Author: Adrianne M Haney

ATLANTA — Police said a man will be charged after he shot two young people who they said were trying to break into his car while at an Atlanta Waffle House, Monday night.

Those two teens, ages 13 and 14, who were hospitalized, also face charges for entering the vehicle and curfew violation, police said.

According to Atlanta Police, the two teens were at the Waffle House at 2914 Memorial Drive just before 10:30 p.m. where they were allegedly trying to break into a car.

When the owner, who was armed, came outside and saw what was happening, police said he shot towards his vehicle. After the shots were fired, the two juveniles ran off. Roughly five minutes later, they were found near the intersection of Flat Shoals and Fayetteville roads.

Police said both juveniles had a gunshot wound to their leg. Both were taken to the hospital alert and breathing. They are stable, police said.

Now, according to Atlanta Police Capt. Graham, the car owner, identified as 32-year-old Bryant D Maynor, faces charges of aggravated assault for “recklessly” firing the gun.

Corpus Christi perp didn’t find him a safe Harbor, but sure made a nice Drive to have his Lights put out…permanently. Maybe he’ll get him a nice septic thing going on in the hospital.

Gotta wonder what the Oregon perp saw so interesting in the bedroom that he had to come…and nearly get shot for his efforts. Warning shot? *phttt* Phuque with me or mine and you will get shot, this is your warning. If you have very good hearing, you may catch the noise of a slide, safety, hammer, or trigger working.

Ahhh the ongoing education of young, urban, SE Atlanta entrepreneurs. If you didn’t try to steal other people’s stuff, you wouldn’t get shot. And to the dumbass shooter? FIRST story on this had him leaving his car running and unlocked while he was running in to get him a to go order. You can get away with that stoopid sh^t down here (saw it yesterday at the C Store), you can’t do that up there. That particular area is a real good place to get car jacked, robbed, murdered, ect. Mostly cause the Memorial Drive takes you out to Stone Mountain Memorial, the RAYYYCCIISS Rock. It was said that changing the name of Confederate Drive to Union would improve the ‘hood and help do away with the systemic racism and the legacy of slavery. Oh, and the white cement interstate highways going thru there destroyed the traditional black neighborhoods. News flash for you. That section was mostly mixed upper middle working class when I-20 came thru. And, later I-285, and then they added I-675, bringing multitudes of jobs thru out.

Imma “LIKE” all the Wheelz Gunz Hand Cannons that have been featured this week! “…as those caissons go rolling along.” All God’s Chill’ren needs them some Hand Portable Artillery.

Depends on what state you are in… in Texas he would have gotten an attaboy from the cops.

Lot of people turn up their noses at some of the Brazilian guns – I have found that in most cases you get a good serviceable gun. It ain’t a Smith or a Colt (then, nowadays neither Smiths nor Colts feel like that either) but if you are willing to spend some time honing and polishing internal parts, maybe replace a couple of springs, you can get a nice shooting revolver.
