From his records, he was a petroleum supply specialist during Desert Storm and got out a few months  later. He had a break in service from 1991 to 1993 and went back into the Army as a mechanic until 1996 &#8211; two three tours in the Army, but not as a special forces soldier. It looks like he got out as an E-3 Private First Class.
