He was sentenced by an American court to 60 years in prison, a US judge allowed him to be extradited  to France, who three years later turned him over to the Panamanians.<\/p>\n<p>But there was a cost;<\/p>\n<p>ARMY<\/p>\n<p>Staff Sgt.
