However, none involved child sex abuse. This is the first case of sex abuse that we handled. He was just released from prison on another case we handled in April of 2024, and it was soon after that that these allegations started to surface,\u201d Flanagan said.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators said the case stemmed from a comprehensive investigation by the Belmont County Sheriff\u2019s Office, which determined Carson had sexual contact with at least one child under the age of 16 who was known to him.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>No Score<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-us\/news\/crime\/belmont-county-man-sentenced-to-life-with-parole-possible-after-child-rape-drug-case\/ar-AA21VbUX?cvid=f43820cf6ae04e02c3e8e9f2a2fcfed5&amp;ei=109\">MSN<\/a><\/p>\n<p>He should have been sentenced to a wood-chipper, but he won&#8217;t last long in the prison&#8217;s general pop.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>It has been said that politics is the second oldest profession.
