He&#8217;s since been transported to another hospital for treatment.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Jon the Mechanic sends us a link from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wsoctv.com\/news\/local\/victim-of-armed-robbery-shoots-gunman\/496570818\">Charlotte, North Carolina<\/a>;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Demetri Saltz told Channel 9 he had placed his iPhone for sale on an app called \u201cOffer Up\u201d and later agreed to meet the buyer in the parking lot of the Food Lion.<\/p>\n<p>Saltz said when he arrived two men walked up to his truck while two others waited in a nearby car.<\/p>\n<p>He said the men first offered him marijuana in exchange for his phone. <\/p>\n<p>Saltz said he declined and that\u2019s when one suspect pulled out a gun and pointed it at him.<\/p>\n<p>Saltz told Channel 9 he too was armed and opened fire on the man in self-defense. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>From <a href=\"http:\/\/wdtn.com\/2017\/02\/23\/man-shot-while-breaking-into-dayton-home\/\">Dayton, Ohio<\/a>;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p> A man was shot while trying to break into a house in Dayton.<\/p>\n<p>It happened around 4:40 a.m. on Thursday at a house in the 200 block of Baltimore Street.<\/p>\n<p>Police say a woman called 911 and said a man had been shot while trying to break into the house.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>More and more of these criminals are being shot by women who are determined that they won&#8217;t be victims.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From Lake Charles, Louisiana; Around 7 a.m. Wednesday, a woman called 911 to tell authorities she had just shot an intruder, according to Calcasieu Parish Sheriff Tony Mancuso.
