!

Deckie

Heard a douchebag in line at the bank ahead of me talking about this, since the news plays on TVs there behind the tellers:

“Good, hope the negative attention discourages these conservative judges from even seeking/accepting appointments. Who even cares if it’s true.”

The left truly are a sick lot.

Ret_25X

that is because lefties don’t care how many Americans have to be unpersoned, canceled, or die for their free shit.

Anonymous

If only those ‘tards loved America as much as they love power.

The Other Whitey

That is deeply disturbing. If you don’t care about the truth, regardless of your political orientation, you might as well just strap on the jackboots. How ironic that this kind of attitude is so prevalent amongst those who would call me fascist.

Just Lurkin

Just a few weeks ago some of the same individuals (Warren, Harris) were tweeting about the anniversary of Michael Brown’s “murder”. They don’t give the tiniest fuck about the truth if it means one iota more political power.

Mason

And that’s their game. Lie until people either believe it or until nobody wants to stand up to them.

I’ll never forget a shirt tail relative years ago (without ever talking politics with me) saying, in response to a front page article about Republicans, “I just wish we could round up all the Republicans and just kill them all.”

Yes, genocide of your political enemies over the annual budget dispute is perfectly reasonable. She donated enough to Democrats that she was getting XMas (sorry, holiday) cards from the Obamas.

If a Democrat disagrees with me, I chalk it up to a difference of opinion. If I disagree with a Democrat, I’m sub-human evil worthy of scorn, ridicule, and execution.

ArmyATC

Stalin, Mao, Hitler, and Pol Pot would approve of her. And the left has the temerity to call Conservatives fascists.

Cameron Kingsley

Yeah, I wonder how she will feel when she ends up in the crosshairs and becomes the enemy or the other side decides that her side needs to be killed. She should be careful what she wishes for, because that door swings both ways and often times with fatal consequences.

Anonymous

Leftist debate. How they roll.

Slow Joe

That’s why I don’t believe anything coming from the left field.
They believe the end justifies the means, and how can anyone trust people that believe that?

They don’t care the climate change models are wrong, they don’t care the Affordable Care Act is unaffordable,

A Proud Infidel®™️

IMHO the only thing that liberals and the left are concerned about are acquiring power and control and keeping it once they’ve done so.

Cameron Kingsley

Yeah, I bet he’ll sing a different tune when it’s his behind that’s in the fire for whatever reason and realizes that his own side will gladly sell him up the river for even slightly deviating from the party line.

Skippy

Why has the senate done nothing about the last set of BS the republicans need to wake up
Pull up there sleeves and bite back but they won’t
It’s time to start filling some lawsuits

11B-Mailclerk

Note that this standard of “shrill hyperbole accusation without any corroboration” is the standard they intend for “red flag” laws.

Because, of course, the Red Flag is a symbol of due-process justice worldwide, eh? And no one fears the jackboots of that crowd, eh?

“He is a threat because he is -other- !” Disarm him! REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

Just Lurkin

It’s all battlefield prep for when Ginsburg retires or dies, the NYT must know something is coming and they are trying to make it more difficult for the Republicans to get a replacement for her confirmed.

A Proud Infidel®™️

As well as whatever Soros orders them to do.

that guy can’t drop dead soon enough

docduracoat

They are trying to get Amy Barret or any other conservative to refuse the nomination to the Supreme Court.
Who in their right mind would wantto go through that kind of witch hunt?

Mason

The NYT has now had to admit that the “victim” doesn’t remember this happening and does not want to speak to the media. What’s inexcusable is they KNEW this before they published their libel. They outright, knowingly lied. In the best of motivations it was to push traffic to the paper, in the worst it was to push a political agenda against a man who’s only ever been reported to be a champion for women.

Once again, NYT is proving why DJT calls them FAKE NEWS!

Ex-PH2

Of course they lied! It’s the only thing they have that will sell their bird cage liners. Won’t be long before the only valid news is in the Hot Sheets!

rgr769

Every week the NYT proves it is truly Progda, the propaganda arm of the DNC and their far left ilk. I hope I live long enough to see their day of reckoning.

ArmyATC

One need look no farther than their latest screed, the 1619Project to see how far left they are. That piece of dreck wants to completely rewrite history and view it through the lens of slavery (African slaves really built this nation), racism, and white supremacy. It’s nothing more than Critical Race Theory trying to pass as true historical narrative.

5th/77th FA

Yellow journalism at its’ finest is alive and well. Randolph Hearst would be so very proud. smh

A Proud Infidel®™️

I wonder how many strip tease dives are being canvassed by D-rats in search of the next “Victim of Justice Kavanaugh”?

FuzeVT

“does not actually recall the incident”

And with this wording, you are lead to the conclusion that it DID happen, but the woman just doesn’t REMEMBER it.

A more accurate retraction would be, “The alleged victim does not recall anything akin to the accusation ever happening.”

Even more accurate and to the point would be, “Yeah, this is all bullshit pushed by a Clinton crony.”

26Limabeans

Ok, I’ll ask it.

What was her hand doing near his penis in
the first place?

Perry Gaskill

Let’s play: Innuendo!

A pair of New York Times reporters, who sources say perform as part-time pole dancers, are rumored to have heard a conversation while dancing in which a pair of bar patrons claim to have overheard a colleague say NYT Executive Editor Dean Baquet could have been involved in acts involving sodomy with barnyard animals.

No details have been confirmed yet, but a possible observer speaking off the record said at least one incident might have happened sometime in late 1983 at a farm in Upstate New York. The owner of the farm has reportedly declined comment. Reached by phone, the heifer who might have been the target of Baquet’s attention said she couldn’t recall the incident.

“There were so many,” she said…

I dunno if a supreme Court Justice can own a newspaper.

11B-Mailclerk

He can probably sell one.

It’s a buyers market.
If you want to go broke.

Ex-PH2

This twaddle click-bait story appeared in my morning newspaper, all gasping and shock-laden, even though the NYT withdrew its own story.

It is BS, pure and simple, but no paper that wants to make a dime here and there will ever let an opportunity like this go to waste, even if the paper itself is a waste.

If it weren’t for BS stories, like this, there wouldn’t be anything at all except squabbling about local politicians in that rag.

The goal is to prevent any conservative from submitting self and family to the lynching.

The next nominee gets from the Left all the libel that money can print, probably planted “evidence” of space-alien replication and/or 30+ years ago kiddie-diddling, plus visits from the BlackheadSS by torchlight. And maybe worse.

They will amp-up and double-down. Mark my words.

“The next nominee”

Scalia reincarnate would be entertaining.
There would be a run on popcorn.

Keep an eye on the date of September 18. There is a life span, however slender that analogy may be, to every event in the real world, as well as the world of the Wishful Thinking, the imaginary kingdom of ‘but I thought we were gonna win!’. These idiotic debates aren’t really debates. They are showcases for the primaries, aimed at letting John Q Public know what the Democrats have to offer, which has become pandering to the lowest common denominator – as we’ve seen so frequently in the past few weeks. I’m only bringing this up, because this is part of a cycle which can collapse under its own weight. We’re getting a wonderful opportunity to see what a ship of fools is being presented to the voting public. The benefits to that allow you to know your enemy much better. They’re all juiced up right now, and have been for several weeks. But if the timing September 18 starts to dominate, the mood could quickly shift to hysteria and panic, which is the other side of that nasty part: when reality strikes, and hopes and wishes turn to disillusionment and disappointment. It may not happen right away, but the arrogance that is going on with this string of appearances misnamed “debates” (they aren’t) may cost them much more than even I can anticipate right now. If hysteria and panic can happen in the money and metals markets and possibly in the stock market itself, there will likely be a sell-off, yes, but also, the same applies to the lie that some twits made up to sell a book (about Kavanaugh at a college party dropping his pants) a lie which collapsed very quickly; the NYT withdrew its promotion; it is bullshit. Other fabrications like this, which may be down the road, will also collapse under their own weight. Other such things will come up and be debunked and the desperation generated by these failures will be the same desperation that is incurred in the money and stocks and metals markets. Diehard lefties won’t like it, but they are… Read more »

Hope you are right but I see a clue in the large
number of Dem candidates being presented in
state and local elections as well.
I have been warning about ranked choice voting for
some time now. It is coming to a theater near you.
With ranked choice the party presenting the most
candidates wins. It will turn your state blue if
is not already. Maine was the proving ground in
the last state election.

I believe it is the dickweed Stranger that was
taking a statistics course. Ranked choice would
make a nice project for extra credit.
Especially under the topic of “game theory”
