The shooter was released from police custody early Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>According to the prosecutor&#8217;s office, the confrontation at the west side gas station followed a crash on the road, a pursuit, and someone pointing a gun at another car. The three people killed \u2014 Lester Owens III, Trevor Sheeler, and Jasmine Sheeler\u2014 were seen getting out of their car, opening the driver\u2019s door of another vehicle, and getting into a physical altercation with the driver. Great shooting under pressure.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise, and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind.
