{"id":72318,"date":"2017-05-27T07:00:04","date_gmt":"2017-05-27T11:00:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=72318"},"modified":"2017-05-26T18:15:34","modified_gmt":"2017-05-26T22:15:34","slug":"saturday-morning-feel-good-stories-117","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=72318","title":{"rendered":"Saturday morning feel good stories"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fox10tv.com\/story\/35528113\/mpd-burglar-shot-by-homeowner\">Mobile, Alabama<\/a>;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The alleged victims said two men forced their front door open.  <\/p>\n<p>Police say when one of the suspects kicked in the bedroom door, he was shot.  <\/p>\n<p>Mobile Police say 31 year-old James Key was shot in the head and shoulder.  <\/p>\n<p>Investigators say the other suspect, 26 year-old Tony Daniel Baggett, was arrested in the woods near the apartment complex.  <\/p>\n<p>Police said Key was arrested and taken to the hospital for sustained life-threatening injuries.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>From <a href=\"http:\/\/foxbaltimore.com\/news\/local\/police-invovled-shooting-by-atf-agent-reported-in-shipley-hill-area\">Baltimore, Maryland<\/a>;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;ATF was conducting an undercover operation [on West Baltimore Street near Kinsey Avenue,&#8221; said Baltimore Police Commissioner Kevin Davis at a late afternoon press briefing at the scene. &#8220;Three ATF special agents were inside of a pickup truck during that undercover operation, and they were approached by two armed gunmen.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A special ATF agent saw the robbery attempt and &#8220;discharged their service firearm at the suspects.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Police recovered a &#8220;Dirty Harry&#8221; gun, as Davis called it &#8211; an 8-inch, 44 Magnum revolver that &#8220;can do a lot of damage,&#8221; the commissioner noted.<\/p>\n<p>One suspect suffered non-life-threatening injuries after being shot by the ATF agent and is being treated at a local hospital.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From Mobile, Alabama; The alleged victims said two men forced their front door open.
