Well, it took more than two years<\/a>, but we finally identified the Round Marine. His name is Mark Wayne Tiemann and he lives in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He was identified by a neighbor who has heard all of his wild ass stories and he’s seen the uniform in the picture above.<\/p>\n

But here’s a picture of him without the phony finery (notice the USMC tattoo);<\/p>\n

Yep, he was a Marine, but he was discharged as a Sergeant back in 1992 with seven years of service;<\/p>\n
