He\u2019s dead,\u201d Cunningham told police, according to charging documents, AP reported. \u201cThe knife\u2019s on the table.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>From <a href=\"http:\/\/www.krtv.com\/news\/suspect-in-laurel-murder-set-to-be-arraigned\/\">KRTV<\/a>;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The men had previously argued about the military service, because Horn served in the Marines and Cunningham served in the Army, court records state.<\/p>\n<p>During the conversation late Saturday, the men argued again and Cunningham said Horn &#8220;jumped up and took a swing&#8221; at him.<\/p>\n<p>Cunningham pushed Horn back, court records state.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Then I cut him,&#8221; Cunningham allegedly said. &#8220;I did what the Army taught me to do.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>According to police, Cunningham&#8217;s blood\/alcohol was three times the legal limit for driving.
