{"id":33509,"date":"2013-01-05T16:56:48","date_gmt":"2013-01-05T20:56:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=33509"},"modified":"2013-01-05T16:58:08","modified_gmt":"2013-01-05T20:58:08","slug":"joshua-boston-marine-answers-feinstein","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=33509","title":{"rendered":"Joshua Boston, Marine answers Feinstein"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We saw the open letter that Joshua Boston wrote to Dianne Feinstein and was posted on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2013\/01\/04\/us\/marine-gun-letter-ireport\/index.html\">CNN iReports<\/a> a few weeks ago. Boston is a real Marine veteran (it&#8217;s sad that I have to say that), we checked him out when the ladies of <a href=\"http:\/\/victorygirlsblog.com\/?p=9191\">Victory Girls asked us if he was real<\/a> and it turns out that he served with our own StrikeFO. <\/p>\n<p>But, the basics of his letter is that he considers unconstitutional Feinstein&#8217;s proposal to ban those weapons that she considers to be &#8220;assault weapons&#8221; and force those of us who already own scary-looking guns to register them and be fingerprinted. Boston says that he won&#8217;t register his weapons. <\/p>\n<p>He holds up very well against an obvious onslaught from the CNN reporter this morning;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/videos.mediaite.com\/embed\/player\/?content=55VCK91GQKPD1RLG&#038;content_type=content_item&#038;layout=&#038;playlist_cid=&#038;media_type=video&#038;widget_type_cid=svp&#038;read_more=1\" width=\"500\" height=\"300\" frameborder=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowtransparency=\"true\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2013\/01\/04\/joshua-boston-marine-gun-control-senator-dianne-feinstein-letter_n_2410076.html\">Huffington Post<\/a> provides a mixed bag of comments in regards to Boston&#8217;s open letter. <\/p>\n<p>But it illustrates what is at stake here. Americans who believe that the Constitution protects us from government will suddenly find themselves considered to be criminals in the eyes of their representatives. <\/p>\n<p>The fact that Democrats have had to keep their mouths shut about gun control since the 1994 midterm elections in order to keep their jobs, demonstrates that the majority of Americans don&#8217;t want to restrict gun ownership more than it&#8217;s been restricted already. <\/p>\n<p>If their so-called assault weapon ban is passed, Democrats will suffer in the midterms again. That&#8217;s why there&#8217;s so much confusing information coming from the investigation of the Connecticut school shooting &#8211; to keep the electorate ignorant.<\/p>\n<p>Boston makes an excellent point that we don&#8217;t have to worry about violating Feinstein&#8217;s ban because no one is interested in enforcing the law in regards to David Gregory&#8217;s blatant violation of DC&#8217;s gun laws, so no one is going to enforce laws against the rest of us, right?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We saw the open letter that Joshua Boston wrote to Dianne Feinstein and was posted on CNN iReports a few weeks ago.
