Violators face a mandatory minimum fine of $1,000 and a three- to five-year prison term, according to the bill.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s already a fourth degree crime under state law to wear a military uniform &#8220;with the intent to deceive,&#8221; though not necessarily for personal gain.
