&#8211; he disappeared when MCPO offered to make him famous.<\/p>\n<p>MCPO says that he ran into <a href=\"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=63956\">Richard Figueroa<\/a> again this year, but he wasn&#8217;t wearing his Marine Corps finery this year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MCPO NYC USN Ret. made his annual trek to the New York City Veterans&#8217;
