Feds ask court to uphold Coast Guard officer’s sentence

| September 7, 2020

Ex-USCG Lt Hasson

We talked about former Lieutenant Hasson here; Coast Guard officer plotted to ‘murder innocent civilians’ and Such a Jerk.

It looks like he previously pled guilty to some of the charges (though not specifically a terrorism charge) and was sentenced to 13 years due to an enhancement for terrorism. Now his lawyers believe the judge misapplied the enhancement since he wasn’t convicted of terrorism. They want Hasson to be able to withdraw his guilty plea or be re-sentenced without the enhancement.

Lawyers playing lawyer games.

No matter how the case/sentencing/judge/lawer ends up, he’s still such a d^ckhead that they give him his ED meds thru a nasal spray. Wonder what happened to his “arsenal?”

Green Thumb

Loser.

Thank you for your service.

Graybeard

Just shoot him and be done with it.

Not the best response, most likely, but plotting to commit mass murder after taking an oath to defend the Constitution is not the best choice.

This clown, again?!
I’m all for the Constitution but some problems are a rope, cinderblock and a boating trip away from being solved.
Bloop!

This is the guy where they splayed out his seemingly modest gun collection as if there was something wrong with it, and sent his search history to the press, along with some select details about unsent emails?

I really hope they were holding back a bunch of evidence, or I missed something, because all I got out of it was this was he was a very angry guy. That ‘scary mad wishes’ song Mr. Rogers had comes right to mind. I wonder if his lawyers lead him to plead out thinking the ‘terrorism’ wouldn’t apply.

I also wonder how it’d look if any of our search histories were edited down to a few lines and released to the press.
