So, any LEOs out there who happen to be at an event where Choi shows up in his &#8220;moral authority&#8221; clothing, feel free to recite these regs to him.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dtic.mil\/whs\/directives\/corres\/pdf\/134410p.pdf\">DoD Policy Directive 1344.10 <\/a> (.pdf) dated February 19, 2008 states specifically;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>4.1.4.
